Elizabeth Knapp is Sr. MFG Support Associate at Biogen Idec, a biotechnology firm that develops, markets and manufactures innovative therapies. Specializing in treatments that improve the lives of patients suffering from neurodegenerative diseases, hematologic conditions and autoimmune diseases, such as multiple sclerosis (MS) and hemophilia, Biogen develops these therapies from discovery through delivery. With over 5 years of experience at Biogen, Elizabeth is responsible for project creation and design, and manages cross-functional teams to help improve operations and best practices. She analyzes the workload distribution by implementing both quantitative and qualitative assessments, and oversees the training and development of her colleagues in new software and system technology across all stages of project and process rollout.
 
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University, Elizabeth went on to complete a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Innovative Technology from Walden University. Prior to joining Biogen, she served in General Management for the McDonalds Corporation, and honed her sales acumen for Gap Inc.’s Old Navy division.
 
Elizabeth is a member of the National MS Society and proudly supports the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. She resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, where she keeps fit and well balanced by enjoying hiking, traveling and gardening outside of her work endeavors. She speaks both English and French.

Barbara van Veen is a Futurist and Owner of Leaders Against Routine BV, an innovative consulting, coaching and motivational speaker practice that can help businesses transform their strategy and methods by introducing the new technology and perspective of the future. Using daily developments and the regulations of demography, technology and computer, the firm helps clients make sense of emerging technologies and overcome obstacles to lead to important developments and unprecedented growth or market disruption.
 
With extensive experience in business management, leadership and innovation, Barbara is an expert in change management and catalyzing. She is able to link data to actual behavioral trends in human behavior and decision making, helping clients better understand their customers and employees. Often called upon to speak before audiences of entrepreneurs and key investors, she is able to explain and introduce a comprehensive summary of the key disruptive technologies currently being developed in research laboratories worldwide, “shake up” sleepy companies and offer an outside perspective on development and growth potential, and to help prepare business leaders for the changes ahead.
 
After studying International Relations at Utrecht University, Barbara immediately met success in leadership roles for varied international organizations such as Amnesty International, Holland Organising Centre and as a professional conference organizer for the United Nations, international scientific conventions and national corporate events. She completed the Harvard University ExecEd programs in Digital Marketing, Strategic Marketing and Business to Business Marketing Strategy, as well as Stanford University’s Worldview: Science of Decision Making course. Currently, she is working toward a PhD in Technology, Policy and Management from Delft University of Technology, where her thesis is on discovering “the effects of weak signals on managerial perceived uncertainty.”
 
Barbara understands that having a great diversity of opinions available with regard to the future will enable people to make better decisions and be empowered with greater knowledge to face the developments ahead. A pioneer of consulting, she stands as a role model to women business professionals and aspiring executive leaders worlds wide. She is a member of the World Future Society and the Scientific Society for Judgment and Decision Making.
 
Barbara resides in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and speaks fluent English and Dutch. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her two dogs.

Stacey Dude is an active professional in the software industry, providing support to various groups of users, from end users to network administrators. Software types include data capture, educational, surveys, and results are used for various types of analysis.
 
With 14 years of experience in the software industry, Stacey currently serves as Senior Manager of Customer Support at Scantron where she works closely with application development, content development, and product management. Stacey is highly skilled in programming, networking and management.
 
Stacey has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and a Master’s degree in Information Systems. She is a four-time recipient of the Pillar of Excellence Award in Customer Focus and is eager to continue learning from others as well as help others in their professional growth. Going forward, Stacey looks to step into a Director or VP role, making a positive difference in providing a consummate customer experience that will contribute to a positive difference for customer relationships and loyalty.

Georgette Loubnan is the President of Inscope Analysis, LLC, and President of an NFP, P.O.W.E.R. (Provide our Women with Education and Resources.) The P.O.W.E.R charity helps single moms locate and access their inner power and achieve more by going back to school and finding care for their children. Inscope Analysis provides training for candidates and businesses in IT business analysis, process engineering and project management. Georgette is a full time employee as an Enterprise Solutions and Business Intelligence Manager.
 
Having worked in the IT industry for more than 10 years, she quickly climbed the corporate ladder from an analyst to a product and a program manager with more than 20 staffs reporting to her. She worked in different industries as a consultant: Banking industry, Hotel Industry, Telecommunication Industry, and Healthcare Industry.
 
Georgette enjoys building and running her own business as well as charities to help others as well and give back. She hopes to add value to WNA by sharing stories, helping mentor young entrepreneurs and benefit from senior ones. She also hopes to grow professionally through networking and constantly improving her business.
 
She holds a Masters in Biological and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University. She is currently working toward he Doctorate in Business Administration, concentrated in the areas of Engineering and Technology Management. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, swimming, and travel. She resides in Carterville, Illinois.

Ida Berg Hauge is CEO of the Norwegian Dairy Council. Throughout her esteemed career, Ida has worked in a variety of leadership positions in communication, advertising and market research with a focus in the dairy sector. Previously, she served as Director of the FMCG sector of MMI (now Ipsos), the largest market research company in Norway and as Media Director/Account Director at Bates Agency. Ida’s vast expertise garnered throughout her career is only enhanced by her analytical, marketing and communication skills and understanding of the market.
 
Ida has an MBA from Norwegian School of Economics – Norges Handelshøyskole (NHH). In addition to her role at the Norwegian Dairy Council, she serves as the Chair of the Norwegian national committee of International Dairy Federation (IDF), and she is also Chair of the IDF Standing Committee of Marketing internationally. She is the former Chair of the International Milk Promotion Group (IMP Group) and former board member of the International Dairy Federation (IDF). Also a dynamic public speaker, Ida is available to conduct webinars/seminars in marketing and business strategy, as well as on the Norwegian Dairy Council.
 
In addition to her work, Ida has been active in the local community as chairman of the school band and other school activities. She resides in Oslo, Norway and enjoys theater, music, and cooking in her spare time.
