Prior to owning Capital Services in 2012, Pat spent 12 years serving in an Executive role for a regional insurance brokerage firm.

Widely recognized for her work, Pat was named Enterprising Woman of the Year in 2017 and received a Bravo Award in 2016 and her organization won many awards for their leadership and growth. With over two decades of experience in her field, Michal Nouri is an esteemed Marketing Manager known for her expertise in local and international business. Previously Commerce Director at E-Pharma, she honed skills in various marketing and sales roles in Pharma, medical device and retail. She was previously the marketing manager for the Israeli region for Teva & Meditec, and hopes to dive next into health and fitness marketing or sales management, as she is very passionate about it.

Michal is known for her ability to increase market sales and to execute strategies that bring the utmost profit to her clientele in any position she is called to do. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Haifa. Also a dynamic speaker, she is currently working on a webinar related to fitness and wellness.

Fabiana Estrela has been Director of Global Operations and Recruitment for Agence Cast-A-Way Inc. Cruise and Resorts Hiring Agency, based in Montreal, QC, from October 2016 to present.  She recently became a partner in the business after a year as a franchisee. The company specializes in professional recruiting, specifically in the hospitality industry. Fabiana has always been interested in marketing and hospitality and she felt that this would be a good fit for her. The company has grown by over 200% over the last year with her as a partner and she is always looking to expand it further.

Offering over 20 years of professional experience, some of her specializations include: Events Management, Marketing Campaigns, Branding, Off and Online Media, PR, Social Responsibility, Financial Budgeting, Business Analysis and Talent Acquisition, Coaching/ Training & Development, and HR Management. Prior to her current role, she was Media Manager for Carnival Cruise Line (Carnival Glory/Liberty) and Project Coordinator for St. Thomas-Elgin Local Immigration Partnership (funded by Citizenship and Immigration Canada).

Fabiana holds her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and is a former Board Chair of the Canadian Latin American Association.
