Jessica Yoshimura is CEO and Founder of Southern Casting Associates, a premium boutique casting company based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Serving the greater Atlanta and Southeast region, the firm specializes in photo doubles, stand ins, body doubles, vehicle/picture cars, principals and background casting for the film, TV, and gaming industries. She works on productions of all sizes and budgets, and have built their reputation on going the extra mile to source the right talent for each project’s needs.
 
In addition to running Southern Casting Associates, Jessica serves as Community Partner in Participant Sourcing for Lionbridge Technologies, a global leader in translation and localization, and as Paymaster at industry heavyweight Entertainment Partners.
 
After her undergraduate studies at the University of West Georgia, Jessica went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from The University of Georgia in 2005. She is committed to giving back to the greater Atlanta community, and regularly provides food and clothing assistance for Betty’s Boxes for the Homeless. Outside of her busy work life, Jessica serves as Business Secretary to the Junior Air Force ROTC. She credits her success to focus, drive and perseverance.

Julia Olsen is an A&D Business Market Manager, Canada, for Armstrong Flooring, Inc., and an industry leader in the manufacturing of premium flooring products for residential and commercial applications. With over 20 years of experience in growth management, sales, and team leadership, she is a highly effective brand ambassador for Armstrong’s commercial sector and develops promotional CEU events and trade shows, driving sales strategy and specifications to ensure maximum ROI.
 
Having built her reputation on a consistent closing ratio of 80-90%, Julia’s success speaks for itself. She is experienced working with developing regions from a virgin market into a viable market share, and holds a full breadth of experience in business plan actualization, negotiation and project management.
 
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with a minor in Marketing Business Sales from the University of Toronto, Julia went on to earn certification in Sales Leadership Training and Strategic Sales. She launched her career working as a Brand Sales representative for HFI Inc, and steadily worked her way up the ranks at firms such as Goodfellow Inc, Shnier, Humanscale, and Teknion, growing her account territory in range and scope in the interior space industry.
 
Based in Ontario, Julia credits her success to being an adaptive problem solver with strong critical thinking and team building skills. Her role is focused on the Healthcare segment helping those who help others design spaces for hospitals, clinics, and elder care environments.

Becky Boudreau is the Owner and Lead Teacher for Learning for Success, www.learningforsuccess.net.
 
A current doctoral student at Capella University, she is a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success. Becky lives with Multiple Sclerosis, and has taught all grades 2-12 as a well as Adult Education.
 
She has been married for 21 years, and enjoys travel in her spare time. She truly enjoys helping others learn, and seeing that light bulb go off when one of her students understands a new concept. She is always open to learning new things.

Christina McGhee has recently stepped into the role of Demand Planning Analyst at Sleep Number Corporation. Highly trained in methodical operations analysis, Christina has over 20 years of experience in forecasting and planning. Seasoned in strategic planning and reporting on trends, she is certified in Crystal Reports, Business Objects report development, and Oracle SQL querying.
 
Prior to joining the Sleep Number Team, Christina spent over 6 years as Operations Analyst at Stella & Dot, and more than 15 years at Gap Inc. Global Supply Chain, where she steadily rose through the ranks from Lead Merchandise Processor to Assistant Manager of Operations Reporting.
 
Based out of Lafayette, Louisiana, Christina is dedicated to making a positive impact on business operations. She credits her success to passion, focus, and perseverance.
