Alesia Sandra Mitchell is a newly retired Supervisor Customer Services of the United States Postal Service. She is highly skilled about knowledgeable about her job and is known for her passion and positive attitude. Alesia loves helping people to solve problems, and is skilled in policy and team leadership.
 
Born and raised in St. Croix, Virgin Islands, also known as “America’s Paradise,” Alesia launched her career by serving in the United States Army. In her 9 years of enlistment, she served as a 71L, Administrative Specialist. Upon receiving honorable discharge, she went on to study at Campbell University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Management.
 
Today, Alesia resides in Fayetteville, North Carolina with her husband of over 30 years, Victor. She credits her success to her faith in God, family dedication, focus, drive and perseverance.

Waleisah Wilson is Founder and Executive Director of NewLife-Second Chance Outreach, Inc., a 501c3 nonprofit that provides employment-related services to individuals who have been directly impacted by a criminal record. Driven to enact lasting positive change in her community, she and her associates are raising awareness and doing the work to disrupt a system known to be biased, unsympathetic and too often careless in the way it enforces its policies. She is an impassioned advocate for the reform, removal and abolishment of the bail system, mass incarceration, the school-to-prison pipeline, the death penalty, sentencing laws, stigmas associated with having a criminal record, and felony disenfranchisement.
 
Additionally, she works to root out voter suppression and the discriminatory policies that criminalize Blacks, immigrants, the poor, disabled and those of the LGBTQ community. She is a champion of disability justice and immigrant rights, and is driven by the understanding that “we are people FIRST and… when given the tools and opportunity to be successful, we EXCEL!”
 
Waleisah is also Chief Executive Officer of Phoenix Recruiting & Employment Services, LLC. The firm specializes in helping small businesses and nonprofit organizations fulfill their recruiting and staffing needs in an ethical, efficient and effective way, while building lifelong relationships. She and her team provide solutions to support and empower their customers, and also offers team training.
 
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Stillman College, Waleisah went on to complete dual master’s degrees: in Human Services with a specialization in Social and Community Services from Capella University, and in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Walden University. She holds postgraduate certification in Criminal Justice and was a 2020 Soros Justice Fellow, a 2019 leader in Southerners On New Ground’s Black Leadership cohort The Lorde’s Werq, and a 2017 JustLeadershipUSA Leading with Conviction Fellow. Most recently, she has been recognized as a 2022 Represent Justice Ambassador.
 
Currently, Waleisah sits on the board of directors for NewLife-Second Chance Outreach, Inc., OAA, the Georgia Coalition for Higher Education in Prison (GCHEP), the Multifaith Initiative to End Mass Incarceration (EMI) and Restore Georgia, a new 501c3 that advocates for the changing of Georgia’s sex offense laws. She recently facilitated a “faith and reentry” training for the deacon postulants of the Diocese of Atlanta and the Georgia Interfaith Public Policy Center at The Cathedral of St. Philip.
 
Based in Atlanta, Waleisah credits her success to being a professional, organized, outspoken, compassionate, hard-working, humble and passionate leader and team player.

Allison Gardner-Adamovits is Certified Life Coach and Owner of The Worthiness Well, an online women’s life coaching practice offering Individual and group coaching services. With over 30 years of experience in counselling and mental health services, she draws upon expertise in therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and EMDR Therapy. Working closely with her clients, she has been dubbed a “courageous compassion expert” and helps empower women who feeling overwhelmed, confused, drained and stuck; enabling them to develop renewed self-worth, emotional balance, strength and security.
 
Additionally, Allison is also Psychotherapist and Owner of the Carleton Place Positive Change Centre, a clinic that has offered personal counselling, family mediation, conflict resolution, parenting strategies and grief/cancer counselling for more than 13 years. She has been invited as an expert speaker or visiting lecturer at various academic institutions and companies, and served as Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Counsellor for all four Hospitals in Lanark County. Additionally, the Ministry of the Attorney General of Ontario endorsed a contract with Allison, providing Quick Response Counselling to victims of crime in Lanark County.
 
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Carleton University, Allison returned to school, completing a Bachelor of Social Work (Hons) from Laurentian University and a Master of Social Work from Carleton University in 1999. She is certified in Therapeutic Family Mediation and Parenting Capacity Assessment by the University of Toronto, as well as in Level 1 in Collaborative Family Law (OCLF), Life Coach/Dream Builder (Brave Thinking Institute), and licensed as a Lay Worship Leader by the United Church of Canada.
 
In addition to being a valued member of the WNA, Allison is a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social  Service Workers, Ontario Association of Social Workers, and Lanark County Collaborative Family Law Association.

Melissa Payne is the founder and owner of Blonde Ambitions. This is a firm that supports the production and distribution of global feeds across the sporting spectrum, providing bespoke services.

Melissa draws upon 25 years of experience within the global television and media sector. Whether the event takes place on land or water, the competitors have two legs or four, she has covered it.

Melissa is excited to unveil her latest venture: SwopBox, an exclusive marketplace for swapping corporate hospitality boxes, set to launch in the very near future.

Prior to establishing Blonde Ambitions and SwopBox, Melissa began her career in finance within the horse racing sector.

Melissa then embarked on a 20-year career trajectory with IMG. This included multiple parts of the business from:  production, event management, technical operations and selling commercial rights.

Amongst her many career achievements Melissa rose to the level of Vice President and was responsible for the Technical Services P&L for all IMG programming.

Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in film and television. She also recently completed a Women in Leadership certificate and set up Women In Broadcast – a bio annual gathering for ladies working in the industry.

Based in London, United Kingdom, Melissa credits her success to dedication, drive, and perseverance.

Rebecca Goeken is Owner and Insurance Administrator of Go-Whit Financial Consulting, an insurance brokerage firm offering a full suite of Health, Life, Long Term Care, Ancillary products and Retirement insurance solutions. With over 6 years of experience in the insurance field and 29 years of experience in healthcare administration and management, Rebecca is highly skilled in budgeting, Medicaid, team building, medical billing, and U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
 
Initially focusing on the senior market, Rebecca saw there was a real need to assist people with Medicare. She eventually expanded to cover all areas, to help all members of a family protect themselves in the present and future.
 
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Health Information Technology. She is based out of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and credits her success to passion, focus and perseverance.
