Marcy Predmore-McPhee hails from Estes Park, CO, and is married to Tim McPhee. Marcy has been in the life insurance industry for over twenty years and the pair started Private Banking Concepts in 2015. Marcy and her husband Tim have always focused on an education-first mindset to teach individuals the core knowledge and tactical how-to of implementing concepts used by banks and the elite wealthy in their own lives.

Marcy is an avid learner! She has trained and mentored under notable entrepreneurs Bob Proctor, Dave Ramsey, John Dessauer, Ron Rex, Robert Kiyosaki, and Bonnie Thomas and she holds a certificate from the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University. More recently Marcy and Tim have moved into advanced areas of wealth and legacy management through an overfunded whole life insurance, infinite banking, complex trusts, private family foundations, and “off-market” high-yield/low-risk investments.

In Marcy’s spare time her hobbies include hiking in her beautiful back yard at Rocky Mountain National Park, her family – including being a grammie to her grandchildren, speaking & teaching, pursuing personal growth, reading, & worshiping.

As Broker Associate with Corcoran Global Living, Nadia Valenzuela specializes in helping people find their dream properties in Northern California. From Napa up north throughout Rutherford, Oakville, Yountville, St. Helena, Angwin, Calistoga and American Canyon, Nadia knows not just the neighborhoods, but the people who live in them. She has spent her lifetime living in St. Helena and Napa, and knows the local secrets to enjoying the best of life in the Napa Valley.
 
After earning dual bachelor’s degrees in Business and Spanish from Pacific Union College, Nadia studied abroad in Argentina. She also holds NAR Green Designation, Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification, Commitment to Excellence certification, and has received training as a Foreclosure Alternatives Consultant. She is a member of the North Bay Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the Green Resource Council Community and the National Association of Realtors.
 
Outside of her work with Corcoran, Nadia is active with Cycle for Sight, the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, and co-created the Napa Valley CanDo’s Give!Guide. She speaks fluent English and Spanish, and credits her success to the love of people and her community.

Ashley Tabbert is the Vice President of Global Partnerships for Beam Healthcare, a clinical telemedicine company. Herself a skilled respiratory therapist, Ashley had a vision to expand the way service providers can care for patients. She is passionate about improving accessibility and affordability to quality healthcare, and is known for her simple, refreshing approach to sales, which is based on truly listening to each client’ specific needs and concerns.
 
After earning an associated degree in Associate’s degree in Respiratory Care Therapy from Western technical College, Ashley launched her career with the Mayo Clinic of Rochester. She has dedicated her career to the best interest of each patient, and is proud that her work with Beam Healthcare is helping critical services reach underserved communities.
 
Ashley is based in Madison, Wisconsin, where she credits her success to having strong mentors, a great support system of leaders, and—most importantly—an incredible array of services she believes in.

Giada Labrecque is the owner and principal of Office Kneads, a massage therapy practice that facilitates corporate wellness both on-site and online. She and her team offer chair massage services to reduce aches, pains, stresses and strains. When working with clients remotely, she empowers them with methods and active release techniques to help care for themselves, promote a more healthful posture, and manage stress.
 
When the COVID-19 pandemic struck and in-person services were temporarily halted, Giada was able to pivot and still help people to manage and reduce their pain. She authored the book Self-Care Solutions @ Work, a resource guide offering over a hundred tips for simple self-care solutions. She also teaches her methodology and tips in corporate webinars, helping to facilitate and educate on employee wellness and DIY pain management, which helps to reduce sick leave and improve overall employee retention rates.
 
Originally from Toronto, today Giada is based in Galway, Ireland. In addition to running Office Kneads, she also runs a private practice out of her home, She Kneads, where she provides targeted full-body massage services, complemented with Reiki, reflexology, shiatsu and aromatherapy to women of all ages and stages of life.

Fiona Chambers is Business Development Team Lead at ThinJack Ltd., a firm offering niche oil and gas well services and products to the energy sector. The ThinJack Service specializes in delivering extreme force in confined spaces, separating stuck equipment such as seized well flanges. The team also assembles and sells a UK manufactured product called HoleGuard, a temporary wellbore fitting which minimizes the chance of dropped objects entering wellbores, therefore protecting valuable client assets, onshore and offshore.
 
Fiona recognizes that opportunities and realizing their rewards don’t happen by chance. She is skilled in planning, organization, tenacity and commitment, and has a proven track record of producing results. In her role, Fiona accompanies the buyer at each step with the company, ensuring close collaboration, support, guidance and clarity, while maintaining strategic direction and organizational focus. She enjoys engaging with people and ideas, and is passionate about her work.
 
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Aberdeen, Fiona went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Robert Gordon University. She has volunteered with Charlie House, the Robert Gordon’s College Parents Association and RSBP Big School Bird Watch.
 
Based in Aberdeen, Scotland, Fiona credits her success to a results-focused attitude and having the drive to succeed. She is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and Intervention Coiled Tubing Association, and is excited about the possibilities in the evolving energy sector.
