Theressa N. Milhouse is Owner and Creator of Heart To Heart Health Services, LLC, and Heart To Heart Health Services of Ohio, LLC medical services companies offering clinical laboratory testing with same-day results, as well as CPR and First Aid training courses. Driven by a mission to provide affordable, efficient, accurate and confidential lab testing, and providing courses that promote knowledge and confidence in an emergent or life support situation, since its opening the firms have served more than 3500 patients.
With over 20 years of experience in the medical industry, Theressa has been a huge advocate for optimal health and wellness education. She is adaptable and facile, able to quickly assess the needs of her surroundings, staff and patients, and is known for her ability to train and motivate staff. She is specialized in Emergency Services, ICU, CCU, CVICU, phlebotomy and family advocacy, and treats Heart To Heart Health Services and Heart To Heart Health Services of Ohio with the same care and attention to detail as she would as her own family.
A Registered Nurse, Theressa has maintained her BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications since 2002. In 2020, she successfully obtained her CLIA Certificate of Waiver and, later became an official ASHI Training Site and a Notary Public. Prior to establishing Heart To Heart Health Services and Heart To Heart Health Services of Ohio, Theressa took on numerous medical assignments, including as a travel nurse throughout California, New York, Maine, Ohio, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
Outside of running Heart To Heart Health Services and Heart To Heart Health Services of Ohio, Theressa enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and reading.

Ethel Côté is Founding President of mécènESS inc, a one-stop shop for community development, social innovation, intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship. An esteemed leader in business development with a focus on community economic development, Ethel works with organizations locally in Canada and internationally, to foster financial independence and sustainability within their communities. She is a skilled administrator and program manager, and has trained more than 48,000 people in her methodology.
Having worked with nearly 1000 organizations over the course of her impressive career, Ethel has demonstrated expertise in diversified funding, management, strategic and business planning, governance, and organizational development. She is fluently bilingual in English and French, and can facilitate network building, communication, manage human resources, and develop partnerships in either language.
After earning a CALL Certificate in Canadian Agriculture Lifetime Leadership from the Université Laval and University of Saskatoon, Ethel went on to complete 2nd Cycle certification in Community Economic Development from Concordia University. She is a Certified Coop Developer and Certified Transition Trainer, and is committed to sustainable development and innovation in rural and urban areas.
Ethel has been the recipient of numerous awards, including the Grade of Chevalier of the Pleiades (2003), Cooperation Council of Ontario Award (2004), First CIWARA in recognition of excellence in development Mali (2008), Co-operation Council of Ontario Certificate of Merit (2012), Multicultural Award (2015), UN Champion to Empower Women (2015), Order of Credit Unions in Ontario (2016), Saphir Award recipient for Women Personality of the Year (2016), and the Order of Ontario (2016). Her professional affiliations are vast, and include being a founding member of La Nouvelle scene and Social Enterprise Council of Canada, among other networks and organizations.

