As an Intuitive Channel, Teacher and Messenger of Hope, I have learned to allow myself to breathe in the scariest or saddest moments because they allow me to catch a glimpse of my true strength. These moments are the opportunities to remind each of us that we are worthy and capable. My biggest expression of love in this world is my ability to show up for myself and others. I enjoy supporting the creative energies of change and expansion in people’s lives. Butterfly Creations is dedicated to encouraging and equipping people to celebrate their uniqueness, through the experiences of their choices, growth, and worthiness. Quite simply, when you invest in yourself, you are automatically investing in every living thing. My YouTube channel, online workshops, private readings, and coaching are how I continue to reach out, show up and honour the gift of connection.

Coming in January 2022, “Showing Up. My Expression of Love!”, an autobiographical account of the life lessons of the healing journey. This is the story of rising above, growing, evolving, and expanding. Here is how I learned to see and discern between the people who showed up in my life for a reason, a season or a lifetime and the blessings that each deliver in very personal and profound ways.

Before the end of 2021 I am proud to announce the release of the Oracle Deck, “What Remains. The Ancestors’ Wisdom & Blessings”. This beautiful collaboration of original art by Marilyn James, my mother and gifted intuitive channel, and myself. The Ancestors walk with each of us, reminding, reassuring, and encouraging all of us to follow the path of living the most authentic expression of who we know ourselves to be. This deck is an intuitive exercise in reaching through the illusion of linear time and meeting the essence of pure unconditional love.

It was my pleasure to expand my writing and become a Contributing Article Writer for “MO2VATE MAGAZINE”. The journey continues and I am excited to collaborate with new people and develop innovative projects to further the positive win-win relationships and situations that life has to offer. Martha Smith is Proprietor of Mattie’s Authentic Bahamian Creations, https://www.marthasparadise.com/,  where she has been for the last decade. A retired educator with over 50 years of experience in her career, she is responsible for creating food and beverages such as pepper sauce, jams, jellies, and tamarind products. She also created native teas and oversees the marketing and presentation for the products.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in History and General Studies from the University of the West Indies Jamaica. From there, she has ventured in manufacturing Jam and Pepper Sauces, and has been extremely successful. Through marketing, trade shows, and product development, Mattie’s Authentic Bahamian Creations is now a known brand. She has attended international conferences, including those in Career and Technical Education, and she is also a Facilitator.

After being awarded a grant, Martha is often on the road with her products, attending shows and expos to sell and spread work about her high quality products. In addition to the WNA, Martha is a member of the Bahamas Network of Rural Women Producers, Caribbean Network of Rural Women Producers, and Bahamas National Craft Association.

She published a book about bush medicine in 2006, and is committed to empowering women in the islands. She is most proud of her teaching work, and credits her success to taking risks and being determined.

In her spare time she enjoys cooking, travel, and sewing. Always looking to helping others, she is a Red Cross Volunteer.

Sophie Beaurpere Wood is Head of Talent at Terraformation Inc. She specializes in both candidate and employee experience, operational excellence within Talent Acquisition, as well as employer branding and corporate communications.

She holds her Masters Certificate from Cornell University in Human Resources, and earned a Bachelor Of Science in Advertising and Communication from Boston University. Known for her professionalism and business acumen, she is looking forward to learning from others and sharing her knowledge.

Olivia Corsello is a Service-Disabled Veteran and the Owner of Sweetgrass HR Solutions, https://sweetgrasshrs.com. She specializes in grant writing, business startups, composing company handbooks and contracts. Olivia takes pride in her commitment to building an encouraging and supportive relationship with her clients.

Also a Business Manager of TLD Construction, she resides in Summerville, SC. Olivia served in the United States Coast Guard for five years in upstate New York, then started her administrative career while enlisted. She realized her passion for organizational work. Because of her military background, she soon realized how regimental administrative services could be which she loved.

When her time in the military was up, Olivia held various administrative assistant positions and worked her way up to office manager roles. While performing office management, Olivia started learning more about human resource services and developed a desire to help others. She completed an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and later went on to receive an additional Associate’s degree in Human Resource Management.

A member of SHRM (Society of HR Management) and a lifetime member of WNA (Women’s Networking Association), she is dedicated to helping others start their own businesses and to assisting existing companies with business organization so they can concentrate more on what they do best, generate revenue.
