Thérèse Ponz Szymanski is the General Manager for Henri Ponz GFA. After studies in international trade, she became Area Export Manager for a firm which was involved in fire and gas detection for 5 Years. She took over a family Bordeaux wine Estate in 1996, the Château Berthenon & the Château du Père Antoine which belonged to her parents.
Thérèse earned her BTS in Executive Assistance at Ecole Bernon in 1982. In 1985 she earned her Masters of Science in Worldwide Law, Trade, and Marketing from the University of Haute Alsace. In her 27 years of experience with the family business, Thérèse has held an unwavering commitment to preserving the foundation of traditional values on which her family estate was successfully built. She works with distributors in Europe, Eastern Europe, Quatar, Abu Dabi, China and is now importing into the United States.
In her spare time Thérèse volunteers with organizations devoted to animal welfare and the environment. She is a proud member of Vignerons Indépendants. Thérèse lives in St. Paul, France.

Winnie Rinck Boyne is General Manager for ATPI Yacht Logistics. She has been working in the yachting industry with a fresh approach to travel and services for more than 28 years, passionate in the luxury hotel, looking after VIP with an enormous pleasure .
She is now a general manager with a company by the name of ATPI Yacht Logistics, where she wears many hats and plays many roles. Her responsibilities include looking after the business, clients, employees, teaching staff, and general management.
ATPI Yacht Logistics is based in the South of France with branch in Miami and London, Atpi Yacht Logitics is a branch of ATPI with more than 100 offices worldwide they are are one of the World’s leading and long established global travel management , events businesses and sport event management.
The most rewarding aspects of Winnie’s career have been the valuable and meaningful relationships she has built with other clients. At this stage Winnie is seeking to network with other like- minded professionals and share experiences, as well as expertise on an international scale. In the next few years, Winnie hopes to grow with the company, continuing to learn, evolve, and make a difference with the rest of the luxury world.
She is President of Grass Hockey League in Souht in France, Vice Président of the Antibes Hockey club and member of French Hockey Federation and enjoys as well playing in her spare time. She lives in a lovely village: Le Rouret, in the South of France.

Esther C. Kane is the President of Eckweb Designs, Inc. For the first 10 years of her career she was a very successful Occupational Therapist specializing in neurological disorders and geriatric care. She wrote and published a book in 1997 called Understanding and Treating the Geriatric Patient. She changed careers to work in Internet Marketing in 2000, which gives her the unique perspective of knowing the industry from the beginning. Her company specializes in working for small business owners.
Esther is well known for her creative, out of the box approach, and her innovative recommendations have contributed greatly to increasing the bottom line for her clients, some of which have been with her from the start of her company. Through the ongoing process of researching trends, investigating online competitors, and analyzing website statistics, she has been able to help small businesses gain significant Internet traffic thereby promoting their products and services.
Esther works with her clients to not only market their existing products and services but to identify new areas specific to their niches. “It’s very exciting finding a need that the client’s target audience is seeking but the client has not yet identified. It creates a whole new stream of income for my client and I love being a part of that.”
Her goal is to continue to learn not just about Internet Marketing but also about business in general and she is hoping to connect with other women to engage in that learning process. She looks forward to sharing her website and Internet Marketing knowledge with other female professionals.
In her spare time she enjoys hiking, cooking, and especially movies. She lives in Suwanee, Georgia.

Adria O. Horn is currently Director of the Maine Bureau of Veterans’ Services, having left active duty as Lieutenant-Colonel from the Army Reserve after serving through five deployments. A proud, effective, and approachable leader, Adria oversees the state bureau and a 40-member staff. She advocates for about 140k veterans statewide while overseeing benefits plus four veteran cemeteries. She speaks frequently throughout Maine on veteran-related topics and contributes to many charitable organizations to benefit veterans.
When she left active duty, she wasn’t sure what path she wanted to take as a civilian. She started working for a Senator, and one day she received a call from the previous director who was preparing to retire and offered her the position of Director. She finds her career to be very rewarding. In the military side of her life, there’s still a lot of gender discussion, particularly around the expectation of who she should be vs. who she is. She’s not what some people expect, and it disrupts their bias. She’s glad to be seen as an “approachable authority.”
She strives for meaningful work and a balance between her family and work life. Adria is proud of the fact that she’s in a place where she never thought she’d be, and it’s been better than she expected. She’s been deployed five times, and has had some terrible experiences & seen terrible things, but she tells us, “in order to grow, you have to bloom where you were planted.”
Adria received a MBA in Marketing from Northeastern University in 2013, and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, class of 2001. She is a devoted wife and loving mother of one daughter, and is expecting her second child in July. In her spare time, Adria enjoys farming, and has sheep, yaks, rabbits and chickens. She finds joy spending time with her family at their home in Pittston, Maine.

Beatriz Vilchez Silva is the Founder and CEO of Agence La Colmena, a strategy and communication agency helping executives, organizations and start-ups navigate, communicate and grasp opportunities in a constantly changing environment by assembling project-specific teams that produce tailor-made solutions. With over 20 years of experience in the market research and communication sector and a prolific international background, Beatriz is perfectly poised to stand at the helm of Agence La Colmena.
After earning her graduate degree in Political Science from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Beatriz went on to complete her Master’s in International Relationships and Communication, also at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Before opening Agence La Colmena in 2015, Beatriz garnered invaluable expertise working in Madrid, Paris and Brussels for powerful brands and multinational companies and institutions, including The European Commission, The Coca-Cola Company, and Enel, amongst others. Beatriz believes firmly that a strong female community is imperative to asserting a woman’s voice in industry, and hopes to network with likeminded female professionals.
Beatriz resides in Brussels, Belgium, and is fluent in Spanish, English, French and Italian. In her spare time, she is a lover of music and a DJ, as well as a proud mother and stepmother.
