Sharon Vocatura is Senior Financial Analyst at Schneider Electric, an award-winning sustainable electricity company. Highly skilled in accounting and finance, Sharon oversees the monthly and end-to-end financials, as well as full P&L for the firm. She also manages payroll accounting, monthly accruals, reconciliations and journal entries, as well as managing various projects, where needed.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Southern Connecticut State University, Sharon went on to complete a Master of Business Administration at the University. She launched her accounting career working for a printing firm, and has garnered over two decades of experience working for a variety of firms, taking on progressive leadership positions.
Passionate about her work, Sharon is known for being team oriented and highly motivated. She credits her success to focus, drive and perseverance.

A pillar of her community, Naomi has been recognized throughout her career as Provincial Winner of the Ontario Association of CCACs Individual Staff Award of Excellence (2015), and the Central West CCAC C.E.O. Employee of the Year Award (2015). She was recently nominated for the ‘Choose to Challenge’ International Women’s Day Leadership Award (2021), and the ‘She Inspires’ International Women’s Day Leadership Award (2020).

Thea Hanson is a distinguished and award-winning realtor in partnership with RE/MAX All Pro Realty in Trail, British Columbia. With over 13 years of experience in the field, she has demonstrated results consistently in the top 2% of realtors registered with the Kootenay Association of Realtors. Highly regarded in the field, she was recipient of the prestigious Hall of Fame Award, placing her among the top real estate professionals in North America, and she won the RE/MAX Chairman’s Award as a top achiever.
After completing a diploma in Residential Trading Services from The University of British Columbia, Thea went on to become a certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist in Luxury Real Estate from the Institute for Luxury. Kathy Cox offers over 25 years in business leadership. Her experience is broad, from a multi-billion-dollar financial services company Security Benefit Group, starting her own business Cox and Associates a consulting firm, to CEO of Project ARRIBA, a nonprofit taking people from poverty to high wage jobs. She also held a senior management position with the largest YWCA and is now the Chief Development Officer for El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank (EPFH). EPFH is the third largest food bank in the nation in terms of food distribution with 139.6 million pounds of food distributed along the border in 2021.
Kathy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from William Jewell College with Honors at Oxford University, Oxford England, and her Master of Science from University of North Texas. She cares deeply about the borderland, having worked in fighting homelessness and now hunger. Her passion is raising funds for worthy causes and helping to change lives for the better. She has spoken nationally on poverty and homelessness.

Criss Ann Ellis-Sandre is a Client Delivery Executive for Xerox in Windsor, Ontario. Her main role is in supporting Xerox Canada with clients in manufacturing, logistics, marketing and utilities. She is known for her diligence and solid project management style. A natural leader, she wears many hats, executing each deliverable on time and with the utmost care.
Prior to Xerox, she was the Owner of WOBM Consulting, offering coaching and guidance in areas of strategy and business development. This is where she honed her leadership and management expertise that would serve her well for the rest of her career.
She is proud to earn the 2019 CEO Club Achievement at Xerox. The CEO Club is the company’s highest distinction only given to the top one percent of employees. She achieved 133% of the annual plan to deliver extraordinary results and be named a member of the CEO Club.
