Sarika Kishore is a highly sought-after life coach based in Toronto, Ontario. Passionate about helping clients rediscover the magic of life, she equips people with the tools to adapt to any challenge and live life on their own terms. Specializing in working with women, she devised the signature program Be The Magician, which breaks into actionable steps and methods to identify, modify and defy their barriers to a successful life and take control of it.
When life threw its own curveballs at Sarika, she discovered, after battling with depression and anxiety “that happiness is an attitude, not an event.” By learning how to adjust her attitude, she was able to fully embrace her life and make a greater impact in both her personal and professional circles. The transformation made her realize that by helping other women, the work could create a ripple effect in the society, spreading happiness, hope and success to others.
Originally from India, Sarika earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Delhi University. She speaks fluent English and Hindi, and also spent time in the Middle East before coming to Canada. She is certified as a Meditation Coach and Facilitator and a Life Purpose Coach by Transformation Academy, and also as a Life Coach by Achology, UK.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Sarika enjoys art, reading and meditation.

Dina Bharkhda is a Consultant known for her tenacity and attention to detail. A product management specialist in payments with more than 20 years’ in a leading international financial services, she excels in expanding business, planning, and executing strategy with key banking partners to help them grow their portfolio and increase market share.
Working as a Consultant since 2018, she is working with a Fintech and startup companies which will help to solve a global problem by ending exclusion while transforming lives. She realized there is a need for a positive disruption, and to offer innovative models which is secure and affordable “OFFLINE “payment solutions. Her business model does not require mobile phones, power supply or even Internet. It is simply smart, safe and easy to use. This is a new concept and payment solution. Some of her next steps are to:
– Expand the growth strategy
– Develop and execute a comprehensive “go to market” cashless payment solutions, customer focus and innovation to drive new set of customer segments in emerging markets.
Additionally she is working on a government initiated project to help small businesses to maximise their cashflow and make their business payments simpler, more controlled and secured
Prior to her current role, she was Director of Business Solutions for Corporate Cards & B2B for Visa Inc. She was also 2012 – 2017 Senior Manager for Prepaid Products (Central, Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa) for Visa CEMEA, 2010 – 2012.
Dina is best known for her agile working skills- having experience working in agile, multi-disciplinary multicultural teams on product development to the final stage to delivery to banking partners. She thrives in business analysis, and is able to drive the analysis and collection of information to create recommendations for service improvements. Business process improvement is also her forte, as she is able to analyze current services and processes, identify and implement opportunities to optimize these. Other skills that she has acquired over the years are business requirements initiatives and help in creation of workable and cost effective solutions

Rosali Steenkamer currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer of AdviceRobo, a firm that helps customers unlock the behaviors and attitudes to promote financial inclusion and security for the next generation. Working with individuals and SMEs, the firm supports digital access to financial resources and the use of fair, affordable financing. She has many years of experience in marketing, entrepreneurship and project management, and is seasoned in change management, sales and driving business growth.
After completing her studies in Economics and Languages from the Hogeschool voor Economische Studies Rotterdam (HES), Rosali launched her career in marketing for Yves Rocher. She worked her way up the ranks over time, and has also managed marketing teams and programs for American Express, VODW Marketing, ING, Alex Beleggersbank, DeGoudse and RTV Noord-Holland. Prior to co-founding AdviceRobo in 2013, she established The Cool House of Financial Media NV, an internet catalyst that offered vertical financial search for consumer markets and in company applications. This company built and launched early 2013 ‘eyeOpen’ world’s first digital mortgage advisor.

Marie Caroline Bertoldo is a highly sought-after coach, NLP practitioner, graphologist and teacher. Based out of Geneva, as well as in Valais, near Sion, in a beautiful place in the Swiss Alps, she is the founder of Arabesques Consulting and works closely with her clients in their development, evolution and the search for meaning. She is highly skilled in personality and skills assessment, and also has expertise in psychology and academia.
After earning a diploma from the CNPG, Marie Caroline launched her career in handwriting analysis and psycho-astrology and energy services. She studied the laying on of hands and teachings of Shri Aurobindo, and is trained in “reconnective healing®,” listening to the vibratory frequencies of the body to act on the whole of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual facets of a person.
Marie Caroline became an expert teaching women’s self-marketing and power roles to help women who want to evolve in their careers. She teaches for various Swiss States and Equality Bureaux. She also teaches intuition to various groups.
In addition to Arabesques Consulting, she co-founded Aiguillage in 2001, a dedicated personality and skills assessment firm, and co-founded and co-directed the Association of Human Sciences. She served for two years as President of BPW Geneva and was President of DiversDanses, an association whose mission is to encourage social integration through dance and promote exchanges between Genevans, expatriates, migrants and refugees.

Joanne Dion is Manager of Assurance and Advisory for Welch LLP. She holds her CPA designation, Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, CRMA designation, Institute of Internal Auditors, CRM designation, Global Risk Management Institute, and CIA designation, Institute of Internal Auditors (in progress).
Specializing in Public Accounting, Advisory, Financial Accounting, Risk Management, and Internal Controls, she is a Chartered Professional Accountant. She offers many years of experience in mid-sized public accounting firms in the Ottawa area. Her responsibilities as an Assurance Manager include assurance, advisory and consulting engagements.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce from York University in Toronto, Joanne continued specialized studies in financial accounting. She made the tough decision to put career aspirations on pause while raising a child and recommenced when the time was right. Having her child attend her CPA graduation ceremony was certainly a proud moment.
Joanne has an intense passion for lifelong learning. Since attaining the Chartered Professional Accountant designation, she has also attained the Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), as well as the Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation. She is also in the process of completing the Certified Internal Audit (CIA) designation through the Institute of Internal Auditors. It is Joanne’s goal to add value to every client engagement with this additional knowledge and expertise.
