Jennifer Fedus is the Founder of 123 Momsquad, a community of empowered moms who support each other through daily family life and the struggles of chronic pain. Herself a mother of two, Jennifer is a chronic illness warrior and survivor, and established the group to help connect and empower women facing the challenges of living with chronic pain while balancing the demands of motherhood.
After more than 20 years of gripping chronic fatigue, surgeries, pain and hospital visits, Jennifer decided it was time to make her health a priority and started to truly manage her symptoms. When she saw how the benefits of better health management created a positive waterfall effect across all aspects of her life, she realized she had tapped into something that could invigorate and help other moms who were struggling.
Jennifer hosts the 123 Momsquad podcast, available on the website and all major podcast outlets, and produces the 123 Momsquad newsletter, which features fabulous and empowering weekly emails. Passionate about helping others, she offers support to all of the moms and women out there suffering from chronic illness and chronic pain. Working closely with her private clients, Jennifer guides each one through the empowerment of their minds and bodies, so that they may do amazing things and find the joy in their lives, again.

Dr. Nancy Higgins is a Professor at University of Maryland. She offers over 25 years of teaching experience and belongs to several professional organizations. She is presently teaching online courses in the Human Resources Management area for the University of Maryland with students in the USA, Europe and Asia.
Her hard work has not gone unrecognized as she had been the recipient of numerous awards.
She is the Chair for the Undergraduate Committee under the Academic Faculty Advisory Committee at the University. She recently received an award for student success from her current supervisor Dr. Freda Powell. She has received other awards in cybersecurity and trainings at the University.
Prior to her current role, she was a full-time faculty member of Montgomery College as well as Department Chair and coordinator of Management and Marketing as well as Fashion Merchandising Coordinator. Nancy has earned four degrees, all while working. She holds her Doctorate in from Vanderbilt University in Higher Education Administration and HR, her Masters from Pepperdine in Human Resources Management, and a Masters in Education and Counseling. She is currently trying to help and assist her students and enjoy the journey and life lessons that teaching brings. In her spare time she enjoys reading and travel.

Julie Nuzzolillo is Owner of Stately Transitions, PLLC, www.stately-transitions.com, located in North Haven, CT. A registered nurse, Julie is licensed in both CT and RI. Her nursing experience spans over 30 years, with the last decade dedicated to geriatric care. Julie has extensive experience in home care, serving as an Executive Director, RN Clinical Supervisor, Staff Development Nurse, RN Clinical Liaison, and RN Case Manager. In the senior living industry, Julie is experienced as a Director of Health and Wellness, Regional Director of Clinical Specialists and RN Designee, which enables clients to make informed decisions on independent living, assisted living or memory care.

When not devoting her time to helping seniors and their families, Julie volunteers her time as a Community Educator for the So. Central CT Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. Julie is an Active Alternate Commissioned Member of The Quinnipiac Valley Health District Board of Directors representing her hometown of North Haven, CT. Her business, Stately Transitions, is a Member of The Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors, and member of the Interagency Council for the Agency on Aging Southern Connecticut Chapter.

Wendy Yaniv is a Coach, specializing in Mental Wellness and Positive Communications. As Founder of WY Coaching and Founder/Partner of AIM Group Coaching, Wendy is passionate about helping her clients face life challenges with a more positive mindset and less stress.
Wendy studied Interpersonal/ Behavioral Communications and International Business. She is an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) with the International Coach Federation, CPC (Certified Professional Coach) with the International Coach Academy, and a PQ® Mental Fitness Coach. She worked for many years in real estate and as a Productivity and Mentor Coach as well as a coach for expats while living abroad.
Wendy knows from personal experience, that the most challenging of times are often our greatest teachers. “People energize me and fill me with curiosity. I am at my best when partnering with clients in helping them create new awareness, identify self-sabotaging behaviors and tap into their own strength to turn adverse situations into gifts and opportunities.”
When not working as a coach, Wendy loves reading, working out, skiing, hiking in the great outdoors, and traveling the world! Her passion for travel segued into founding The 5 Senses® Tour Israel. An interfaith, small-group experience that brings people together from various religions, cultures and perspectives to learn, share and explore as they travel the complex and beautiful tapestry of Israel. “The ripple effect of learning and sharing among different cultures and religions is a magical experience and a true honor for me to be part of it.”

Maureen Williamson is thrilled about her new business, Maureen’s Taste. Maureen’s Taste caters to a variety of meals, especially Caribbean and specialty dishes such as vegan and diabetic dishes.
Maureen’s Taste is created with the intent that many conversations or events will be held while eating something that she has created for engagement parties, birthday parties, anniversaries, or anything at all.
Maureen Williamson is a Manager at Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NJ where she is known for her dynamic leadership skill and unmatched expertise in her field. Frequently lauded for her work, Maureen has received awards for participation with her previous company involvement with the United Way and Climb for Air, an event supporting firefighters. Also a committed philanthropist, she currently donates to Feed America, Action Against Hunger (Africa) and Eat, Learn, Play Foundation (Founded by Stephen and Ayesha Curry).
When not engaged with work, Maureen enjoys spending time with family, cooking and hosting. Maureen credits her success to dedication, drive and perseverance.
One thing Maureen knows is that good food brings loved ones together. This is the basis of her business. Great food is known to mend a few fences, and that is why she has always found a reason to cook. A foodie who loves to cook and entertain friends and families, especially during the holiday season, she has always had the pleasure of seeing the faces and hearing the chatter of people enjoying something that she has prepared. It has opened doors to some of the most memorable conversations she can remember.
She has been encouraged by her family as they have told her she should be putting her spectacular dishes out there for others to enjoy. It is now her delight for others to indulge in her mouth-watering recipes filled with Island Spice.
