With over 15 years in her field, Dr. Liliya Terzieva is Master Imagineering Programme Coordinator for Breda University of Applied Sciences, in the Netherlands. Currently a senior lecturer and researcher at Breda University, she holds a PhD in the field of Economic and Organizational Sciences of Leisure and Tourism. Apart from the leisure and tourism background, Liliya holds a second Master’s degree in Management of Adult Education. Liliya belongs to the Global network of e-coaches certified by the British Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as  Norwich University in the field of company consulting. Besides the above, Liliya is also engaged in both the development and implementation of various EU- and commission-funded research and business projects.

She authored five monographies, ten studies, four textbooks and more than 50 articles and papers. She has more than 15 years of international work experience having worked in Bulgaria, China, UK, Malta, settling in the Netherlands. She has also been part of a series of international and EU funded projects in Germany, Vietnam, UK, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Palestine, France, Western Balkans, etc.

Her current research interests lay in the area of multifunctional leisure locations, Imagineering, creative entrepreneurship, quality in higher education and organizational sciences. Recently, she published a chapter in an Edward-Elgar book on Advanced Imagineering, a Routledge book on hotel chain management as well as a chapter in a Springer book on Transition economies. Liliya speaks seven languages including Bulgarian, English, German, Russian, Macedonian, Chinese, Dutch, as well as some basic Spanish and Serbian.

She is an accomplished international expert in Tourism and Leisure graduating from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia, Bulgaria  and the Beijing International Studies Universities in Business Management, Tourism and Leisure. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.

With over 14 years of experience in her field, Milinda Cuddeback is a Clinical Counselor for Life Skills Psychological Services where she provides therapy and works closely with other doctors and clinicians in treating people with mental health disorders. Milinda is a Michigan Licensed Professional Counselor, who provides therapeutic services to children, adolescents and adults. Certified in the areas of drug and alcohol addiction, school guidance and careers, trauma and loss, she is also highly experienced in the areas of body image issues, eating disorders, self harming behaviors, anxiety, stress, depression, adolescent behavior management, family conflict, sexual assault, and domestic violence.

Milinda began her career working with adolescents in a school as a counselor. She holds two Master’s degrees from Western Michigan University, one in Alcohol and Drug Abuse, and the second in Clinical Psychology. Moving forward, Milinda is starting a new degree in psychology health aimed at helping people with weight problems and providing psych evaluations for gastric procedures. She is interested in business opportunities, consulting work, job offers, business funding, networking, financing business ventures, and personal branding.

She frequently donates time and resources to Oasis Family Resources where she counsels women who are sexually abused or running from a domestic violence situation.

Seden Efe is Global Brand Manager of Grooming BFO: Braun Female & Gillette Venus for Procter & Gamble, a leading multinational consumer goods provider worldwide. With over 12 years of experience in the field, she leads global strategic direction for P&G Light based hair removal products, a team of 8 people and 2 direct reports, and oversees Grey NewYork, Grey London, Grey Japan, Starcom UK, MindTree, HyperMedia, Performics, iProspect, Landor, and Ketchum. She is highly skilled at directing brand management on the global and local levels, and is proficient in design, delivery, band operations and communication, as well as having driven the impetus that brought Global Gillette Venus Digital Strategy to win at Zero Moment of Truth.
 
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Sabanci University, Seden launched her career by interning for Unilever in supply chain and logistics. She joined Procter & Gamble in 2006 as Turkey Warehouse Customization Manager and Logistics Engineer, and has steadily risen up the ranks of the company ever since. Over the course of her career, Seden has augmented her university degree with postgraduate and executive coursework in 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Corporate Athlete, Effective Business Writing and Presentation, Leading at the Speed of Trust, New Manager Emerging Leader & Situational Leadership, and Positive Power and Influence.

In addition to her work at P&G, Seden leads seminars encouraging women into business. She has been featured in the media, most notably in local papers and CNN Turk. She is passionate about women supporting other women, enabling and encouraging them both professionally and in their private lives.
 
Seden credits her success to is her passion to create value, her high energy and creativity, and her can-do attitude.  She resides in Geneva, Switzerland and speaks English, German, Spanish and Turkish. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys traveling, painting and paddle boarding, as well as spending time with her family.

Chirine Donsen-Sherafat is Vice President of AZM Financial, a private firm that provides expert assistance and management with investments, insurance and financial planning. With over 20 years of professional experience, Chirine partners closely with the President and CEO, and is responsible for the responsible for the firm’s marketing, communications and administration. To-date, she has already been awarded three service awards for her contribution to the company.
 
A highly skilled linguist and communicator, Chirine is a seasoned project manager and researcher, and has more than 19 years of experience in international business. Having begun her career in the oil and gas industry, she served as Project Assistant for the OPEC Fund for International Development from 1999 to 2018.
 
After earning a Master of Arts in French Literature from Azad University, Chirine went on to complete dual MBAs at The Open University, in Project Management, and Strategy and Marketing and Operational Management, respectively. She also holds a Master of Science in Development Management, a Professional Certificate in Management and a Professional Diploma in Management, among other certifications and qualifications.
 
Originally from Iran, Chirine speaks an impressive 6 languages: English, Persian (Farsi), Spanish, French, German, Italian. She resides in San Ramon, California and in her spare time enjoys tennis, skiing, shopping, reading and writing.

Nathalie Nabucet is Regional Head of Commercial Management for Ericsson.  She has worked for Ericsson for ten years and has twenty years in her professional field.   Her responsibilities include concentrating on the major service and infrastructure area for sales and contract management responsibility, validating offers internally so commercial teams can submit them and customer negotiations to secure the business with local sales team

Nathalie is a professional in IT and Telecommunications, and holds more than 20 years experience in her field. She is sales, management and leadership oriented, and has international experiences including several positions abroad. She has managed large and diverse teams and driven transformational and strategic project. She is a female leader in her profession and can give guidance and looks to connect and learn from other professional women.

Studying in France led her to work in the telecommunication business. There was also a need for engineers in telecommunications. She studied business and marketing so naturally it led her to start looking for work in telecommunications. Nathalie’s expertise are in management, organization transformation, business development sales and marketing.  She has a Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Telecommunications, Marketing and Business and she has an Engineer Diploma with a specialization in Marketing.  She is a member of MINE Telecom Business School and does some internal speaking for her company.

Nathalie was published as a part of global perspective programs for Ericsson.  She has been recognized as Top Sales Leader at Ericsson Awards including signing Largest managed Services deal in Europe,  for several strategic wins at Nortel Networks Awards, and Worldwide Top Honor with Nortel Networks .

In the next few years she hopes to take responsibility of a French company or pursue her career abroad.  She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and enjoys sport, travel, reading, and cooking in her spare time.
