Lena Reither is a highly successful Head of Payments and SWIFT in the Banking Technology, especially Payments and SWIFT area, and SWIFT Expert. With nearly 30 years of experience in her field, she was one of the founders of the company R&L AG, serving there as Head of Business and Technology Analysis, where she manages analysis, project leadership, information management, process organization and EAI for banks, trade industry and insurances. She is passionate about her work and is highly skilled in overseeing financial technology integration as e.g., payments and SWIFT infrastructure, customer-bank interface, cash management, production implementation, and liquidity and settlement management.
 
The success of R&L AG resulted in acquisition of the company by Be Group, with renaming and rebranding to Be Shaping the Future – Financial Industry Solutions AG.

Rebecca Robinson Davis, CBI, is the Principal Broker for Practice Sales Advisors. This Company specializes in the sale of veterinary practices, clinics, and hospitals, and aids in the process of the entire selling process.Their services include tax minimization consultations and which exit strategy to pursue: corporate buyer, private equity buyer, individual buyer or current associate.

The mission of Practice Sales Advisors is to help each client personally with their goal of buying or selling a veterinary practice. With their client every step of the way, they take great pride in guiding decisions, advising appropriately, and joining in the celebration.

Rebecca’s business conglomeration experience began in 2004 and expanded her already diverse set of skills encompassing the complexities of the brokerage business. She is currently a licensed broker in twenty-two states.

For Rebecca, commitment to her clients is paramount. She has acted as a liaison for scores of transactions via valuation analysis, mergers and acquisitions. Rikki Ricker is currently the Executive Director of Ronald McDonald House Charities Northern Nevada. With a background of 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, her professional skills include business analysis, operations, contract negotiations, grant-writing, and fundraising. In her executive roles, she has led multi-million dollar health and human service organizations based in Reno. She has been recognized for her professional achievements and was named as one of the Reno-Tahoe Young Professionals Network 20 Under 40 Awardees in 2017.

Rikki has continued to build upon her bachelor’s degree by attending local and national workshops for non-profit executives, as well as working towards completing an MBA at Purdue Global University by summer 2022. As an active volunteer in the community, she has been the Chair of The Chamber’s Ambassador program, president of Soroptimist International of Truckee Meadows, and a member of the Nevada State PTA Board.

Passionate about her work, Rikki credits her success to dedication, drive and perseverance. She looks forward to connecting with likeminded professionals.

Mrs. Burnett is a member of the Johns Hopkins University Clinical Faculty, dedicated to classroom teaching, mentorship, collaboration, and the success of students.  Here she works with the Urban Teachers Program in Baltimore as an instructional coach for preservice teachers. She also serves as an adjunct professor at American University in Washington, DC for elementary math method courses to undergraduate students. Additionally, she also serves as the Manager of the Professional Learning Community with the Association of Supervision and Curriculum and Development (ASCD) – leading the professional learning community’s platform and the Teach to Lead® program. The Teach to Lead® program works in partnership with the United States Department of Education and Teach Plus, to support teacher leaders around problems of practice.   Previously, she served as Deputy Chief of STEM for the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) in Washington, DC.  She led the school district in all areas of STEM education.

Mrs. Burnett earned her bachelor of science from Syracuse University, and master’s degrees from Cornell, Johns Hopkins and Towson Universities. As well as a Ph.D. in STEM education from George Mason University in Virginia.

Social justice is an important issue; therefore, she serves on the executive board of two non-profit organizations, STEM4US – an organization helping to promote the participation of minority students in STEM and the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project (MAIP). MAIP works to correct the conviction of innocent people in D.C., MD and VA.

Kim is a highly experienced educator in school urban districts, she is skilled in STEM education, professional development, nonprofit organizations, program evaluation, educational technology, and instructional design. She offers a strong sense of professionalism, holding a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Science Education Research.

Dr. Inge Blokzijl-Boezeman is a Pediatrician and Medical Leader based in the Netherlands. Having been with Bernhoven since 2005, she is passionate about healthcare and wellness, and specializes in diagnostics and problem solving. She oversees the solution shops and the outpatient ward of the hospital, and is a skilled medical administrator.
 
After completing medical studies at Maastricht University, a course that included clinical service abroad in South Africa, Inge has kept up a commitment to professional growth and development. She holds a Mini MBA from Nyenrode Business University and completed the Authentic Leadership for Women program at Asscher/Van Iren Consultancy. Most recently, she is about to complete a Master of Science in Executive Health Management from TIAS School for Business and Society.
 
Prior to joining Bernhoven, Inge launched her career working at the children’s hospital Sophia. She undertook pediatric residence at Reinier de Graaf hospital in Delft and in 2000 began pediatrics training at Erasmus MC/Sophia Children Hospital Rotterdam.
 
Today, Inge lives in Uden with her husband and three children. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys travel, tennis, fitness and fine dining, and is an avid Porsche afficionado.
