Tracy-Ann Spence is the Vice President – Investments at NCB Capital Markets Limited, which is the Wealth Management, Asset Management and Investment Banking arm of the NCB Financial Group; Jamaica’s largest and most profitable financial institution. She holds responsibility for over US$2 billion in investment assets and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies aimed at growing investment income. Her investment portfolios span the region, including subsidiaries in: Jamaica, Cayman, Barbados and Trinidad. She has had repeated success in delivering superior results in an ever-changing financial market, with expertise in managing financial negotiations and asset management strategies for enhanced profitability and growth. Her experience covers industries such as: Securities, Banking, General Insurance, Life Insurance and Pension Fund management.

Specializing in the areas of asset management, trading, and insurance, she has been employed to the NCB Financial Group for 15 years and counts a BSc in Applied Mathematics from York University in Toronto, an MBA in Banking and Finance (with distinction) from the University of the West Indies and a Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification from the Project Management Institute among her educational achievements.

Tracy-Ann is an avid supporter of life-enhancing opportunities for young people and values her role as a mentor to young adults. She has been a mentor in the Youth Upliftment Through Employment programme and taught adult literacy with the Adult Learning Centre and Jamaica Foundation for Lifelong Learning for a few years.

She enjoys imparting her knowledge and is able to do this through her position as an adjunct lecturer at the Mona School of Business, University of the West Indies, where she has lectured in Financial Management for the past 5 years in the MBA and EMBA programs. She is also a Learning Partner at NCB’s Corporate Learning Campus where she teaches Portfolio and Investment Management.

In the next few years she would like to continue furthering her career and educating others. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.

Dr. Adrienne Major is a highly sought-after Coach and Therapist specialized in performance and executive coaching. Currently a Coach and Trainer for Servier International Global Learning and Development, she works internationally with executives across the company to help them to identify their growth opportunities.
 
In the coming months ahead, Adrienne’s work will take on an entirely new focus: she is in the process of opening a private distance consulting firm that will launch in 2020. Based on her more than 30 years of experience and her knowledge of cognitive behavior science, by opening her wealth of knowledge and resources to a variety of clients will enable her to help executives to stretch their boundaries, to open up to their true potential by using their physical- emotional and mental capabilities consciously.
 
After earning a doctorate in Medicine, cum laude from Medical University Debrecen, Adrienne launched her career in product management for Pfizer. She joined Servier in 1997 as a Group Product Manager, and worked her way up the ranks over two decades, to become National Sales and Marketing Manager of Servier Hungary, before taking on her current role as a trainer internationally.
 
Adrienne is a certified Family Therapist, Systemic Counselor and Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. She resides in Paris, France and speaks English, French and German. In addition to her work with Seriver, she is a member of the EACBT and the Hungarian Family Therapist Association. She is passionate about helping others. Those with whom she has worked often cite her as a good listener and someone a strong collaborator who can realize her goals.  She is excited to connect with other women professionals in her field as well as fellow women entrepreneurs.

Since May 2017, Nathalie Vives has been Clinical Project Manager for GSK Vaccines, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry. With over 14 years of professional experience and a background as a healthcare professional, her expertise lays from project management to clinical trials and process improvement.
 
After becoming a Registered Nurse at the University of Almeria (Spain), Nathalie spent 3 years as a nurse before returning to school to complete her MBA in Marketing, Management of Health from the Institut Supérieur du Commerce (Paris, France). She is certified Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute (PMI), and has completed her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt through the IASSC.
 
Nathalie is highly skilled in clinical trials oversight, process diagnosis and improvements implementation and communication. She is highly passionate about her field, and has shown to be curious, customer and people-oriented in her different roles. She is eager to share her skills and competences in new projects, whether in clinical trials management or process improvements projects. She is a role model for women in the Life Science R&D management sector.
 
Currently resident of Brussels, Belgium, Nathalie speaks fluent English, Spanish, French and Portuguese, and is willing to move for new challenges in North America.
 
Outside of her professional endeavors, Nathalie enjoys developing her creativity through art (dance, music), yoga and meditation and practicing sports.

Liz Estévez is currently the Information Technology and Process Excellence Director for American Tower, a wireless broadcast communications company with locations in several companies including Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru, Chile, Colombia and the United States. In her role, she oversees the business and corporate side of IT services as well as the relationships concerning IT and Governance.

Having worked for many years in Business Process Excellence, Shared Services, and Architectural Design, Liz has been a leader in the Information Technology sector for over 18 years. She has experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, including leadership roles with Baxter International and Pfizer.

Liz holds an MBA, with an emphasis on Information Technology and Communications from The Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona, and she also completed a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from The Universidad del Valle de Mexico. Continuing her education, Liz is also completed a Certification Course in Innovation Technology and Relationship Management, and also she completed a Woman’s Leader Program in Executive Leadership Development at The Florida International University.

Liz has been a speaker at several pharmaceutical conferences as well as speaking at The Polytechnical Institute. In her spare time, she enjoys reading novels and bicycling. She resides in Mexico.

Daniela Manzoni is DMS, a project manager and consultant specialized in services for start-ups and products. With over 22 years of experience in marketing, retail and business management, she stared operating by DMS three years ago. In her role, she helps businesses to plan, identify and implement ideally tailored marketing, advertising and brand campaigns for their products, ensuring new products and fledgling companies can show their target customers what makes them stand out from the crowd, and launching trends are about to take hold in retail.
 
With a doctorate in Business Administration from the Università Ca’ Foscari di Venezia, Daniela also pursued studies in IAL and launched her career as a buyer for retail. After several years of experience on that end, she transitioned into product management, and found a real talent and enjoyment in the field. Since 2013 she has also been Independent Director of Zignago Vetro spa board.
 
Today, Daniela is a regular fixture at international conferences in the retail sector, and is an accomplished public speaker. She resides in Venice, Italy, and speaks fluent English and Italian. Outside of running DMS, Daniela enjoys volunteering, and for the past 3 years she has been the Vice President of the Associazione dei Musei e Monumenti Veneziani.
