Ms. Adriana Belei has several years of experience in her current field. She is a Web Developer for 4kcode, www.4kcode.com, a software development company co-founded with 2 other female co-founders. Adriana started the business in July of 2018, its a software development company, they design software, web applications, and a generic software development company. They specialize in responsive design, SEO and Google Ads, mobile apps, emerging solutions, e-commerce and more. All three are women who went to the same university and their common goal is  to increase the visibility of women in technology field. She also runs Birdh, www.birdh.tech, an initiative to develop marketing strategies and tools to effectively promote blockchain-based projects.

Some of her responsibilities include finance and web development, overseeing all projects and project management. She also writes for the company blog, showing news about projects they do and the business has appeared in a local newspaper. Adriana holds a Postgraduate Degree in Quantitative Methods for Financial Markets.

In her free time, she enjoys travel, reading, health and wellness.  In the next few years she would like to further develop the company. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.

Claire Rubino is an Area Parts and Service Manager at Toyota Canada.  She has been with Toyota for 7 years and has been in the automotive world for over 17 years. On an average day, she primarily assists with the After-sales operations working with 10 of the Ontario Toyota Dealers.

Claire says that her area of expertise is in relationship management.  Prior to her current role as Area Parts & Service Manager, she honed skills in consulting, retail sales process, marketing, fixed operations and customer retention.  She rose through the ranks with her leadership qualities and ability to adapt. She has an Associate’s Degree in Advertising in Public Relations from Saint Lawrence College in 2002, and says that the key to her success has been due to her support network and the relationships she has built during her career.

In the near future she hopes to rise to a national management role, and continue to grow and learn in the automotive industry.  She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.

Jean Peters Allen is the owner and principal practitioner of Autumn Consulting, an integrative psychotherapy (UKCP), personal coaching and conflict mediation firm based in the UK’s Channel Islands. With over 15 years of experience, in the mental health and wellness sector, Jean established the practice in 2012 and specializes in talk therapy to clients both locally in person and online. She is highly trained in integrative psychotherapy, Gestalt therapy, integral coaching and mediation, and treats clients dealing with anxiety, depression, family and marital relationships, phobias, workplace issues, sexuality and post-traumatic stress, and other challenging life events.Jean Peters Allen pic 9 
Known for being a compassionate listener and advocate for her clients to achieve their goals, Jean is dedicated to helping he clients live fully present lives. She carefully tailors her planning and course of treatment to each individual and their circumstances, gathering wisdom from both Eastern and Western medicine, while keeping on top of new discoveries in cognitive science, genetics, and other disciplines.
 
After earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Natal Pietermaritzburg in South Africa, Jean went on to complete a Postgraduate DIP Integrative Psychotherapy through the European Institute of Integrative Psychotherapy and the University of Scarborough. She holds professional certifications through UK Mediation, the International Coaching Federation, Thirdspace Coaching and The Resolution Centre. In addition to her membership in the WNA, she is a member of the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy.
 
Looking ahead, Jean hopes to continue to reach and change the lives of clients across the UK and beyond, and to connect professionally with other mental health professionals and integrative health specialists. Outside of her professional endeavors, she provides pro bono therapy to rape victims, and is an avid philanthropist, reader and yoga practitioner.

Roxanne Mohammed is co-founder of Noel’s Transportation Service, one of the premier transportation companies on Trinidad and Tobago. Offering a supremely comfortable, efficient and affordable way to “take a ride,” the company offers airplane shuttle service, chartered tours, excursions and other private transport for up to 12 seated passengers.
 
In addition to running Noel’s Transportation Service, Roxanne is a Process Technology level 3 Lecturer at Automation Technology College, a Caribbean leader in vocational education and training that offers a wide variety of internationally recognized and accredited programs. With over 16 years of experience in her career, Roxanne has been in her current role since 2010 and teaches HOD of Process Technology Levels 3 & 2.
 
After earning a diploma in Chemical Engineering (SAIT) from The University of Trinidad and Tobago, Roxanne went on to complete a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Process and Utilities-Chemical from the University. She launched her career as a Process Plant Operator at Point Lisa’s Nitrogen Limited. In 2010, she joined faculty at the University, and in conjunction with her career as a lecturer worked as Unibio/Process Laboratory Technician. Her certifications are vast, and include Simtronics Simulator Instructor, Business Writing, Records Management, Intermediate Assessor, Internal Verifier Training, Fire Awareness/Emergency, IVQ Certificate in Teaching, Training and Assessing Learning, and NGC Tertiary Natural Gas Workshop.
 
Looking ahead, Roxanne plans to pursue her MBA and to continue to make an impact through her research. Her writing has been published in industry media, including the Journal of the Association of Professional Engineers of Trinidad and Tobago. Outside of her professional endeavors, Roxanne enjoys travel and music.

Esteemed writer and teacher Leticia Chávez currently serves as an intercultural Training Specialist and English language trainer. Focusing on to corporate staff and professionals in Mexico, where she is based, Leticia has over 16 years of experience and has been working in her current capacity since 2013. With her finger on the pulse of global business, Leticia is at the heart of the burgeoning Mexico market, where she has focused her work on expats looking to expand their professional opportunities in Mexico.
 
Currently, Leticia works for Word Factor, a Mexico City based training center and part of Learnlight Company. She trains clients to expand their horizons and opportunities interculturally throughout their business, work, tourism and academic pursuits. She also freelance trains her clients in on-site sessions, as well as remotely online. Her highly individualized sessions and curricula are tailored specifically to the needs of each student, to help them progress and integrate their business seamlessly into the Mexican business landscape.
 
Fluent in 4 languages, Leticia speaks English, Spanish, French and Italian, and her passion for language and celebrating diverse cultures is evident in all her endeavors. She earned a degree in International Relations and Foreign Affairs from the Facultad de Estudios Superiores Acatlán, and then went on to complete a diploma in International Relations and Teaching Languages from UNAM- FES Acatlán. She is a member of SIETAR Mexico, an international association focused on intercultural research and training.
 
Leticia is a prolific writer on topics related to language and culture, and curates the blog expatriatespecialists.com. She also offers translation services and guided tours of key landmarks, historical sites and museums to select clients.
