Elisabetta Jackson is Assistant Nurse Manager at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where she helps to manage a busy inpatient and outpatient department that covers the greater Los Angeles area. Passionate about her work, she is a skilled nurse and advocate for her patients, and oversees the department’s operations as well as providing critical care and services to patients and their families.
Elisabetta holds an associate in Associate of Science in Nursing ADN and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governor’s University (WGU). A Registered Nurse, she is currently working toward completing her master’s degree in Leadership from WGU. She is ANCC certified in Gerontology and is a member of ONS.
Elisabetta teaches nursing principles and leadership at Santa Monica College in the nursing program and enjoys interacting with her students.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Elisabetta serves on the board of UC Santa Barbara’s Women in Leadership program. She speaks fluent English and Italian, and credits her success to focus, drive and perseverance.

Anne-Marie Engleman is Senior Director Global Consumer Experience Hub – Americas for adidas. Specialized in retail visual merchandising and interior design, Anne-Marie is at the forefront of consumer experience and immersive retail environments, and is highly skilled in aesthetic marketing and team management. The winner of multiple global coaching and collaboration awards with adidas, her ability stretches far beyond the design realm, to include operational logistics that enable projects to succeed.
Having joined adidas as Visual Merchandising Manager for 8 markets across APAC, Anne-Marie demonstrated her ability to deliver visual merchandising strategy, process and program for global retail. She later oversaw 16 markets, including emerging marketing, Spanish-Speaking Latin America and Brazil, for whom she served as key contact. Today based in Portland, Oregon, she brings holistic experiences to the American markets, driving efficiency and speed that meets the same high standard as the aesthetic.
After earning British Display Society Certificates 1 & 2 in Retail Display from Coventry Technical College, Anne-Marie launched her career in visual merchandising, quickly rising through the ranks. Kelly Stover is Head of Consumer and E-commerce at Bentley Lewis, an award-winning global boutique executive search firm. With over 23 years of experience in the field, Kelly specializes in the definition and implementation of top-level talent and recruiting strategies. Known for her passion for developing both people and teams, she has advised companies of all sizes on how to best invest in their People, Processes and Technology to produce lasting results.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Professional Writing from Saint Mary’s College, Kelly launched her career working in human resources for Boeing Defense Systems. She worked her way up the ranks to hold leadership roles at major international corporations including Nestle Waters, Frito Lay, Dollar General, Amazon Global Logistics and Keurig Dr Pepper Inc.

Asha Siew is Shipping Consultant and Managing Director of SANM Air & Ocean Carrier Ltd, an international shipping services provider based in Trinidad, West Indies.
