Nadege Fayard-Bourdin is the Founder and Manager of the Expat-Buddy at Expat’ResSources where she is known for her dynamic leadership skills and unmatched expertise in her field.

She calls herself a “serial expat” and her journey has given her the experience to dub a new concept in the international mobility support provided to Expat Women. She truly enjoys helping people just like herself and sees her own journey in others. Grateful she is able to share her experience with other women as they venture through the transitions of the nomad life, she provides corporate companies with the right support for the families they are assigning abroad.

She also offers her expertise in supporting the “trailing spouse” with a unique methodology “the Expat-Buddy” and a genuinely open and constructive attitude. She helps women’s expat partners balance the 4 pillars of their life: the “I/Me”, the social life, the family/Couple life, and the work life.

Prior to founding her business, she was an HR Fundraiser for Wisma Cheshire and an International Mobility Consultant, which gave her the perfect combo of skills to be where she is today. She sees herself as a music director, orchestrating simultaneously different partitions: mum, home manager, and charity work. She can switch languages, adapting to different cultures with ease. She is a team player, loves people, and helping others.

Nadege is a moderator in a FB group supporting women going through separation and divorce while living abroad, and she is currently getting certified as a divorce coach, one more skill to add to her profile.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and cooking.
