Heather Landex is the Owner and Director of Heather Landex ApS and heatherlandex.com, “EUs 360˚ Innovator in Consumer Food Safety,”,an expert consultancy working towards improving “inclusivity” in the food service industries in modern day culture. This company is ensuring that restaurants are providing customers with “safe” food and avoiding any risk of food poisoning, allergic reactions and trading standards violations and protecting brand reputation.

Heather holds her MSc in Environmental Health from the University of Derby, UK and a BSc in International Biology from the University of Leeds, UK. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and has EHRB Registration and former accredited CIEH and Highfields trainer in Food Safety. After residing in Australia and New Zealand, she is now living in Denmark and furthering the development of her online courses and services. She hopes to network as much as possible with likeminded professionals worldwide and lead a movement to include the currently social excluded and growing niche markets such as vegans, allergy sufferers and anyone else with a dietary preference. Additionally, following the Covid-19 pandemic, Heather has a vision to education and support small restaurant businesses and other food outlets to survive and thrive, through access to affordable expert, innovative advice to aid them in competing with big chain restaurants.

Heather is also holds a PADI Dive Master (2010), a qualification that allows her to escort divers on how to train and scuba dive. In her spare time, as a mother of two, she enjoys the outdoors, travel, and continuous personal and professional development. As a solopreneur, Heather enjoys combining work and pleasure as she lives out her purpose helping make the world a better place. Originally a conservationist turned Environmental Health Practitioner, Heather sees her role as dedicated to the conservation of humans, and as a vegan she is dedicated to the conservation of animals and the environment. These passions give her unique perspective and innovation in customer experience, communication, and branding.

Adriana Perez Gallego is currently the Director Of Development at the Ascensores Schindler de Colombia SAS, where she is involved in internal communications, human capital, training and talent acquisition. She is a Points of You Practicioner & LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® METHOD Facilitator, and is well known for her leadership and commitment to continuous learning.

A professionally qualified psychologist with an excellent experience in human resources, she is skilled in organisational development, implementing welfare plans and attracting the best human talent among others. She is good at communication and interpersonal skills, and has developed good planning and organisational skills such as a resourceful manner of solving problems and achieving beneficial agreement. She is always enthusiastic to learn and undertake new challenges.

Prior to her role as Director Of Development  for Ascensores Schindler de Colombia SAS, she was in Human Resources for Group Renault – Colombia, and Brexia Resources SAS.

Adriana holds her MBA in Human Resources from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from CES. Her vision for the future is to become the Director of Human Resources and to teach at a master’s level at a local university and to give seminars on her expansive work experience. She looks forward to networking with likeminded professionals worldwide and speaks both English and Spanish fluently.

In her spare time, Adriana enjoys ballet dancing.

With nearly a decade of professional experience, Tory Casey is the Founder of Hue Complete Me, where she spearheads the design of greeting cards, art prints and enamel pins, works on new products, as well as web development and budgeting.

After spending a few years in as a marketing and advertising coordinator in Seattle, she decided to pursue her MFA in San Francisco. Since finishing her degree, she paired her education with her advertising experience to create Hue Complete Me. The business officially launched in 2017 and has been growing ever since. She is proud to be a one-woman operation and would love to connect with other entrepreneurs on this platform.

Tory holds her Master’s degree in Interior Design and Architecture from Academy of Art University, which she obtained in 2014. Moving forward, she plans to continue to grow her business online, to network with other small businesses, and to eventually open another location.

Carolyn is an internationally experienced somatic leadership coach, change management and cross-cultural consultant; conflict mediator and strategic facilitator, with expertise in the global healthcare industry and in understanding the challenges and rewards of working in global matrix organisations. She is a Senior Consultant and the Founder of her own consulting company.

Previously Carolyn held leadership positions in 3 major pharmaceutical companies. She was a senior consultant and mediator in a Cross-Cultural Institute in Switzerland, focusing on global leadership development and mediation between joint venture companies. Carolyn was also global HR and Change Management Director in a Swiss textile manufacturing company.

Carolyn’s last position in the UK was as Chief Executive Officer, of two University Hospitals and was responsible for transforming the Unit from a public hospital environment into a business and customer oriented organisation. Carolyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, from the UK. Moving forward, she plans to continue her somatic and leadership work and mentoring women to empower them to reach their full potential wishes to network with like minded professionals worldwide.

Paula Alegría is Channel Business Manager at Honeywell, where she serves as the point of direction in order to close deals with clients. Paula is known for her unmatched expertise in marketing and sales.
 
A young woman who wants to grow personally and professionally, she has in recent years served as a sales representative and most recently at Honeywell was Senior Channel Sales Rep. She has recently taken on her new role, one with international reach, and she is looking to expand her networks. With the knowledge that women contribute wonderful things, she believes together they are able to achieve even the impossible.
 
Paula is in the process of earning her MBA from a university in Chile, which she is projected to complete in 2021. Moving forward, she plans to learn the way the market works in other countries and to assume a manager position. She hopes to network as much as possible with likeminded professionals worldwide.
