Kathleen Foottit spent the majority of her career working in the administration field, working under Executive Director’s and Registrars of the Ministry of Community and Social Services, Ministry of Public Safety and Correctional Services, Ministry of Attorney General and the Treasury Board Secretariat of the Provincial Government of Ontario.
 
Today, Kathleen is an ordained and licensed Minister with the Ministers Network Canada which is a Fellowship of Churches and Ministries across Canada and the nations. Having spent the last decade Kathleen has served in the ministry in the capacity of providing ecumenical church services at Oshawa long term care facilities, additionally providing spiritual and religious care needs to patients, families and staff in the capacity of a volunteer chaplain at the local hospitals.  She is passionate about connecting and helping people and is highly knowledgeable in faith, theology, teaching various women’s bible studies, spirituality issues and public speaking. Kathleen is known for her hands on approach to tending her flock and makes a point to visit parishioners who cannot make it to church by meeting them in the hospital or nursing home.
 
Locally, she is active with the church board, Sunday school programs, Canadian prison system and various long term care retirement homes. Kathleen is based in Oshawa, Ontario and holds a Legal Administrative Degree, from Retter Business College, Toronto, Ontario and after attending Kingdom Bible College, holds a Bachelor of Theology Degree from Christian Life School of Theology, Georgia, USA.
 
Kathleen was raised in outside small-town rural Ontario where her family and her roots remain very much intact. Spending quality and quantity time and having a blast with her children and grandchildren—whether it be an impromptu road trip investigating historical sites, scouring the beach for a special rock, driving derby cars, attending church or a favourite music artist or group concert together, Kathleen’s family is her very best work and her highly esteemed treasure. She works hard earn the best Nanna award possible.

Lorena Barrientos is a Chilean lawyer with domestic and international experience in a broad array of business matters, and in leading work teams. She is known for her negotiation skills and collaborative team work.

She is the Chief Legal Officer of Algramo, a company that is disrupting the packaging and FMCG goods supply chain industry, by introducing smart-packaging and reuse systems, allowing small volume purchases at bulk prices. Algramo works with several global brands to incorporate Algramo’s technology into their distribution systems, in Chile as well as in other countries of America, Asia and Europe. Before joining Algramo, she worked for 13 years at Morales & Besa, one of the largest and most respected law firms in Chile, where she was director of the corporate practice. Lorena also worked as international associate at Cleary Gottlieb in New York, which has been awarded as the best law firm in Latam for several years in a row.

Lorena has been distinguished by her corporate and M&A knowledge by various legal rankings and has been included as corporate expert on its Directory by the Chilean Bar Association (2021) and has enjoyed a lifelong passion for empowering women and diversity matters.She was awarded as D&I In-House Lawyer of the Year by Chambers & Partners in 2021.

Lorena is a Judge of the Ethics Committee of the Chilean Bar Association, which enforce the ethical professional control of such association over collegiate lawyers in Chile. She is also a member of the Female Lawyers’ Committee, and of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee of the Chilean Bar Association. Ms. Barrientos also serves as Director of the Chilean Chapter of Women in eDiscovery, which is a nonprofit organization focused on providing women with legal technology education, networking, and leadership opportunities. Lorena has authored articles on the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in business teams, and has been shortlisted by Chambers & Partners several years as a distinguished Diversity and Inclusion leader.

She earned her law degree at Universidad de Chile magna cum laude and got a Master in Laws in Financial and Securities Regulation at Georgetown University. She also has diplomas on Accounting & Finance, and on Leadership, Coaching and Communication. She is certified on Venture Capital, Legal Tech & Startups, Strategic Negotiation and Diversity matters.

Jhonna DeMarcky is the Vice President of Finance at Blue Stone Therapy, the leading SNF therapy specialist of the Midwest and a provider of skilled outpatient and acute contract rehab services to rural and urban markets. Highly skilled in cost management for the healthcare and home care sectors, Jhonna has a vast experience in program management and accounting, and has guided nursing and other healthcare programs through institutional change and transformation.
 
She possesses a thorough understanding of the complex processes related to Medicaid and Medicare, and is seasoned in helping to illuminate the programs’ rules, laws and procedures in language and ways that make sense to the layperson.

Claudia Ribas is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specialized in working with immigrant families and individuals from around the world. Bilingual in English and Portuguese, she is highly skilled in psychological reporting and evaluations, including in-person or virtual assessment interviews. She has newly two decades of experience in the sector and works with many different lawyers and administrators across the United States.
 
After earning a Bachelor of Arts from Manhattanville College, Claudia went on to complete a Master of Arts in Psychology from Fairfield University and a Master of Social Work from New York University. She holds an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy in Psychoanalysis from California Southern University of Professional Studies, and is certified in Advanced Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy by the Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies.
 
Passionate about her work, Claudia credits her success to being flexible, friendly and having the skill to achieve real results for her clients.
