Suzanne Swekla is a sought-after Life Coach specializing in mindset and empowerment coaching. As the founder of Suzanne Swekla Life Coaching, she guides clients in identifying and moving beyond the challenges that stop them from achieving their goals and dreams. With over 25 years of professional experience, Verona Pentony is a Peace Agent, published Writer – Spiritual Writer. She currently works with Momentum Support and is known for her expertise in Corporate Social Responsibility, Communications and Quality.

Verona offers over 25 years of business expertise in leadership, hospitality, and change management. She has a foundation in Hotel Management across 7 Hotels and 3 International Brands: Fitzpatricks, Sheraton & Marriott Hotels Ireland and UK.  Returning to Ireland, she moved into Facilities Management in St James Hospital going into Momentum Support, a facilities Cleaning & Security business, for over 15 years including roles such as Training Manager and QSHE.  She then served as CSR and Quality Manager executing CSR strategy “Mission Right Let’s Make the Right Choice” and achieving the Business Working Responsible mark Accreditation by 2020.  She serves as the editor of Connect distributed to all Stakeholders.  In April 2022 receiving company recognition at the European Cleaning and Hygiene Award 2022 – Sustainability Best Practice.

Verona holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the FitzPatrick Hotel Group, which she obtained in 1989. Moving forward, she plans on making a difference in the world and continuing to grow.

In her spare time, Verona enjoys swimming, walking, and traveling. She enjoys reciting her own work to audiences in landmark destinations Worldwide when invited.

For nearly 10 years, Carolyn MacLennan’s passion has been working with people, whether that is through client relations, partnership management or recruitment. In the last few years, she discovered further that her true motivation is helping others grow and succeed, particularly related to their career or business. Carolyn works with startup to small size businesses, consulting and supporting them in their recruitment efforts. Additionally, she has completed her ACC and PCC level courses to become an ICF certified coach, with a focus on career coaching.

Carolyn’s primary goal is to become a guru in all things career advancing/recruitment. She hopes to consult with startups and small businesses on how to grow their team to drive their success, while offering leadership and entrepreneurial coaching.

She earned her BA in Tourism & Environment from Brock University, a Graduate Certificate in Event Management from Niagara College, and Executive Coaching, Professional and Life Coaching Certifications from Rayner Institute.
