Brenda Miles is the Director of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for SIMCOM Aviation Training, an outlet providing professional simulator training for a wide range of piston engine, turboprop, and business jet aircraft. With over 15 years of experience in the Aviation industry, Brenda is trusted by clients and colleagues for her genuine passion for her work, and her unrivaled knowledge of flight training, aviation, business development and international sales.
 
Brenda grew up spending as much time as possible reading about aviation and flying, and her dreams came to fruition when she took her first flight lesson in 1989. Brenda received her Bachelor’s in Aeronautical Studies with a Concentration in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a degree in Executive Management Leadership from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, in addition to studying at the University of Georgia. She enjoys mentoring young women and girls in the Aviation Industry, and informing them that there are copious opportunities available to them. Brenda previously served as President, and is the current Director of Women in Corporate Aviation, as well as a member of Women in Aviation International, and Project Transition USA Aviation.
 
In addition to her work, Brenda is a passionate humanitarian and frequently donates time and resources to local children’s food banks. She resides in Merritt Island, Florida, and enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, meditation and spending quality time with family and friends when not engaged with work.

Bettina Van de Keere, MSc is the European Supply Chain Director at Rogers Corporation, a global leader in engineered materials, internet connectivity, safety and protection. They are a leading manufacturer of electrical products, electronics, and technology supplies, specializing in technologically innovative solutions for power electronics, and advanced foams for cushioning and protective sealing. Bettina is a chemical engineer by trade and an expert in leading management consulting projects to redefine, realign and rebuild Rogers Corporation’s extended supply chain while supporting the projected growth of their various business units in Europe. She also handles logistics, fulfills customer needs, and spearheads customer service initiative.
 
After earning a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from Katholieke Industriele Hogeschool Gent, Bettina went on to receive a Post Graduate degree in Business Sciences and Communications from Artevelde Hogeschool Gent. Before assuming her current position at Rogers Corporation, Bettina served as European Supply Chain and Customer Service Manager, Design Engineering Manager and Supply Chain Manager of Europe also at Rogers Corporation, in addition to Senior Strategic Buyer at Alpro, Senior Product Development Manager at CHEP, and as a Packaging Technician at Proctor & Gamble.
 
Bettina is also an active advocate for animal welfare, and is a member of The Hachiko Animal Federation as well as a board member of her local community organization. She currently resides in Merelbeke, Belgium, and is fluent in French, English, Dutch, German, and Spanish.

Carol Lannon is the Office Manager at H&C Metals, Inc. and an Independent Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics. With over a decade in her position at H&C Metals, Carol runs the office, manages payroll, human resources, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and dispatching, in addition to 401K inquiries and preparing health insurance forms.
 
Carol graduated with honors from Ashford University in Iowa, receiving her Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. She has not found a position with her new degree, but one day she hopes to put it to good use. Moving forward, Carol hopes to spread her passion for her work and knowledge of management and Mary Kay cosmetics to other female professionals.
 
In addition to her work, Carol acted as a volunteer fire fighter (now honorary member) in Conquerall Bank, Nova Scotia, Canada. She now resides in Belleville, NJ, where, when not engaged with work, she plays adult league recreational volleyball, and enjoys reading, film watching and getting away to a mountain cabin.

Dominique holds a Master’s in Engineering from the EPF school and a Master in Management from La Sorbonne University (Paris). She credits her great success to her dynamic and pragmatic approach with clients, and the invaluable knowledge she garnered from years in the IT industry working for Siemens Nixdorf, Gartner and EMC.
 
She currently resides in Paris, France and conducts business in both French and English. When not engaged with work, she enjoys cooking and going to the theatre.

Andrea Reider is a renowned photographer and graphic designer, and the Owner and Founder of Reider Graphic Design. With over 25 years of experience, Andrea specializes in book design and layout, in addition to her own color enhanced photography.
 
After graduating from the University of Michigan in 1995 with a BA in English, Andrea began her career managing a typesetting shop in Ann Arbor. She relocated to San Francisco in 1987, where she began designing and typesetting books as a freelancer for several major book publishers in California and nationally. As a photographer, she developed a process for digitally colorizing photographs, looking for a perfect way to use her design, layout, and digital manipulation skills to create her own works of art. She is a member of Wilshire Ebell and the Southern California Women’s Causes for Art.
 
Andrea currently resides in West Hollywood, California is an accomplished guitarist and musician in her spare time, particularly blues and jazz.
