RecognizingConstance Seddon

 
Constance Seddon is a multifaceted leader in the STEM and professional sectors. With over 34 years of experience in her field, she works for the National Health Service and is a role model to women and girls throughout the UK and beyond. A living testament that the sky is the limit, she is a proud veteran of the Army Air Force, and is passionate about promoting and encouraging young women and girls to explore the sciences.
 
Ever the multi-hyphenate, Constance made history by becoming the winner of a new division of the international pageant Regal World. Competing against contestants from all over the world, including the USA, Canada, Australia, Philippines and South Africa, she came out champion in personality, intelligence and good deeds, grace and attractiveness.
 
A highly trained public speaker, Constance recently completed certification with The Association for Professional Coaching, in association with the SPEAKup Challenge, confirmed in February 2022. She is a dynamic and compelling speaker at conferences and gatherings, and loves to share her experience and insight with women and young girls. Additionally, Constance uses her platform to campaign for organ donation amongst Black people, a cause for which she has a great deal of passion.
 
Based in Wigan, United Kingdom, Constance is mother of three and grandmother of three. Outside of her work with the NHS, motivational speaking, and the many organizations she supports, Constance enjoys fashion, modeling, and acting in independent films and music videos. In honor of her parents, who were both teachers, she also founded an organization that supports blind children in Zimbabwe, integrating them into the mainstream school system from an early age to improve their opportunities for socialization, mental wellbeing and education. She credits her success to focus, drive and perseverance.

LouAnne Hunt is a certified trainer, bestselling author and success coach based in Windsor, Ontario. On June 8th in Las Vegas, she will be releasing her latest publication, as co-author of The Book on Transformation, written by 30 Heart-Centered Phenomenal Women Authors. Featuring a foreword written by Jack Canfield, co-creator of Chicken Soup for the Soul and co-author of The Success Principles, the book will be available on Amazon and via LouAnne’s website: louannehunt.ca.
 
Having established her coaching practice in 2018, LouAnne specializes in helping students navigate the overwhelm and challenges of prospect of starting a new business while still completing their education. She is a college professor, and is able to utilize her experience in both academic and the professional sectors to provide insight and assistance in the transition from online learning to becoming a successful entrepreneur.
 
LouAnne has recently taken on a new focus in her work, to help with pre-diabetes and Type 1 diabetics learn how to live a healthier lifestyle, by connecting their body, mind and spirit through the use of guided meditation and wellness coaching.
 
LouAnne studied Business, Management Marketing and Related Support Services at St. Clair College. She holds certifications in Trainer Success Principles (Jack Canfield), ParkPro Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coaching (IDEA Health & Fitness Association), and How to Teach Online: Providing Continuity for Students (FutureLearn). Catherine Mecedes is a successful entrepreneur and executive coach based in New York City. With over 30 years of experience in customer service and corporate management, she is Chief Executive Officer of Luna Style, a retail clothing brand operating under a mission of leading women to financial independence, while unveiling the significance of wellness, fitness and quality sports apparel at competitive prices.
 
Additionally, Catherine is a sought-after life coach running her own practice: Coach Mercedes LLC. Working closely with each client, she has “leveled up” the coaching process, by involving her clients in their own developmental plans, goals and decisions. She trains leaders to lead with integrity, values, and diversity and inclusion.
 
After earning a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in Organizational Management from Manhattan College, Catherine went on to complete a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Mercy College. She is certified in Construction Project Management by Mechanical Institute, and recently received certification in Advanced Nutrition and Life Coaching. She is currently working on her Personal Training Certification & Notary Signing Agent Certification.
 
Prior to establishing her companies, Catherine worked her way up the ranks at Con Edison of New York, serving in management positions in the customer service, construction, fossil power plant, project management and employee wellbeing sectors. She also served as CEO of Colmadito Mercedes, a delicatessen based in New Jersey. Catherine has been recognized by Diario la Prensa with the award for “Mujer Descatada 2019,” and was featured by BOSS Network earlier this year. In addition to the Women’s Networking Association, she is a member of the National Small Business Administration and Delta Mu Delta.

RecognizingMaria Suppa, PMP

 
Maria Suppa is Manager of Strategic Sales Initiatives at Enercare Inc, a one of North America’s largest energy solutions companies. In her role, she leads the journey that that transforms sales, operations and programs at the firm. From sales initiatives to mentorships, she facilitates business generation and is able to engage the workforce to achieve new heights of sales goals and influence.
 
Having joined the team in Incentive Program Administration and Sales Support back in 2013, Maria quickly demonstrated her ability to impact the organization and drive growth, and has steadily risen through the ranks, ever since.
 
Maria holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Psychology from York University and received a diploma in Natural Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She is certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute, and is highly skilled in project planning, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.

Stevie Rutherford is a National Physician Recruiter for AmeriWound. AmeriWound affiliated physicians are highly trained wound care providers who assess, diagnose, treat, monitor and heal patient wounds.

Stevie Rutherford is an experienced physician recruiter who has successfully worked within the provider recruitment and the nursing home industry for over 15 years. She works diligently with providers to secure placements that lead to improving clinical outcomes for clients. Her experience includes but is not limited to: healthcare experience working with hospitals, CCRC’s, SNF’s, PCP’s and visiting agencies to AmeriWound.

Stevie holds a BA in Communications from The Pennsylvania State University (2006). Upon graduation from Penn State, Stevie has experience in data analytics, marketing and administration working for government and healthcare.

She is married to her amazing husband, Ryan Rutherford, Owner/Ceo for Northstar Audio and Video. They have been married for 12.5 years and have two children Mia (9) and Alexander (7). They enjoy traveling and being outside as often as possible.
