Nikoll Carr is Director of Communications and Client Relations at LEORON Institute UK. She offers a diverse career history, and is a graduate of Charles Sturt University where she earned her Bachelors degree in Media Communications. Prior to her current role, she was a Communications Manager with BAE Systems Saudi Development and Training.. She considers every experience a valuable learning opportunity

She has worked for a a Pulitzer Prize-winning newspaper in Canada, and her work as a photographer also led her to move to Saudi Arabia, which changed and shaped her into the person she is today. While in Saudi, she had the pleasure of working as a medical photographer at King Faisal Specialist Hospital, a  professional freelance photographer, and finally, working at BAE Systems Saudi Development and Training as a Communications Manager.

She currently co-runs LEORON UK, a professional training and development institute, with her husband, and is grateful to being doing something she enjoys and that encourages and supports her client’s career development and progression.

Myra Majewski’s career spans over 16 years in higher education administration, where she is known for her resourcefulness, engagement, and linking people and ideas to generate win-wins. She is highly regarded by her colleagues and is currently the Director of the Harvard Dental Center where she serves as a member of the Center’s leadership team. Her professional experience is multipronged, and includes human resources management, clinical management, and volunteering at cultural institutions. Myra credits her mentors and a few key colleagues (ranging from staff to faculty to students) who, throughout her career, helped shape her confidence in many areas (including the unknown). Myra’s philosophy is to trust/empower others to do their roles and practice a “sum of all parts” approach.

She received a B.A. in English Literature from Boston University and an A.L.M. in Management/Organizational Behavior from the Harvard University Extension School. She has been accepted into Baylor University’s Doctor of Education program for Summer 2022.

When time allows, she enjoys spending time with her family, and also being a career advisor to personal and professional contacts.
