Lauren Dwyer is Vice President, Executive Education and CEO Programs for the American Bankers Association (ABA), the banking industry’s strongest voice in Washington, DC.  Lauren’s primary focus is oversight of content development for the ABA Annual Convention, Washington Summit, Summer Leadership Meeting, International Financial Conference and Women’s Leadership Forum.

A graduate of Penn State University with a BS in Human Development & Family Studies, she went on to attain her Masters of Business Administration and Masters of International Management from University of Maryland Global Campus. She also holds her Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University and she is a Certified Professional in Management (CPM™), obtained through the American Management Association.

Prior to joining the ABA in 2013, Lauren specialized in industry education and research development at the National Multifamily Housing Council, the International Sign Association, and America’s Community Bankers.

In addition to her extensive experience and education in her professional career, she is also a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance (200 RYT), and a PADI certified diver.

Cecilia Lara is an LAC Global Investigator for Walmart. Her regions include Latin America, Africa and Canada. She has been in this role for over three years, where she conducts investigations by assigning allegations, gathers and evaluate evidence to perform analyses, and finally presents the investigations findings in a proficient report. The investigative work product ranges from Financial Fraud, Commercial Corruption, Significant Ethical and Business investigations.

Prior to her role at Walmart, she was MXCAM Audit Senior Manager and MXCAM Audit Manager. She finds her work to be ever interesting and challenging. She is proud of her work ethic and the ability to use her skillset to serve the company to remain at its best. She credits her success thus far to passion, hard work, and perseverance.

Cecilia earned a Bachelor of Accounting and an MBA degree. She is also in the process of completing the Certified Fraud Examiner designation through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

When not working, Cecilia can be found spending quality time with her family and friends or learning about child brain development.

Dr. Imme Gerke has served as International Business Facilitator Economic Development at Eye-Level Worldwide, http://IDRG.eu, since 2012. Her role in International business is invaluable, as these interactions allow people, companies and countries to develop relationships that are based on mutual interests. The company name stems from the concept that these developments can only be successful if they start and evolve at eye-level and are based on the expectation of mutual success.

After earning her PhD in Biology from University of Zurich Switzerland, Dr. Gerke worked as a scientist and scientific advisor in Madagascar and Burkina Faso for 7 years. She went on to found her own company in biological pest management in Canada and the US. After a hostile take-over by the multinational industry, she was appointed to the position of government and industry advisor by the Canadian government. Her mandate covered Canada, NAFTA and OECD.

She left this role in 2012, moving back to Europe and to pursue Global Harmonization without an attachment to any given country, company or other interest group. Her work is driven by values such as learning, eye-level, caring, sharing, fairness, cooperation and transparency.

Dr. Gerke has 3 children and 4 grandchildren, and enjoys travel and spending time with family in her spare time.

Camila Vidal is Chief Executive Officer of Bluecare. She is passionate about her work and credits her success to dedication, drive and perseverance.

A graduate of Universidad Desarrollo, Camila is a Business Engineer who is dedicated to learn and to contribute to the higher good. Some of her specialties include: Management, Leadership, Development, and Strategic Planning.
