Lorena Dibos is the Human Resources Manager of Financiera Oh!, the operating company of Card Oh! for Intercorp Retail and a leader in workplace equality, employee quality of life, work environment, performance and development management and fair labor practices across Peru. The company is seen as one of the best work environments for women in Peru, as well as for millennials. With over 16 years of experience in the human resources and management sectors, Lorena has been a key player of cultivating the workplace environment and high standards that has helped to make Financiera Oh! not just a leading credit card company, but a leading South American workplace. Most recently, Financiera Oh! has been recognized by the Associacion de Buenos Empleadores, Great Place to Work, and Par – Aequales.
In her role, Lorena offers support across all human resources processes, including talent selection, training and development, climate and culture, internal communications, compensation and benefits, welfare, digital transformation, change management, labor law compliance, and organizational structure. She is a strategic business partner, and in addition to handling the overall scope and direction of the internal workplace environment, oversees payroll. She is highly experience in global management of human resources and organizational development, and manages both people, projects and teams.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Universidad de Lima, Lorena went on to complete dual master’s degrees: in Management from the Universidad del Pacífico in Perú and in Organizational Development from Universidad del Desarrollo in Chile. She is certified in Coaching by the Albert Ellis Institute and the Instituto de Terapia Racional Emotiva y Conductual, and received an International Specialization in Organizational Development and Change Management from Penn State University’s Latam Business School.
Lorena credits her success to hard work, confidence, rationality and being fearless. She looks forward to continuing to work in human resources, implementing new values to improve work quality and promote gender equality. She speaks fluent English and Spanish, and enjoys volunteering outside of her professional endeavors.

Diana Cartas Hurtado is currently the Legal Manager for Rappi Mexico, an online marketplace that connects users who want to purchase prepared foods, groceries, clothes, (one of the most important startups in Latin America). She is responsible for overseeing the Legal Department. She has both national and international experience in corporate law, international contracts, and business strategy.
Her role at Rappi Mexico requires the precise and expedite execution, elaboration, and analysis of contracts and legal documents of the company. This involves the operation in more of five different cities in Mexico. From a legal perspective, she advises on different legal issues, interprets the rights and obligations contracted by the parties, and issues corresponding recommendations. Her additional responsibilities include the assessment of the legal risks and she is in charge of the implementation of new control procedures for the execution of agreements in order to provide legal certainty to the company. She also promotes the coordination of the projects involving external advisors in the Americas for the development of international businesses.
Prior to Rappi Mexico, she was a Legal Manager and Legal Coordinator for more than two years (2016-2018) in Eutelsat Americas, the French telecommunication multinational company. Her primary responsibility was the elaboration of the service agreements for the provision of satellite capacity and the new integrated telecommunications services, as well as the intercompany agreements that support the activity of the company worldwide. where she reviewed service orders and debt notices, among other legal documents of the company and its affiliates in the Americas including the United States, Mexico, Panama, and Brazil.
As an attorney, she has extensive experience formulating agreements, booking orders in English and Spanish, as well as responding to internal legal consultations while working for Maldonado, Magaldi and Associates, S.C. in Mexico City. She was also a Spanish Supreme Court Intern and had the opportunity to observe and study the civil, criminal, administrative and labor procedures and the especial appeal procedures. She also was a Protocol Assistant with the Mexican Embassy in France.
Ms. Hurtado’s extensive education played a big part in paving the way to success. She was educated at the Universidad Carlos III of Madrid, earning her Bachelors of Spanish Law, and the University Paris X Nanterre, earning her Masters of International and European Law with distinction.

Manuela Ricci is a D2C Manager at BSH Elettrodomestici Spa, a home appliance business. With over 16 years of Marketing and Sales experience in her career, Manuela is best known for her expertise in customer relations, marketing, communications and sales. In her current role, Manuela is responsible for developing B2B and D2C Sales channels, including new sales partnership, CRM activities and services programs.
Manuela earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Communications at IULM University in 1997. Her education has served as a backbone for growing a successful business. In the coming years, Manuela would like to going on in challenging herself more facing new projects and new environments.
Manuela attributes her success to the education and knowledge she has received, courage, hard work and always challenging herself. She enjoys reading and contemporary art while residing in Milan.

Louise Driver is currently the Intellectual Property Escalations Manager at Facebook. With over thirteen years of experience in her career, beginning at the age of 19 when Louise started her own business in the Hair and Beauty industry. At 25 she began her career transition working in companies such as Apple, Amazon and currently, Facebook.
Coming from a diverse background Fraud, Sales, Customer Support and IP. In the last number of years Louise is best known for her expertise in leading and growing teams at scale, managing new business functions, mentoring peers and solving complex issues. In an average day, Louise is responsible for managing a team within Facebook’s Global Intellectual Property Escalations team. Louise sets goals, works to improve the overall internal escalations experience for the Facebook/Instagram community and also works to deliver projects and implement solutions to meet community needs including working with partners within various cross-functional teams to drive priorities.
Louise enjoys optimizing processes, solving challenging problems and most importantly, helping to prevent issues from reoccurring in the future. Louise has focused on evolving her career and herself throughout the years studying Contact Centre management, Women in Leadership and Executive presence as well as leading and participating in various other courses and currently, Louise is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Law through the Open University.
In the coming years, Louise hopes to transition from her role into that of the Director or Vice President. She attributes her success to learning from previous mistakes, learning from others, driving her own career development including studying and being prepared to find and take on new challenges. As Vice President of Operations for ENGIE Energía Perú S.A., Felisa Ros is a top female executive and leader in her field. Having been in her current role for the past two years, she has over 20 years of experience in the energy sector and in management, and oversees all operations, health and safety, environment, logistics, supply chain and best practices for the company. The firm is on the forefront of the energy sector, focusing on renewable energy, energy efficiency, natural gas and digitization, and she is proud to help lead a cutting-edge firm in such a rapidly evolving and important industry. Felisa provides the overall management direction to the firm’s power plants in Peru, and also ensures all regulatory compliance, guiding the plant managers and serving as the company’s legal interface.
Having always enjoyed a passion for physics and mathematics, Felisa earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the Facultad de Ciencias Exactas, Ingeniería y Agrimensura Universidad Nacional de Rosario. She later went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from Phoenix University. Her certifications are vast, and she received scholarships to study and train in Environmental Education Improvement at McGill University in Canada, and in natural gas at SOGESTA S.p.A. (Grupo ENI) in Italy.
Prior to joining Engie Energía Perú, she served as VP Generation – ERCOT for Engie Generation NA (formerly GDF Suez Energy North America, Inc.), where she reported directly to the company’s President and CEO. While there, she was recognized with a special award for her Achievement of the Innovation Trophy 2012 in the category of Support Activities, with the project “CTLC, a new way to organize certain purchases” (CTLC: Common Tenders for Local Contracts).
Felisa is a key player in Engie’s Leadership and Gender Equality Initiatives. Throughout Felisa’s impressive career, her work has taken her across Peru, Argentina, Mexico and the United States.
A native of Argentina, Felisa speaks fluent English and Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys travel and skiing, and is an avid reader. She also serves as a valuable mentor to up and coming engineering professionals and women executives, and credits her success to having a positive attitude and truly enjoying the field she has chosen.
