Cecilia Tula is the Founder and CEO of LARC TEST, a revolutionary new method by which to test and structure the physical aptitude of horses. Carefully designed and based in years of veterinary science, the LARC TEST is the only measurable standard that includes the intensity of physical exertion on a horse’s heart, lungs, and muscles—all with the ease of a modern mobile app interface.
Designed with the active horseperson in mind, the app is accessible on the field or in the office, and was founded through clinical trials, extensive research and deep medical knowledge. Prior to founding the company, Cecilia worked as a horse nutritionist, trainer and equine specialist veterinarian. She also spent years gaining experience in the pharmaceuticals industry, working for industry leaders such as Pfizer and Zoetis, as well as freelance in regulatory affairs for Boehringer Ingelheim and MSD.
After completing her studies in Veterinary Medicine from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and working as university professor for 14 years with specialization on Exercise Physiology, Cecilia went on to study Business Management from the Universidad ORT Uruguay. In 2016, she also completed coursework in Business Plans and Models with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Consulting.
In addition to her lifetime membership in the WNA, Cecilia belongs to the Association of Equine Veterinarians. She is based out of Lampasas, Texas and speaks fluent English and Spanish. Outside of her professional endeavors she keeps an active lifestyle, enjoying running, sports, and yoga.

Sandra St.Yves is known internationally as a practitioner andteacher who combines and integrates psychology, quantum mechanics, practical spirituality and teaches others to do the same. Dr. Jamese J. Hilliard has been in her profession for 25 years, and is working with GSK as a Senior Development Scientist. As a contract worker, she is working on development of antibiotics, study design, and data review.
Having always had a natural interested in science since she was a child, it was no surprise she went all the way in her profession, earning her Doctorate from Rutgers University in NJ in Microbiology/Molecular Genetics, 1993. She has done extensive research in her field, but is now focusing on the clinical aspects of research. She is part of the American Society for Microbiology.
An experienced infectious Disease Pre-clinical Research Biologist with extensive experience leading and conducting pre-clinical models of inflammation/infectious disease in an AAALAC accredited facility, she holds a distinctive combination of leadership, collaboration and technical strengths generate scientific insight, process improvement and cost savings. Some of her expertise includes due diligence evaluations for licensing and acquisition opportunities of therapeutic biologicals, antibodies, small molecules and antibiotics.
Dr. Hilliard is always willing to try new things and learn something new, and is most proud of work she did getting antibiotics to patients. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.

Bringing over two decades of professional experience to the table, Erna Montero Schlotterhausen from Costa Rica, has worked in logistics, inventory, transportation, warehousing purchasing in transnational and retail companies in Central América. She is widely known as an esteemed Industrial Engineer in her field. Previously with Grupo Monge, and Amanco Mexichem Corp., she firmly believes the keys to her success have been continued hard work and discipline. She also puts great emphasis on interpersonal connection in the workplace, while holding strong beliefs and convictions about personal values.
Erna holds her degree in Industrial Engineering. Moving forward, she hopes to network as much as possible with likeminded female professionals. When not engaged with work, Erna enjoys traveling with her teenage son Glenn.