Mariné Ter-Kazaryan is an internationally renowned soprano and pianist based in Los Angeles. Having performed professionally since the age of 5, her voice and music have been celebrated all over the world, including in her native Armenia, where her recordings continue to receive airplay on national radio. Hailed by the Los Angeles Times as “The Nightingale Who Sang on Los Feliz,” Mariné is celebrated for her colorful, crystal-clear voice, and dramatic and expressive stage presence. As an artist, she is on a driven quest for perfection and always strives to uplift and evoke emotional fulfillment for her audiences.
Recently, Mariné made her debut at Carnegie Hall in New York City. She is featured as a soloist on a recording of Art Songs by Carlos Guastavino, and acted and sang the role of famous opera diva Roxanne Coss in the film Bel Canto. She also performed a solo faculty concert of operatic arias with the Glendale Community College Orchestra, and sang “Song To The Moon” from Rusalka by Dvořák, as featured musical artist on BBS Network’s Life Changes Radio Show.
Alongside her vibrant performance career, Mariné has served on the faculty of Glendale Community College for over a decade and holds a full-time position as the Chair of the Vocal Arts Department at the Pasadena Conservatory of Music, where she has taught since 1997. Within a year of becoming chair, she was awarded the Faculty Leadership Award for the Exemplary Leadership of the Vocal Arts Department. She has also been recognized with a Certificate of Appreciation for Professional Contribution as an Adjudicator to the Performing Arts Award Program of The Fine Arts Club of Pasadena, and received the Faculty Appreciation Award for 20 Years of Dedicated Service to the Pasadena Conservatory of Music.
After earning a diploma in Piano Performance from the Tchaikovsky School of Music in Yerevan, Mariné went on to complete a Bachelor of Music degree, Cum Laude, in Piano Performance and Vocal Arts and a Master of Music degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Vocal Arts from the University of Southern California Thornton School of Music. She has studied and coached with masters such as Judith Natalucci, Dr. Stewart Gordon, Dr. Louise Lepley, Margaret Schaper and Svetlana Dadyan, Frank Feta, William Vendice, and Franz Boerlage.
Prior to joining the faculty of Pasadena Conservatory of Music, Mariné was Chair of the Piano Department at the Nayiri Center for the Arts, where she taught for eight years. Her students have gone on to be music performance majors at prestigious universities such as Eastman School of Music, Oberlin Conservatory, Harvard, USC Thornton School of Music, New England Conservatory, University of Maryland, Boston Conservatory.
Outside of her teaching endeavors, Mariné is a highly sought-after adjudicator of local and international competitions, including the Virginia Hawk International Vocal Competition, Fine Arts of Pasadena Performing Arts Vocal Competition, NATS Collegiate Audition, and the Southern California Junior Bach Festival, among others.
In addition to being a valued member of the WNA, Mariné an honorary member of the Golden Key National Honor Society, Pi Kappa Lambda Music Honor Society, and is affiliated with NATS.

Valeria E. Alvis is a Lawyer, Mediator, Conciliator in consumer relations and Professional Coach. Working primarily as a Life Coach, she specializes in NeuroCoaching and is certified by the Neuroscience and Coaching Institute. Working one-on-one and in small groups with her clients, she is passionate about her work and loves to help people navigate the challenges and transitional periods of their lives.
In addition to the WNA, Valeria is a member of the IDPAZ and the IAC International Coaching Association. She studied Conflict Transformation Techniques at Florida International University and certified as a mediator under the County Court Mediation Training Program, at Nova University. Additionally, she was certified as a Mediator by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Argentine Nation, and as a Conciliator under COPREC, by the Ministry of Economy of the Argentine Nation. Prior to her life coaching practice, Valeria conducted mediations and conciliations privately.
A pillar of her community, outside of her professional endeavors she volunteers as a mentor at Building One Community-The Center for Immigrant Opportunity. She is originally from Argentina, and today resides in the United States with her spouse and two children.

Josie Gamble is an entrepreneur and executive working at the intersection the creative and people management industries. As the Founder and Director of the Christian Creative Directory and Christian Creative Network, and owner of Josie Gamble Designs, she has built a thriving portfolio of business ventures that serve her mission to help businesses and people solve problems through design. Passionate about her work, she has over 25 years of experience in the design industry, with particular expertise in branding, graphic and web design. As a consultant, she also offers marketing advisory services and business mentoring.
In 2017, Josie was inspired to establish Christian Creative Network UK to connect local networks of creatives across the UK, united to ‘Champion creativity in the body of Christ’. Most recently, in April 2021 she launched the Christian Creative Directory UK, the leading platform to locate Christian creative professionals and services, creative jobs, opportunities and creative resources in the United Kingdom.
After completing her studies in Industrial Product Design; 3D CAD Modeling; and Woods, Metals and Plastics; Josie went on to serve as a senior lecturer at the University, for 7 years. She has worked with hundreds of business owners, and has been a business owner for nearly 15 years.
Based in West Midlands, England, Josie is also a skilled public speaker. She credits her success to focus, faith and perseverance.
