Glenda Patricia Fasquelle Dumas is a doctor at the Hospital Mario Catarino Rivas, one of the leading public emergency and surgical medical centers in Honduras. With over 20 years of experience in medicine and healthcare, she serves as Head of the Disasters Department and Chief of Emergencies. Specializing in internal medicine, she spends her shifts overseeing activity in the emergency department and is Chief of the Investigation Board of San Pedro Sula.
 
After completing her secondary education at the Instituto Departamental Evangelico Anna Dorothea Bechtold, Glenda went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in the management of disasters, studied Internal Medicine at IGSS and earned a Master of Hospital Administration at the University of Nicaragua. Her career has brought her across vast regions internationally, and she received a mention as the best resident in internal medicine and served as Chief Resident in her last year of formation.
 
A resident of Honduras, Glenda speaks fluent English and Spanish. She is a member of the Internal Medicine Association, and outside of her professional endeavors enjoys bicycling and reading.

Louise Evans is the Founder and CEO of The 5 Chairs, a business consultancy offering individuals and organizations steps to self-mastery through behavioral intelligence and radical collaboration. Dedicated to the “human side” of organizations, the company is comprised of Louise, her project manager, and 14 freelance coaches. As a behavioral coach and corporate trainer, Louise travels extensively worldwide to visit clients, facilitate training sessions and present at speaking engagements.
 
A celebrated public speaker and author, Louise wrote the bestselling book 5 Chairs 5 Choices, which outlines her unique strategy to take ownership of one’s behavior, enhance relationships and secure success through consciously contributing to one’s own and other peoples’ happiness and success. Her recent TedX talk, highlighting the major themes of her book, has already drawn over 1,000,000 views on the web, and she continues to be a highly sought-after keynote speaker and presenter at conferences and seminars across the world.
 
The 5 Chairs is driven by Louise’s desire to help people realize their full potential personally, spiritually and professionally. “Every moment of our waking hours, we’re all choosing what behaviors we bring into the world,” she says. “Our choices impact the quality our conversations, relationships and lives. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors, Louise went on to complete a Postgraduate Certificate of Education from the University of Cambridge. Today a resident of Firenze, Italy, Louise supports an organization in Africa for young orphans, and is a member of the Valore D organization in Italy for female empowerment. Carmen Contreras is the Academic Director of Let’s Start English School, a leading institution specialized in teaching the English language. With over 30 years of professional experience, she also serves as one of the faculty’s premier English teachers to the student body of primarily native Spanish speakers.
 
Having launched her career as an executive assistant, Carmen worked abroad as a bilingual secretary. Her work brought her to posts in in Peru, Jakarta, Indonesia, and South Korea, and taught her firsthand the value of being able to speak multiple languages. In 2004 returned to school and completed a bachelor’s degree in Education and ESL with honors from ICPNA. She has nearly two decades of classroom teaching experience, and has been in her post as academic director for the past 4 years.
 
Carmen credits her success to having perseverance, responsibility and honesty in all of her endeavors. She is dedicated to try to give children, teenagers and adults better chances to live and work in an increasingly global world. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, listening to music, and watching television.

Silvia Hernandez is an architect at Greenplan SA, a branch of prolific international architectural firm Zürcher Arquitectos. With over two decades of experience in the field, Silvia specializes in landscape architecture. She is an expert in landscape design and master planning, and brings her unique creative touch into each project she undertakes. She focuses on the physical characteristics or each individual site, and listens to her client’s goals to synthesize both natural and constructed facets to create beautiful, functional, environmentally friendly and impactful spaces at an effective cost point.
 
After earning studying Architectural Drawing and Eduation at the Colegio Vocacional Monseñor Sanabria, Silvia became certified in AutoCAD, three-dimensional modeling and residential electrical installations. She launched her career as a draftsperson of several architects and engineers. In 2000 she launches her own architectural drawing company Harquitec with which she wins the contracts to work for ten consecutive years for the OEPI which is the executing agency for investment projects for the University of Costa Rica, and rose her way up the ranks in drafting at several other prestigious private firms. In 2008, she completed a Bachelor of Architecture from the Universidad de Costa Rica.
 
Outside of her work with Greenplan SA and Zürcher Arquitectos, Silvia also served on the faculty of the Universidad Hispanoamericana. Her work has been featured in numerous professional publications and magazines. She is passionate about the work that she does and the spaces she creates for her clients, and credits her success to perseverance and having a strong team. In addition to being a lifetime member of the WNA, Silvia is a member of the Colegio Federado de Ingenieros y Arquitectos profesionales (CFIA) and the nonprofit ONG.
 
Silvia resides in San Jose, Costa Rica and speaks fluent English and Spanish. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys a workout fitness lifestyle, swimming and travel.

Linda Woodford has over 20 years of experience in Customer Services. Her most recent position as Senior Vice President of Customer Support for ESW Capital involved the management of Support professionals in a global remote working environment.

Having coached and mentored many people in work environments from those just starting out in their careers to established professionals looking to improve their performance, she has launched two coaching companies, Woodford Coaching (https://www.woodfordcoaching.com/) and The Personal Life Coach ( www.thepersonallifecoach.com). She is utilizing her extensive business experience to help people realize their personal goals. She is very passionate about coaching, and truly loves seeing others reach their full potential.

She qualified in Hotel Management from the Black Pool Technical College from 1986. She started in customer service 30 years ago and worked her way up to Director of Support[ Services. In her free time she enjoys traveling, reading, and watching sports.

She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
