Head of International Omnichannel Sales Head BtoB & BtoC at XPO, Valerie Blandin offers over18 years of international experience including, 5 years working in the US, 4 years in exports, and 9 years of experience in Europe focusing on developing omnichannel sales, operational marketing and customer experience improvement in the services industry. Here, she over sees a staff of 64 including key account executives in digital and tele-sales. She works in pricing, reorganization, strategic management, new hires, and sales processes.
 
Prior to her current role she served in leadership and management positions for PlantSwitch and XPO Logistics. Valerie has been working in B2B an B2C Network Development and has worked for some of the largest multinational logistics companies in the work including DHL where she was in charge of a multicultural team of over 96 staff in 30 countries.  She has many years in the global project management area, international sales and marketing, and improvement and innovation.
 
Valerie received a Masters Degree in International Supply Chain Management from ESSEC Business School and a Masters Degree in International Business Administration ESCE. She is also a Certified Black Belt Six Sigma Professional. She speaks English, and French, and in her spare time loves to travel and is interested in psychology.

With over nine years of professional experience, Dr. Bibiana Mendoza Toro is a Plastic Surgeon who works in Fundacion Santa Fe De Bogota and private practice. She is known for her expertise in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
 
Bibiana holds her PhD in Plastic Surgery and Craniofacial Surgery, and a Master’s degree in Oncological Dermatology. She is also a member of the ACPA. Moving forward, she plans to continue her work as a professor and hopes to network with likeminded professionals worldwide as much as possible.
 
In her spare time, Bibiana enjoys traveling.

Joelle Malette is Principal of Malette ADR | RED, www.maletteadrred.com, an alternative dispute resolution firm. She is passionate about her work and draws upon over 16 years of experience in the legal field, most recently centering on corporate commercial law and the bio energy sector. She also acts as general counsel for a consultant firm and a bio energy company.

As President and Founder of Malette ADR | RED, Joelle offers complete Alternative Dispute Resolution services. All services are offered in English and in French. Over the course of her career, Joelle has conducted over 500 successful negotiations, with nearly100 combined trials and administrative hearings.

Joelle is known for her expertise in fixing problems, resolving disputes, and negotiating.  Her goals in creating Malette ADR | RED are twofold: she wants to help her clients achieve optimal results quickly and efficiently, and also to teach the skills necessary to successfully resolve disputes. Malette ADR | RED services included dispute prevention training, negotiations, mediations, med-arb and arb-med, resolution of workplace dispute and guest speaking.

Joelle obtained ADR training through the Windsor Faculty of Law in association with the Stitt Feld Handy Group. This program, combined with her litigation experience, has given her the skills to choose different alternative dispute resolution techniques and approaches to fit the needs of each client. The substantive areas of law in which she has practiced are diverse, however she offers extensive experience in occupier’s liability, professional negligence, product liability, motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, insurance disputes, wrongful dismissal, and breach of contracts.

She fully understands the complexities of conflict and the barriers to dispute resolution and will provide clients with dispute resolution services designed to encourage the best options for resolution. She is highly motivated by substantive result, but recognizes the human factor of disputes, the importance of identifying common goals, ensuring open communication, active listening and creating options to achieve the desired results.

Christine Soussa believes that leaders should drive innovation and inspiration. She identifies, leads, and helps launch joint product integration and GTM offerings. Her passion for excellence, curious entrepreneurial nature, and “limitless mindset” results in exceptional business outcomes and authentic relationships.
 
Prior to Equinix, she held Senior Sales and Strategy positions at The Walt Disney Company, VeriSign, and Symantec. Throughout her tenure at various organizations, she has been awarded President’s Club multiple times.  In 2020 she was promoted to the position of Global Client Director, with a vision to help organizations grow and scale to the next level(s).
 
She holds degrees in Political Science and English with emphasis in International Relations and Writing/Rhetoric, from Pepperdine University. Christine is an effective leader and mentor who helps individuals and organizations thrive.
