Olga Remizova is the Financial Controller for Olympus Terminals LLC. She is highly experienced offering a demonstrated history of working in the oil & energy industry. She is skilled in budgeting, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), excise tax, inventory management, contract negotiation. CAPEX, recruiting, benefits, payroll, treasury management, month-end support, management reporting, regulatory reporting, and audit. Olga is currently managing two terminals located in Southern California for Olympus Terminals LLC.

Olympus Terminals is the second largest independent petroleum storage provider in Southern California. Headquartered in Long Beach, California, Chemoil LLC, has been acquired by an investor group and is changing its name to Olympus Terminals LLC.

She is a graduate of the Saint Petersburg Institute of International Economic Relations, Economics and Law with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics.

Merridythe Rogers is an Account Executive for Amplified Insurance Partners. She has been selling personal lines insurance products like home and auto insurance for over two decades.

Licensed in Mass, RI,  ME, and CT, she writes mostly home and auto policies along with condos and renters policies. In addition, she offers event coverages and policies for homes under construction. As an independent agency, Amplified Insurance Partners represents over a dozen different carriers.

Lauded for her excellent attention to detail and client satisfaction, Merridythe’s experience is invaluable. In her spare time, she enjoys travel and reading.

For the past 25 years Dora has been an influential leader throughout the Healthcare Industry. Her professionalism and commitment to underserved communities and addressing the social determinants is a testament to the success she has had over the years.

Earlier this year, Marques joined Affiliated Healthcare Management Group, LLC, a privately held NJ hospital revenue cycle management firm that shares her passion for patient advocacy. As the Senior Vice President of Business Development, Dora spends her time meeting with healthcare executives, where she spreads her passion for the care and wellbeing of patients.

When Dora is not meeting with healthcare executives, she can be found as a voice and a leader in many of the hospital associations and as a mentor for other like-minded professionals. She believes that connecting with other women who want to make a difference in the profession and change the world is a powerful tool. She is honored that the WNA recognizes her passion in that cause. In her spare time Dora enjoys time with her family, traveling, and continues her commitment to the less fortunate.

Chhavi Dhawan is the Technical Product Manager/Owner for Artificial Intelligence projects (AI Solutions) at Cotiviti, and has been working in the industry since 2005. Her experience includes the design and development of software application for US healthcare industry as well as multiple embedded systems (based on different technologies and platforms) for Indian Defence forces.

A certified Scrum master as well as SAfe – PO/PM, she has been working in all stages of product development and has worked extensively working with end users. She is known for her efficiency and ability to communicate. She has undertaken various certifications related with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning product development and management.

She holds her Masters in Engineering (ME- Electronics and Communication) from the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology (B. Tech- Electronics and Communication) from Kurukshetra University, India. Prior to her current role she was a Business Analyst (SWdev) Business Analyst for Verscend Technologies, and Manager of Defence and Security (Embedded Division) for Tata Advanced Systems Ltd. , New Delhi, India. In her spare time she enjoys travel, reading, outdoor activities (Hikes/Snow shoeing) and serving her community.
