Ingeborg Mooiweer is a Feelings Expert, Coach, Yoga teacher and Reikimaster based in The Netherlands. One of the foremost practitioners of her craft, she specializes in body healing to holistically guide the mind to heal, as well. With over fifteen years of experience in business before opening her practice and over 30 years of overall experience, Ingeborg is especially able to tap into what ails most people today and identify the ailments and rough spots in a safe, comfortable space.
With a focus on coaching, she combines the rational business side with with the emotional side, helping people to feel more comfortable in their own skin and reach a state of comfort and relaxation that allows them to address the issues causing them tension and pain. Ingeborg also offers team coaching services, helping companies, organizations and groups to find more effective ways to communicate, feedback and feedforward.
In 2013, Ingeborg partnered with Jiska Memelink to establish K’ookyoga, a yoga studio that specializes in coordinating yoga retreats that provide a combination of healthy yoga and healthy food. They pair yoga and cooking workshops in a beautiful environment, to bring nourishment to a client’s mind, body and soul.
Prior to establishing her studio and healing practice, Ingeborg was District Manager for Sodexo, where she oversaw operations and personnel, and was financially and relationally responsible for 20 catering locations. She also worked for NS reizigers as Process Manager and Albert Heijn as Sales Manager, in which she did extensive team coaching and training. Ingeborg has a Master’s in Hotel Management from the Hotel Management School in Hague, and is a certified Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master.

She is a lifetime member of the WNA, and is active with Stichting Goed doen voor een ander and Epilepsie Vereniging Nederland. With 15 years of experience, Deokie Ramlochan-Ramjohn is the Corporate Service Manager of AlgEternal Technologies LLC where she brings unprecedented expertise in business management and operations, administration, marketing, human resources and finance to her role. Deokie’s responsibilities include developing and executing efficient strategy for the operation of all departments, procurement, logistics, frequent travel, and maintaining general order. She provides critical Corporate Services Management functions to AlgEternal, reviewing, amending, and creating where necessary, the internal policies, procedures, and controls to ensure that the Company meets and exceeds internal and statutory reporting requirements.
After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Heriot Watt University in the UK, a believer in continuous improvement, Deokie went on to earn a Professional Certificate in Events Management from the George Washington University School of Business. Deokie has enjoyed consistent success in both the public and private sectors, holding increasingly senior positions, which she credits to her studies and meticulous dedication to detail. Moving forward, she hopes to one day own her own business. She takes an active role in promoting the company’s corporate social responsibility through volunteerism as a member of the Lions Club, Rotary Club, and the Texas Women’s League.
When not engaged with work, Deokie enjoys travel with her devoted husband, cooking, shopping, entertaining and spending time with her family.

Flaminia Graziadei is CEO, Director and Producer at LonRom Film Production, an independent cinema and television production company dedicated to making “movies with a meaning.” With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Flaminia oversees projects from inception to post-production, and has a key role in story development, direction and production.
Most recently, the production team released “The Power on One Coin,” a short raising awareness about mental health issues, and Interplay, a web series of which she recently completed the pilot, that won two awards and is currently touring the festival circuit. Flaminia also this year established Food for Movies, a brunch group for industry professionals dedicated to producing commercials with a cinematic aesthetic.
As a director, Flaminia’s work has been seen all over the world, from Europe to Mumbai to Houston. She was the Gold Winner for Directing and Gold Winner for Best Narrative Short at the Latitude Awards 2018, received the Platinum Award for Best Directing at the Directors Awards 2017, Gold Award for Best Director at the Independents Awards 2017, Award of Merit at the Accolade Global Film Festival, Silver Remi Best Comedy at the Houston International Film Festival, World Cinema Award at the Culver City Film Festival , the Grand Jury Prize at the LGBTQA Film Festival, Best short at the London Independent Film festival.
Having launched her career as an actress and dancer, Flaminia enjoyed working internationally across Europe, performing in the UK, Spain and her native Italy. Prior to establishing LonRom Film Production, Flaminia honed her skill set and rose up the ranks as production manager and 1stAD to then become Director and Producer.
Looking ahead, Flaminia and her team are in development with two feature films, Luton to Leicester andA year in London slated to go into production in 2019 and 2020. Known for her passion and dedication she has written numerous articles on various art topics and her work has been published in industry magazines and journals. In addition to her lifetime membership in the WNA, she is a member of WFTV and Directors UK. Outside of her professional endeavors, Flaminia can be found travelling, attending contemporary art exhibitions, playing tennis and skiing. She resides in London.

Deidre Bridge is Risk Manager at the Bank of New Zealand. Having many years experience in the field, she never wanted to have a front line sales role within banking so she looked into operations and started in quality assurance, and works in risk management. She loves the flexibility and is highly skilled at the numerous aspects of the role.
She says personal development training has helped her along the way, and is proud of a major Business Continuity Plan she spearheaded, during the merge of two bank systems in New Zealand. Deidre was heavily involved with the planning for an area of the business, and remains motivated to her goals of progression to more senior roles in the Banking Industry.
Deidre has extensive experience in community service roles in vital positions in the wider community. She was the recipient of the Melvin Jones Fellow, a Lion’s Club Award, for her work within the community in 2014.
In the next few years she would like to have more speaking engagements. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member. In her spare time she enjoys travel, scrapbooking, and reading.

Véronique Bach is Senior Claims Manager for Marsh, a leading insurance provider worldwide. With over 30 years of experience in the field, Veronica leads a team of professionals and oversees large claims across the construction and energy sectors. She also offers training and mentorship to her younger colleagues, and guides her clients with hands on attention to negotiate their claim refunds.
While studying law in France, Véronique took on an internship in insurance and realized she had a keen interest and enjoyment in the field. She holds a master’s degree in Private Law and International Business from François Rabelais University, and studied Law and International Commerce at the Université de Tours. Prior to joining Marsh, she spent a decade as an Insurance Expert at Crawford France.
Véronique resides in Paris and speaks fluent English and French. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys mentoring, travel, reading and attending exhibitions.
