RecognizingDr. Frine Salazar

 

Dr. Frine Salazar is Presidente Sociedad Domicana de Oftalmologia, and earned her MD at Universidad Iberoamericana in 2006.

She is an Ophthalmologist-Oculoplastic Surgeon specializing in Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She was drawn to the medical field by a strong desire to help others and improve their quality of life. She always knew she wanted to be in some type of helping profession, and found this to be a perfect fit. She attended Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo medical school, and continues to educate herself on the latest tactics in her field.

In her spare time she enjoys travel and reading.

She aims to help her clients achieve financial goals by understanding their needs and implementing tailored solutions. She truly enjoys helping people meet their financial goals and needs, and improving their quality of life.

Tiffani Misencik is Chief Revenue Officer of Greenway Health, a leading health information technology services provider. Having recently joined the Greenway team in April 2022, Tiffani hit the ground running as a key player in Greenway’s strategic plan to drive value creation and expand product offerings for current and new client segments. She is also working to continue strengthening internal operations and to ensure product and service offerings deliver client solutions and align with market demand.
 
Drawing upon over 25 years of experience in healthcare IT, Tiffani is passionate about strategy, structure and processes. She possesses a deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and is known for consistently high initiative, judgment, discretion, and self-directed decision-making. She is an energetic, passionate advocate for clients, with a natural aptitude for planning and problem solving. She has built her reputation on being a recognizable “go-to person” to offer resources, solutions, and guidance when someone is stuck.
 
Tiffani holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and General Organizational Communication from Ohio University. She is based out of Devon, Pennsylvania, and credits her success to dedication, drive, and perseverance. Outside of her work with Greenway Health, she is frequently invited to speak as an expert at external conferences, author company blogs and contribute to industry publications.

RecognizingJessica Eadie

 
Jessica Eadie is Director of Quality at Woody Nelson, a growing cannabis startup based in beautiful Nelson, British Columbia. With over 12 years of experience in quality assurance, wellness and team leadership, Jessica is a key player in the creation of new products, development of new systems and best practices, and regulatory compliance engagement.
 
Having enjoyed a lifelong interest in life sciences and technology, Jessica earned a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Manitoba before going on to complete an advanced diploma in QA/QC in the Pharmaceutical Industry from Red River College Polytechnic. She holds numerous certifications in healthcare, quality management, and pharmaceuticals, and is passionate about her work.
 
Prior to entering the cannabis industry, Jessica gained experience in the food industry poultry slaughter to tray-pack (SQF, BRC, CFIA regulated, HACCP Certified), pet food manufacturing (HACCP Certified), and medical devices (ISO 13485) sectors. She enjoys being able to see the direct impact her work makes on the wellbeing of the residents and the economy of the local Nelson community, and credits her success to focus, drive and perseverance.

RecognizingLady Winter Fawn-Cash

 
Lady Winter Fawn-Cash is a realtor and entrepreneur based in the greater Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri area. As an agent for Gateway Real estate, she works in both residential commercial real estate throughout the world-class destination for travel, vacation and leisure. With over 20 years of experience in customer service and leadership, Winter has resided in Missouri for the past 15 years and possesses an enthusiastic knowledge and appreciation for the area that she imparts to all her clients.
 
Additionally, Winter is a self-employed Cleaning Specialist at Saffron Golden Boat and Home Interior Cleaning. She works with clients in the boating and tourism industry, ensuring their condos, yacht interiors, ski boats and more are spotlessly clean.
 
Winter holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and HR from Strayer University and studied Child Psychology at Ashford University. She is a certified Real Estate Agent, Trained Mentor by Mentor Collective, and Gemologist through the GCA.
 
In addition to her membership in the WNA, Winter is a member of the Iota Eta Chapter of Alpha Sigma Lamboda Honor Society and The National Society of Collegiate Scholars. A pillar of her community, outside of running her many business endeavors, she helps serve food at the local soup kitchen. She credits her success to hard work, communication, taking initiative, and perseverance.
