Gloriana Bermúdez is Controller of Pellas Development, a real estate development company based in Costa Rica and managing entity of the Costa Elena community, an unparalleled leisure destination modeled on values of community and sustainability nestled in the beauty of UNESCO World Heritage site of Guanacaste.
With almost three decades of experience in finance and management, Gloriana is a highly seasoned specialist in accounting, strategy and forecasting. She holds her degree from the Universidad Hispanoamericana and received a Master of Science in Finance from the Universite de Management. In 2011, she completed a second master’s degree in International Business Administration and Project Management from ADEN. A Certified Public Accountant, Gloriana belongs to the CPA Association of Costa Rica.
Gloriana launched her career as a financial analyst for Phillip Morris Central America, where she rose through the ranks to become Planning Manager in her decade of service at the company. Prior to joining Pellas Development and Costa Elena, Gloriana was Regional Comptroller for Kraft Foods Central America and Caribbean, and in financial management for Genesis Desarrolladores, Bliss Entretenimiento and Brick AMA.
A resident of San Jose, Gloriana speaks fluent English and Spanish. She credit her success to being dedicated and having effective communication skills. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys travel and is an avid reader.

Carla Tulli is Senior Account Director at SGS, an sgsco company that provides design-to-print brand development products and services to a variety of industries. With over 15 years of experience in her field, Carla manages the creative designs and structure for brands and personal care. Her clients include international leading brands such as Dove, Ponds and AXE.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Product Design from the Universidad Ricardo Palma, Carla went on to study Package and Graphic Design at Humber College and Mac Systems and Communications at the Centennial College School of Business. She launched her career as a Pre-press Operator for London Graphics, and prior to joining SGS in 2004 served as Graphics Manager of Packaging Technologies Inc. In 2014, she was recipient of the 2014 Supply Award, and she serves as a judge for PAC.
A tireless volunteer, Carla is a member of AMPO, a Peruvian Women’s organization in Ontario, and she served on the Board of Directors for the Brampton Theatre School. She resides in Toronto, and enjoys traveling outside of her professional endeavors.

Alejandra Piña is Director of Human Resources at Beiersdorf Manufacture Santiago, a German multinational company that manufactures personal care and derma products such as Nivea, Eucerin, La Prairie (Premium Brand), Labello, Hansaplast/Elastoplast, 8X4 and tesa as part of group. In Chile where Alejandra works, she oversees the hiring, retention, training, development and benefits of more than 300 employees. An integral member of the management team, Alejandra has more than 20 years of experience in the field (commercial and manufacture) and plans, executes and maintains the overall human resources strategy for the company.
After earning a degree in Psychology from Universidad de Las Americas in Chile, Alejandra went on to complete a Master PNL in Neurolinguistic Programming from the Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana. In 2014, she completed a Magister in Management of People and Organizations from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
Initially joining Beiersdorf in 2006 as a Supply Chain Analyst Selection in training and organizational development, Alejandra quickly demonstrated her aptitude for excellence and rose to become the HR manager of Chile and Peru before stepping into her current leadership position. She resides in Chile, and speaks fluent English and Spanish.
Alejandra credits her success to having a high capacity to lead and integrate works teams, as well as keen analytical skills and ability to work with autonomy. She is regularly invited to host conferences and speak at seminars, and is known for being able to spot raw talent that can be developed, even if an individual hasn’t completed a conventional education.

María Marinaro has taken courageous steps to transform her reality twice in her life. The first, having worked in finance and banking and feeling unfulfilled, she rediscovered her innate interest to work in people oriented fields through a journey of deep therapy. This led her to become a certified Coach, a Psychotherapist, a Psychodramatist and a Biodanza Facilitator and teacher.
Her second brave step was migration. Forced by the political and social unrest in her country, in February 2018 she moved from Venezuela to Spain, where she is now based. She is now reprogramming her entire life.
These experiences are put by her to the service of her clients. Her experience on facing change successfully and creating networks of people to move transformation forward give her, along with her studies, the capability to assist her clients to do the same.
María Marinaro is an independent executive and life coach. With over 17 years of coaching and business management experience, she closely works with each client to develop individual or in-company programs to improve leadership skills and competencies required to meet intelligently the challenges of the 21stcentury in personal and professional life. Change is a constant.
María holds a double major in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rhode Island in the United States. She is a certified Excecutive and Life Coach. Has developed experience in communication through Art of Hosting programs applied in social and organizational contexts. In Venezuela she ran her private consultancy and coaching practice and was a Facilitator for Newfield Consulting, Logros Group, AG Global Consulting, the Universidad Metropolitana and IIESÁvila.
Among her organizational clients are Genzyme, Sanofi, and Nestlé.

Catalina Zuleta is Academic Director of Gimnasio Fontana, a distinguished international pre-K through high school based in Bogota, Colombia. With over 26 years of experience at in leadership and management at the institution, Catalina oversees the Learning System “What If?” Creative System and methodology. She also oversees all academic management and administration, drives curricula development, health and safety and operations.
Having devised her own methodology out of years of painstaking research and experience, Catalina’s has identified 7 verbs that embody her method: connect, explore, ask, doubt, integrate, innovate and grow. She is a recognized expert in educational theory and leadership, and has authored books, hosts conferences and workshops, and inspires both individuals and organization to reach their full potential.
Catalina holds a Master of Education from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, and is currently furthering her studies at THNK School of Creative Leadership. In 2008, she was recipient of the Santijana Award. Currently, she is in the process of publishing her third book.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Catalina enjoys travel, reading, and spending time with her children. She speaks fluent English and Spanish.
