Shreya Das is Corporate Buyer in Procurement and Strategic Sourcing at Aecon Group Inc., a Canadian construction company that specializes in developing projects within the infrastructure, industrial and concessions sectors. A highly capable and competent professional, she oversees a broad array of enterprise-wide supply chain program management initiatives and drives spend management at the enterprise level. She is known for her superior skills in consensus building, negotiation and process development, as well as devising effective procurement strategie and policies to achieve optimum cost, quality and standard within the set budget and timeline.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Nagpur University, Shreya went on to complete a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Business Strategy from the University of Delhi Faculty of Management Studies. She is certified in Internal Auditorship for Quality Management Standard ISO/TS-16949 and Internal Auditorship for Quality Management Standard ISO-9001:2008, and holds an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
In addition to her general work with Aecon, Shreya serves as Executive Team Member of Aecon Women’s Inclusion Network (aWIN). She is an active lifetime member of her alumni association, and is Administrator and Active Member of BookPool India.
Based in Toronto, Ontario, Shreya is an avid animal lover, bibliophile, and puzzle and photography enthusiast.

Dr. Cynthia Barber is Senior Director of Global New Product Innovation at Perrigo Company PLC, a leading global healthcare supplier of over-the-counter health and wellness solutions that enhance individual wellbeing through quality, affordable self-care products. As a seasoned product development executive and entrepreneur, Cynthia possesses a winning combination of expertise in biochemistry, molecular genetics, protein chemistry, food science, regulatory affairs and diabetes research. She specializes in developing natural science-based products as well as biomedical research and regulatory affairs science.
In addition to her work with Perrigo, Cynthia has served on the Advisory Board for the Virginia Tech Department of Agriculture and Life Science and engages in philanthropy work to support diabetes research. She has taught regulatory affairs courses for the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) and has published articles both in molecular genetics and infant nutrition.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Virginia Tech, Cynthia went on to complete a master’s degree in Biological & Physical Science and a doctorate in Biochemistry & Molecular Genetics from the University of Virginia. She co-holds patents with her mentor and colleague, C. David Allis, PhD of The Rockefeller University.

Ginger Gilmour is a celebrated artist, humanitarian, author and activist. Based in England, she creates works with a vision to touch the heart of communities with beauty and tranquility. She is driven to serve as a force for positivity and to uplift those around her, and is internationally considered a pioneer of the Art of Living through Inner Beauty movement.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, United States, Ginger states she cannot remember a time she did not feel called to pursue beauty and truth in the world. Drawn to the music scene of the 1960s, she met and married guitarist David Gilmour (Pink Floyd), and the two raised a family of four children in the UK. Once living abroad, Ginger undertook study with artist Cecil Collins, who inspired her to cultivate her own uniqueness and expression.
In addition to her art, Ginger is a published author and released the book Memoirs of the Bright Side of The Moon, detailing her trials, tribulations and journey of life with the Gilmour, and then beyond. She is an impassioned humanitarian and advocate, and received the British Red Cross Award for Services to Humanity.
An activist for beauty, Ginger states “I love my life, the good, the bad, the ugly; each experience opening up new doors for me in realizing my worth, my spirituality, and how that applies now to my artistic sensibilities.” She credits her success to accepting life as it is and making it special, and hopes her reflections may inspire others to do the same.

Mayuri Meegahawatte is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Merit Surgical Supplies, a Canadian medical supplies distributor based in Ontario and specializing in serving dental, surgical and veterinary offices. With over a decade of experience in medical and dental support and administration, Mayuri is highly knowledgeable about surgical and other procedures, their intricacies and the importance of equipment solutions that help healthcare providers to offer the highest quality of care to their patients.
