Mariana Daher is the Regional Quality Manager at BASF. She manages a team of almost 12 people and is proud to say that most of them are female. She is responsible for quality management and quality assurance as well as quality control of the Seeds&Trait business activities in Latin America focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence (Lean Six Sigma). Mariana is a biologist and has always worked with biotechnology. She has a Master’s degree in biotechnology and molecular breeding. She started her career as a manager in 2004 and since then has worked up in the industry to leadership positions. Mariana loves to manage people and help build high performance team, so she is also a CliftonStrenghts® coach. .

Moving forward, Mariana would like to work in a global position in the US. She plans to continue to apply her core values of empathy and putting herself in the shoes of others.

When not engaged with work, Mariana enjoys traveling, reading, wine, and meditation.

Florencia Radizza is Office Manager at White & Case, LLP, an international law firm that offers services in both emerging and well-established markets, worldwide. With nearly three decades of experience in the legal sector, Florencia qualified as a lawyer back in Argentina, and worked in a civil law practice for 7 years.
 
Having earned her degree at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario, Florencia went on to earn a master’s in International Legal Business from the Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) in France where she also worked as a legal advisor in international business law at the Lyon Chamber of Commerce. She is also skilled and trained in Investor Relations, Finance and Company Valuation, and is known for coming up with an innovative solution when problem-solving. Prior to joining White & Case, she was Head of Investor Relations for Bodaclick.com.
 
Florencia is passionate about multicultural environments and an innate collaborator and communicator. Outside of her professional endeavors, Florencia is proud mother to two children and enjoys art, ballet, and opera. She is based in Madrid, and speaks English, Spanish and French.

Parbatee Siewdass is Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Medical Sciences and the School of Nursing at the University of the West Indies in Trinidad and Tobago. With over 35 years of experience in healthcare and nursing, she is specialized in oncology nursing and public health. Having been an integral part of the UWI faculty for the past 11 years, Parbatee advises on academics and development, and helps to design curricula, and develop programs and faculty.
 
Passionate about education, Parbatee chose her current field because she identified a real need for quality education in the medical and health sectors, and wanted to be a part of that change. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, a diploma in Health Visiting and is a Registered Nurse and Licensed Midwife. Additionally, she holds a Post Graduate Certificate University Teaching & Learning, Master of Science in Nursing Education, a diploma in General Management, and certification in Supervisory management. In 2017, she was awarded a Doctor of Nursing Practice, majoring in Educational Leadership.
 
In addition to being a lifetime member of the WNA, Parbatee is an Executive Member of Sigma Tat International Chi Chapter, and belongs to the National League of Nursing, American Cancer Society, Oncology Nursing Society and the International Diabetes Federation. She credits her success to keeping on top of new research and developments in her field, and remaining committed to providing quality education and trying new strategies.
 
Outside of her professional endeavors, Parbatee enjoys travel and is an avid reader.

Saron Singh is the Director of External Relations for Debt Recovery and Administrative Services Ltd., a leading debt collections services provider throughout the Caribbean. With over 4 years of experience in her role, Saron oversees marketing, receivables, and collections for the firm across the Trinidad & Tobago and Grenada locations.
 
With an associates degree in Human Resources Management from Cipriani College of Labor Studies, Saron is a member of the Credit Services Association, American Credit Association, American Collection Association, International Association of Credit and the Finance Credit Association.  Her work has been published and she is a seasoned public speaker on topics of compliance and how to blend human resources and accounting.
 
Having progressed in her career through a natural path, Saron is excited to complete her degree and to continue to progress with her current company. In her spare time, she enjoys sports, reading and travel, and is active with her church.

Esther has over 25 years experience  in a wide range of clinical settings. She has worked in a variety of roles in nursing and midwifery, including management, leadership, clinical development, and supervision. All of these have led to her passion for education.
 
Esther is involved in an educational group in East London’s Local Maternity System, which supports maternity recruitment and retention programs across acute providers in East London. She also supported in the development of a national Midwifery Supervision Network in North East London aimed to support midwives in practice. Esther was on the steering group to work on guidelines for preceptorship programs as well as skills passport for midwives in London. She was invited to speak at the launch of Capital Midwife Framework.
 
Esther adopted and implemented a structured 12 months program for preceptorship midwives in one of the acute trusts in London. She is passionate about supporting midwifery education to improve maternal and child care.
 
In the future Esther hopes to continue to learn, grow and impact others. She attributes her success to passion and hard work. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
