With over 19 years of experience and over $1 billion in overall mortgage volume, Nanée Maffeo (NMLS# 382415) is a recognized leader in the mortgage industry. Growing up in a “real estate and insurance” family, Nanée started in the family business of property and casualty insurance for Federal Insurance, a company founded by her father in 1979, in Palm Beach County.

Nanée quickly climbed the ladder from file clerk to head commercial underwriter. She landed and maintained the company’s largest clients, surpassing all other agents. Nanée transitioned from insurance to a licensed loan officer in 1999. A background in management, underwriting, and sales has well prepared Nanée to successfully sort through the many loan programs enabling her to offer her clients mortgage financing that best fits their needs.

Nanée’s continued education and demonstrating a professional attitude assures and reflects a commitment to mortgage lending as her passion.

Ljubica Draskic recently transitioned into the role of Head of Sales and Business Development at SmartCIC. She has over 20 years of experience working in the IT sector and is highly skilled in sales leadership, achieving targets and motivating her team. Seasoned in multinational working environments, she is a recognized senior IT expert and is known for her ability to negotiate with IT suppliers-providers and IT tenders.
 
Ljubica holds a master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Belgrade. In 2015 and 2016, she was recipient of the Who’s Who Professional of The Year 2015/2016 – Central Eastern Europe. Ljubica is based in the greater Nice metropolitan area of France, and credits her success to excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, report writing and presentation skills.

Brenda Benham (she/her) is the owner and founder of Memorable Presenter Consulting, a presentation training and coaching firm based out of British Columbia. Drawing upon more than 30 years of public speaking experience as a lawyer and professional, Brenda works closely with her clients to deliver dynamic, compelling presentations worthy of their expertise and professional endeavors.
 
Utilizing brain science, Brenda employs memory and learning tools to help detail-oriented people improve their presenting skills, enabling them to feel fully competent and take their oratorial skills to the next level. Herself the winner of various international speech contests at club and area levels, Brenda has been a Toastmaster since 2001, and has served as Area Director and Hospitality Lead for the 2017 Annual Conference in Vancouver.
 
Passionate about her work, Brenda is proud to live her calling of lifting people up by making them feel heard, respected and understood. She credits her success to dedication, perseverance and drive. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science from the University of British Columbia and received her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Toronto.

Jennifer M. Powell recently accepted the role of Corporate Clinical Educator at Catholic Health System of Buffalo, New York. With over 20 years of experience in nursing and clinical care, she has been a fixture of the nursing staff at Catholic Health since 2017 and has steadily worked up the ranks. Known for her dedication, ability to deliver exceptional clinical education to nursing staff, and commitment to patient advocacy, she was nominated for the 2022 Nurse of Distinction in Education for Western New York and the 2022 Distinguished Graduate Award from Western Governors University.
 
Skilled in collaborating with healthcare professionals of all types and specialties, Jennifer easily identifies innovative techniques and strategies, to drive quality improvements in healthcare operations. She is a seasoned leader and brings with her a proven track record of enhancing patient engagement, providing comprehensive care to enrich member experience, and remarkable history of building strong relationships with patients and their families.
 
A Licensed Practical Nurse, Jennifer earned an Associate of Applied Science and Nursing from Trocaire College. She then attended Western Governors University, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management. Committed to professional growth and development, she is currently working toward completing a Post Master’s Certificate in Acute Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, at Daemen University.
 
Jennifer is based out of Depew, New York. In addition to the Women’s Networking Association, she is a member of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, Emergency Nurses Association, Professional Nurses Association of Western New York, Sigma Theta Tau, Sigma Alpha Pi, and serves as Vice-Chair of the Nurse Executive Council at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo.
