Chaplain Pamela Hillman is founding President and CEO of LifeChangers Legacy, Chebar Ministries, a 501c3 non-profit prison and community-based ministry that help at-risk women and men incarcerated and ‘returning citizens’, and their families, from the revolving doors of the prison system, nationally and internationally, since 2012. The organization helps reduce recidivism down to 2% vs 68%, prevent homelessness, for better communities.

The “I See ME Free” Incentive Mentorship Program is a one-to-one 12-18 month program with Therapeutic Interventions combined with Biblical Principles developed by Chaplain Pamela Hillman and walks alongside the mentee/prisoner via email and video visit.

She also has a “YouNiquely You” Health and Wellness Resource Center with a Hyperbarics Oxygen Therapy with a personalized health and wellness protocol designed for each individual, and “The Blessed Thrift Store” in Cumming Ga.

She is opening a “See ME Free” Transition House for those who are in the “I See ME Free” workbook course within the prison who will be coming out, in June of 2022.

She is a member of the AACC American Association of Christian Counseling and has many certifications and diplomas in Trauma Recovery, Childhood wounds, Addiction and Recovery, Theology, and many more. She is currently enrolled in “The Tabernacle College” with Dr. Tony Tudela, for her PHD and earned Doctorate In Religion.

Tammy Fraley is a Senior Systems Integration Consultant for Alta Via Consulting, LLC, a cBEYONData Company, where she specializes in cost management and e-travel business systems. Tammy has worked for both commercial and federal clients in her 25+ year career. She holds her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from East Texas State University (now known as Texas A&M of Commerce) and her CPA in the State of Texas. She is a SAP Certified in Federal Processing and Configuration and Public Sector Integration Specialist.

Some of her expertise include Consulting, Cost Management, Accounting, and Systems Integration. Tammy resides in LaVale, MD with her husband and their four sons. She is actively involved in the community through her children’s sporting activities, serving as a parent involvement volunteer in her children’s schools, serving on various boards such as LaVale Athletic Association and The Salvation Army, and as an advocate for supporting local law enforcement.  Tammy is a member of the Maryland Association of Boards of Education (MABE) organization and served as President for the 2020-2021 year.  Tammy was elected to the Allegany County Board of Education in November 2016 for a four-year term, 2017-2020.  She was re-elected in 2020 for an additional four-year term, 2021-2024.
