Els Van den Heuvel, Director at Ferranti Computer Systems India, is a business professional with an internationally diverse background and broad experience in a wide range of industries. Her forefront passion and expertise is in leading business operations, and guiding a team toward the most innovative and effective solutions.
Els holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University in Leuven (Belgium) where she fell in love with her passion.. Inspired by her father, a farmer, she understood the value of hard work and discipline from a very young age. Els was the first in her family to attend college, and continues to apply herself fully each day to make her family proud. Frequently lauded for her work, Els was the recipient of the Highest Award for Achievement at the Summer Immersion Seminar at the Dale Carnegie Training in New York City, January 2016 Going forward, she hopes to create more opportunities for herself to step into a COO or CEO position, particularly with an American company doing business in Asia.
Els resides in Antwerp, Belgium and is fluent in Dutch, English, French, Russian, German, and Polish. In her spare time, Els is an avid reader and a student of the world, frequently traveling internationally and learning as much as possible about other cultures.

Angela Calabrese is a professional writer and editor of over a decade, as well as CEO of Angie Calabrese Editing. With a true passion for her work and for bettering the work of her clients, Angela handles all aspects of the business, including proofing, editing and writing, client management and administration.
Angela was compelled to enter her field when she began editing for her husband, a freelance writer, and found that she had a unique knack and skill. Currently, Angela is seeking to network with other likeminded professionals, gather knowledge, and support females who have a similar entrepreneurial spirit.
Angela resides in Royal Oak, Michigan where she is an avid baseball fan.

Angelique Floot is the Director of Finance for Technolution B.V., where she has worked for 14 years. The company a technology integrator that brings business, technology and knowledge together. She manages the finance, taxes and pensions for the company.
Her move to Technolution was driven by a desire to be more involved in policy. She clicked immediately with her future colleagues, and the business appealed to her because they had the same ideas about how she could operate in her new role. She is responsible for financial management, financial and general administration and reports on the business results. She has helped to develop a financial policy independent of banks with strong capital, even in bad times. They focus on results per employee and closely monitoring overheads.
Angelique received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Hogeschool Rotterdam, and one of the highlights of her career thus far has been helping Technolution grow from a small business into a medium sized company with international expenditure and the foundation of the Techno Group with several related sister companies.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and reading, and seeks to move into international roles in the future. She resides in Capelle a/d IJssel, Netherlands.

Kelly Waldman is the youngest project manager at her company, Creehan & Company where she is a recognized leader. Kelly was selected for Whirl Magazine’s 13 Under 30 and was the first person in Dartmouth history to receive the Entrepreneurship Certificate and complete two certificate programs.
Kelly has a Master’s degree in Regulatory Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Dartmouth College. She received her BSE in Biomedical Engineering & History from Duke University, class of 2011, and recently received her PMP certification. She was selected for the Pittsburgh Leadership Development Initiative Class of XXII and completed the Leadership Exploration and Development Program at Creehan & Company in 2015.
Kelly is passionate about healthcare and working to improve people’s quality of life through medical innovations. When not at work Kelly seeks to improve the lives of others as a member of the Greater Pittsburgh Literacy Council. She lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she strives to be an active and positive member of her community.

Roberta Marinelli is currently serving as Rheumatology Launch Assessment Leader for Eli Lilly, the global pharmaceutical company headquartered in the US and operating offices in over 15 countries worldwide. In this position, Roberta is spearheading launching a new molecule in the Rheuma space in Italy and coordinating the multifunctional team. With nearly a decade of experience in the industry, Roberta is trusted by her clients and colleagues for her expertise in team building and coaching geared toward achieving innovative business solutions and lasting relationships.
Roberta has a laudable educational background, having received her executive MBA from LUISS Business School, a Masters in Marketing and Advertising Communications from Stogea Business School, a Masters in Occupational Psychology, a Masters in Business English, and a Bachelors Degree in Political Science. Roberta is also a qualified Myer Briggs Practitioner, and has extensive study in Counseling and Psychology from The Mental Research Institute of Palo Alto California. Prior to assuming her current position, Roberta worked for Johnson & Johnson as Field Product Manager. She also held the Area Manager position at W.L. Gore and Associates. Moving forward, Roberta will be relocating in June of this year to Indianapolis, IN to join the derma global marketing team as a Brand Manager, also at Eli Lilly.
In addition to her work, Roberta is a passionate humanitarian and volunteers for the Red Cross as an Emergency Rescuer. She resides in Florence, Italy and is fluent in Italian, English, and French. In her spare time, Roberta enjoys doing yoga and traveling.
