Anna L. Koosmann is the founder and principal architect of A+Works, an innovative architecture and design practice that blends art and architecture to create beautiful and functional spaces that foster a positive change in their environment. With more than 15 years of experience in the field, established in 2005, Anna has since consulted on diverse projects for commercial, educations, arts, and non-profit clients as far as Minnesota, Wisconsin, Washington, and the Philippines. Her work encompasses placemaking, community design and commercial renovations, and centers on collaboration and public interest design to raise the standard of how buildings and organizations interact with their communities.
In addition to running A+Works, Anna serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona, where she is on a tenure-track design-build faculty for the Drachman Design-Build Coalition in the College of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape Architecture. Passionate about teaching, she is inspired by collaborative projects and demonstrates excellent communication skills not always apparent in one with her design prowess.
After earning a bachelor’s degree cum laude in Architecture and Art History from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Anna went on to complete a Master of Architecture from the University of Washington. She is licensed by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and registered as an Architect in the State of Washington, she was recipient of a Fulbright and her research received an EDRA CORE award.
Residing today in Tucson, Anna has published numerous articles about national and international issues as they pertain to urban planning, community development and sustainable design. She is a SEED Network member, she has extensive volunteer service, and has collaborated with culturally-diverse and economically-challenged communities in the U.S. and abroad; including, serving on the Housing Advocacy Committee of AIA Minnesota and as co-Founder of TiLT Community Design Build, a grassroots coalition of designers, artists and architects working to create architecture that effects a positive change.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Anna enjoys yoga, photography, painting and bicycling. She credits her success to the many great mentors she has been inspired by along the way, most notably her father.

Katie Pettersson is an international consumer and industrial industries consultant. Currently, she is a Partner of CAREer, a management consulting firm. With nearly two decades of experience in her industry, Katie recently relocated back to China after spending time in Sweden. As a seasoned recruiter and staffing expert, Katie has a highly specialized knowledge centered on the particular needs of the automotive, mechanical, pharmaceutical, chemical and FMCG industries.
Originally from China, after earning a diploma in English from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies Katie went on to complete a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management from the South China University of Technology. Upon relocating to Sweden, she passed the Swedish language proficiency course at Komvux Kärnan, and completed training at EnRival AB.
Prior to joining CAREer, Katie served as Senior Consultant & Head of China for Retention, where she oversaw the growing business relationship between the European & Chinese markets. She also served as Managing Consultant for Korn Ferry International Futurestep, and Chief Representative for IBM Kenexa – Business Partner.
Within her community, Katie enjoys volunteering as a mentor to children and is a role model to her colleagues and fellow businesswomen.

Cheryl Keller has been an Avon Independent Representative for 10 years in Rhode Island. In 2009 she was laid off from her job, and she wanted to find something that could keep her busy, so she began selling Avon products. Ever since that first day, she has been passionate about selling Avon products and providing good customer service to her clients. Many of her clients have referred other clients to Cheryl and remain with her to this day because of her excellent customer service skills and the quality of Avon products.
Cheryl is also a Leadership Representative and currently has a downline of four representatives which she intends to increase this year. Cheryl is an “Honor Society” Representative and a Bronze Ambassador. She also holds a Certificate in Fundraising from Avon, and has an Avon Holiday Fundraiser every year for a local children’s hospital by getting donations of $10.00 per person to provide a stuffed animal to a sick child at Christmas. In 2018, her fundraiser donated over 285 stuffed animals. She is hoping to donate over 300 this year, and has the ability to set up an online fundraiser for any organization looking to raise funds.
Avon has been in business for over 130 years. They sell skin care, makeup, fashion, and accessories at very reasonable prices. As of February 1, 2019, Cheryl’s Avon business will become digital. Potential recruits can also go to her web page and sign up to become an Avon Representative and start their own business. Cheryl’s goals are to grow her team of Representatives so she can inspire them to become successful, and to be a positive figure for them as they grow their business. When you become an Avon Representative, you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. There are many online training courses that a new representative can take to learn the business. Also, Avon has incentive trips for Representatives and Leadership Representatives. With Avon, the earnings are endless. You can start making money right away with your new business! Every year at a different location, Avon has a Rep Fest . This year, we will be in New Orleans from August 2 through 4, 2019! All Avon representatives can attend. They provide certification classes and seminars, and they unveil the coming holiday season product lines. They also recognize top Representatives and Leaders at their Rallies.

Espira is an “all natural” product line from vitamins, powder supplements and many other all natural products for the whole family. Linda Graham Parnell is a highly sought-after freelance proofreader and editor based in the United Kingdom. With over 25 years of experience in the field, she has been in her current role for the past 6 years and offers writing and editing services to clients across the nonprofits, cultural and private sectors. She is known for her keen eye and ability to adapt to write in the client voice or from a more neutral, journalistic perspective.
In addition to her freelance practice, Linda is a passionate and expressive creative writer. She has published a book of poetry, and has seen several of her poems published in magazines and other media. Linda finds the creative side to her writing helps her when she works with clients across the world to come up with unique and outside-the-box solutions to meet their copy needs.
Linda holds a master’s degree in Creative Writing from Lancaster University. Prior to branching out on her own, she worked her way up the ranks in events management for the arts, and found she thrived in the fast-paced environment of the field. She is currently working on her second volume of original poems, and credits her success to finding true enjoyment in her chosen field.

Katia Irizarry is a Co-Founder and the Managing Member at Santiago Romero & Asociados, LLC. With over three decades of experience in various fields, she divides her current time between case management and overseeing office operations. Highly experienced in business planning, business process improvement and risk management, Katia has a broad base in corporate experience that she brings to the culture and systems of Santiago Romero & Asociados, which she established with her husband, who is also an attorney.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, Katia launched her career in systems and project management, working for firms such as Luis Freire, Systronics and Sensormatic, amongst others. In 2010, she returned to higher educational studies, and completed a Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude from the Universidad Interamericana de PR Escuela de Derecho in 2014.
Prior to her work with Santiago Romero & Asociados, Katia spent over a decade as Operations Director for CitiFinancial Puerto Rico. Within her firm, she facilitates lectures on topics pertaining to labor law and eviction law. A resident of Trujillo Alto, outside of her professional endeavors Katia enjoys travel and reading.
