Dr. Jennifer Watkins is an educational professional with years of experience in teaching English and history at the secondary school and university levels. Currently, she serves as Head of Sixth Form and history teacher for years 7-13 (Key Stage 3, GCSE, A-level) at Bales College, an independent secondary school in London. Passionate about history, Jennifer is dedicated to increasing student knowledge and the appreciation for historical study, while helping students meet and surpass their exam and educational goals.
 
After earning a Bachelor of Arts in English and History, Jennifer went on to complete a Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy in Medieval Studies from Cornell University. In addition to her work at Bales College, Jennifer volunteers as an Assistant Global Editor for the International College of Christian Ministries, where she tutors writing, provides editing services, and gives feedback and coaching to graduate students.
 
Jennifer credits her success to having exceptional organizational skills, the ability to learn anything quickly, and being able to convey large quantities of data in a clear and concise manner. She excels at executing plans and combines a meticulous attention to detail with clear grasp of “big picture” strategy.

Christina Fon is an award-winning executive producer and media professional dedicated to telling stories meant to inspire, impact and entertain audiences around the world. She has built an exceptional international reputation for herself in the global entertainment industry, and has been recipient of a Sundance and Peabody Award, multiple Canadian Screen Awards, Hot Docs Audience Awards and Gemini Awards, as well as being a 2020 Emmy Award nominee.
 
With over 27 years of experience in the field, Christina is known for identifying and developing high quality and innovative project. Currently, she serves as Executive Producer at Rezolution Pictures International. She gained international attention for her work as the producer on all five seasons of Mohawk Girls and was one of the primary creative forces as the lead producer of RUMBLE: the Indians Who Rocked the World.
 
Christina also co-founded video game company Minority Media, which revolutionized the gaming industry with the launch of the award-winning game Papo & Yo. The firm effectively created a new genre of interactive entertainment, today commonly known as “empathy games”.
 
Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Concordia University as well as a Broadcasting degree from Promédia. She credits her success to building a solid reputation in the industry, closing successful deals, sourcing winning IPs, and maintaining strong stakeholder relations throughout productions. She is based in Quebec, Canada, and speaks fluent English, French and Hungarian.

With over 20 years of professional experience, Gitte Soendergaard Lauesen is the Senior Director for Corporate Business Development at 3Shape where she is responsible for M&A activities, global partnerships, and screening of new business opportunities. Gitte is known for her autonomous and trusting leadership style and a positive and solution-oriented attitude in addition to her expertise within M&A, business development and related fields.

3Shape develops 3D scanners and software solutions that enable dental and hearing professionals to treat more people, more effectively and with superior care. A global market-leading provider of dental and audio technology for laboratories and clinics. the company has been a major success since the start.

Gitte is a valuable professional offering years of experience in her field, as well as project- and change management, coaching and team building skills. She enjoys travel and sports in her spare time, and volunteers locally.

Ashi Chabeda is Nurse Practitioner at OptiMed. With nearly three decades of experience in healthcare, she is passionate about her work and credits her success to dedication, drive and perseverance.

Ashi says she realized that to obtain a strong financial foundation and work towards her goal of wealth building for herself and her family it was necessary to add her dormant business degree. She got licensed as a financial service professional last year, and sees similarities in service between her healthcare profession and financial services profession. She finds that her foundation in the Nursing process; Assessment, Diagnosis, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation serves her well in her role as a financial professional.

Her most enjoyable role as a healthcare provider is patient education, which led her the financial literacy component being most fulfilling aspect of the services she provides. There is a saying, “Educate a girl, educate a nation.” As a woman and a mother, she understands how important financial literacy is not just for herself and her children, but to other women as well. Women play an important role in the lives of those around them. Ashi believes that as a mother giving her children a strong financial education will help them to leverage that knowledge to build financial success. Their ability to build wealth will give them the time freedom they need to pursue their dreams and live purposeful and productive lives. Ashi’s desire is to help others build a stable financial foundation through financial literacy.

The dream to serve in developing countries has been the key driver of Ashi’s pursuit of an advance degree in Nursing. She has been in healthcare for almost three decades. She looks forward to connecting, collaborating, and serving with like-minded female professionals.

With over 20 years of professional experience, Tammy Bouker is the National Director of Client Services & Development at Vernis & Bowling. Tammy manages the Client Services Department, which is responsible for the firm’s business development, advertising, social media and marketing functions. She is also involved in the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion committee and continues to aggressively pursue opportunities for women and other minorities.
 
Tammy serves on the Board of the Palm Beach ‘Canes (the local chapter of the University of Miami Alumni Club) and the Board of the University of South Florida Digital Marketing Executive Education Program.
 
Outside of work, Tammy enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid Miami Hurricanes fan and Fantasy Football player.
