Stacey Perryman is Lead Image Consultant at Uncover U, LLC, where she specializes in Style Assessment and Wardrobe Management for women in business. With more than 20 years of experience in project management, Stacey understands the intricacies of corporate politics and the importance of creating a professional wardrobe to help build an executive presence that translates into advancement opportunities. Working closely with her clients, she teaches women subtle dressing techniques and designs custom wardrobe solutions to foster empowerment and career growth.
Stacey established Uncover U in 2020 to serve undervalued, underestimated and overlooked women working in the corporate world, who have pushed their image aside to solely focus on their expertise. She knows the challenges of maneuvering and excelling in corporate life, and the sting of disrespect one can feel when passed over for promotions despite above-average performance.
Based out of Dearborn, Michigan, Stacey works with clients locally and virtually to transform their self-image from the outside-in. She credits her success to passion, drive and perseverance. Outside of running Uncover U, she loves the great outdoors and is a skilled interior designer and professional organizer.

Elimar Martinez is a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Certified International Family Coach and Certified International Personal Coach based in Canada. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she works with parents and families, to help them feel safe and empowered during their birthing and early parenthood journey. She offers physical and emotional support, as well a care for both parent and babies, and acts as a source for unbiased information.
Elimar transitioned into a career as a doula after 20 years of experience in the corporate world. She was inspired after her own journey into motherhood left her trying to figure out how to balance her life with a new baby. Passionate about her work, she loves helping parents to navigate this emotional transition period, and finds great reward in being a person others can lean on in times of joy and crisis, especially when there’s a need for a compassionate, calm presence.
After earning a master’s degree in Accounting and International Finance, Elimar went on to complete Birth and Postpartum Doula training through Dona International. She is a Certified Family Coach and Certified Personal Coach, and is currently pursuing Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support training through Doula Canada, and Perinatal Mental Health program through Instituto Interdisciplinario de Educación a Distancia – Psicologia Perinatal Argentina.
In addition to the Women’s Networking Association, Elimar is a member of the International Association of Coaching, ACP Coaching Academy and Community, Professional Coaching Alliance, Comunidad Latinoamericana de Coaching, and the Family Life Coaching Association.

Patricia VanSant is Manager Business Administration at Macy’s. Highly experienced in customer service, retail, sales and sales management, the oversees the daily business operations in her building. Having begun with the Macy’s team 14 years ago, she started out as Sales Manager of Women’s Shoes, Accessories, Ready to Wear and Fragrances, and has steadily worked her way up the ranks.
Originally from Chile, Patricia holds a bachelor’s degree as a Bilingual Secretary from the University Los Leones Santiago Chile. She is based out of Dover, Delaware, where outside of work she participates in Delaware Archives Spanish speaking videos, helping the Spanish community to access and utilize various learning tools. She is also currently attending E-Cornell virtual university, taking classes for Women in Leadership.

Dr. Kesha Walton is a Nurse Practitioner at the helm of Keys2Health, a wellness center that provides high quality and efficient care for patients of all ages. Motivated by a holistic focus on treating the whole person, the practice offers primary care, IV vitamin infusions, weight loss services, covid testing, and more.
After earning a Master of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University, Dr Walton went on to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Walden University. She is board certified and has nearly a decade of experience in medicine and healthcare, and understands that health and wellness concerns extend beyond conventional medical considerations.
Passionate about her work, Dr. Walton is based in Lawrence, New Jersey. She finds great reward in helping her patients find the keys to unlock their greatest health and potential, and credits her success to focus, drive and perseverance.

Jennifer Gonzales Beaudoin is Global Implementation Team lead and Senior Business Analyst for Soft Computer Consultants in Clearwater FL. In this role, she is directly responsible for the training, competency, quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the Genetics application implementation team (Cytogenetics, Molecular, Biochemistry, Flow Cytometry, PathDx, & HLA).
Known as a highly experienced business and analytic skills, she has a natural ability to transform the needs of business users and stakeholders implementing software applications utilizing agile methods. A detail oriented person, her outgoing personality make her a favorite with her clients and any team she is a part of.
She is graduate of New Mexico State University in the field of Biology, and is a Certified Cytogenetic Technologist. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, travel, and being part of her community.
