Racquel Gil is an entrepreneur and professional currently in development on a new endeavor. Launching later this year, she will be opening R & N Epic Services. The firm will offer a number of services, including care for persons with disabilities and assisted living services.
R & N Epic Services will feature a new, state-of-the-art care home setting, in a welcoming and comfortable group home and living facility. She will oversee the staff and is currently recruiting health aids and support staff of the highest caliber and experience.
Passionate about her work, Racquel loves offering a safe, welcoming place for people to call home while they receive care. Racquel has over 25 years of experience with home health care, as well as working with persons with disabilities, and early childhood development, with a wealth of knowledge in these areas. She works closely with family members and residents, to ensure that all needs are met.

Cynthia Castillo is a hydration specialist, Enagic international independent distributor, and entrepreneur. As the owner of True Health Solution LLC, she helps people to improve their health, wellness, and longevity by drinking truly healthy water. Highly knowledgeable about the benefits and importance of electrolyzed reduced water (ERW), Cynthia is on a mission to help people nourish their bodies, minds, and spirits.
Cynthia earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from New Era University in the Philippines. After ten years working at a prestigious company in the Philippines, she decided to move to the United States for a greener pasture. Cynthia is currently living in Washington metropolitan area. Prior to establishing True Health Solution LLC, Cynthia spent 4 years as a member service representative from Navy Federal Credit Union.

Debbie Buckley is Business Development and Community Relations Consultant at Southbank Partners, a nonprofit regional economic development organization serving urban communities across Northern Kentucky. Having recently joined the Southbank team in August 2021 following her retirement from the City of Fort Thomas, Kentucky, Debbie draws upon over 20 years of professional experience, including work in administration, public and community services, and management.
Since earning an Associate Degree in Women’s Studies from Cincinnati Christian University, Debbie has remained committed to professional growth and development. She studied Social Work at Northern Kentucky University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Mt. Vernon Nazarene University.
Debbie is based out of Newport, Kentucky, where she has been an active volunteer and contributor to the community for years. She credits her success to passion, focus and perseverance.

Priyanka Pillai is Procurement Lead at Campari Canada, the Canadian arm of international beverage giant Campari Group. With over 8 years of experience in her career, Priyanka is highly skilled in supply chain management and strategic sourcing, and is known for her strong motivation and focus on continuous improvement. In her role, she leads all product and non-product related procurement activities for Campari Canada.
After her studies in Biology from Ryerson University, Priyanka went on to complete a technical Diploma in Biotechnology from Seneca College. Committed to professional growth and development, she is currently pursuing her certification in Planning and Inventory Management through APICS.
Based out of Mississauga, Ontario, Priyanka credits her success to focus, drive and perseverance. She speaks English and Hindi, with a working proficiency of Punjabi.

Elizabeth A. Castro is a 27-year professional career educator with experience in primary & secondary education; she also is an experienced freelance translator. As a Program Analyst at the Department of Defense Education Activity, Elizabeth manages and evaluates DoDEA curriculum and instruction programs, systems and policies, advising on potential improvements. She also researches, compiles, and analyzes complex data to identify trends in the sector and report on program performance.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis on Bilingual, English as a Second Language (ESL), and Mathematics, she completed a Master of Science in Educational Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. She holds Bilingual, ESL, Mathematics, Elementary Education, and Educational Management and Leadership certifications.
Outside of her work at the DoDEA, Elizabeth is an active volunteer in her community. She serves on the National Board of Directors for PFLAG (Parents, Families, and Friends of Lesbians and Gays). She is on the Literacy Advisory Council with United Through Reading. Elizabeth is an ambassador for the Giving Tuesday Military chapter in Northern Virginia and the DC area and is an annual ambassador for Military Marriage Day. She also volunteers as VP of Operations for the South County High School Band Boosters. Elizabeth was recognized for her contributions and dedication to her military community as the 2020-21 Armed Forces Insurance Marine Corps Base, Camp Courtney Military Spouse of the Year.
Living in Northern Virginia, Elizabeth and her husband, a MGySgt. in the US Marine Corps stationed at The Pentagon, have been happily married for over two decades and have raised two sons.
