Dr. Twambo Nambao is a Medical Doctor for the Zambian Ministry of Health, where she treats patients, conducts research and handles administrative duties. She has nearly a decade of experience in her field and is passionate about maternal health and pediatrics. A distinguished contributor to the medical community, she is a member of the Zambia Medical Association, Resident Doctors Association of Zambia, and the Medical Women’s Association of Zambia
Twambo earned a bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Zambia, fromwhere she graduated in 2012. She also worked as a District Health Director in Chikankata district, overseeing 17 health facilities and supervising more than 300 staff. She is currently abroad, working toward completing a master’s degree in Global Health and Development at University College London.
Looking ahead, Twambo plans to return to Zambia upon completion of her master’s course, and to channel her energy toward ensuring policies are followed, research is done in her district, and to continue making an impact through community service, which she enjoys dearly.

For 30 years, Delaine Jones has given individual and relationship counseling. As a writer and counselor, she offers her expertise in therapy, and is presently working on a self-help book, which she expects to publish in the near future. She also trains groups and individuals in relationship development, corporate psychological development, and serves as a coach and mentor to individuals with issues of self-esteem, depression, suicidal ideation, addictions, intimacy conflicts, stress, infidelity, all forms of abuse, and career improvement.
Delaine has more recently joined Marigold Retirement Plan Inc. Ltd. Her role there is as co designer of the Retreat for the deeper conversation around retirement. Together with her husband they both guide groups travelling to locations around India and Bali. View at www.marigoldretirement.com.
Delaine holds her degree from Auckland University and is a worldwide member of the Re-evaluation Counseling Inc. movement. Moving forward, she plans to be the published author of a bestselling self-help book, to do more public speaking engagements and to do more coaching.
When not engaged with work, Delaine enjoys travel, gardening and health, animals, trekking in the bush and fitness.

Maggie Leitch Craig has a very successful career in the Oil & Energy industry. She boasts over 30 years in the oil industry as a process engineer and safety and environmental engineer and is also a qualified business and performance coach and complementary therapist.
She has worked in senior level positions in Safety & Environmental Engineering and is genuinely passionate about Engineering Safety. Additionally, Maggie is equally passionate about emotional intelligence, coaching and holistic therapies.
In 2016, Maggie formed Macushla Enterprises Ltd where she has combined her passions and is available for consulting in Oil & Energy as well as business coaching and developing soft skills. Her company takes a holistic approach to process safety, occupational safety and wellbeing. There are two main components: Macushla Enterprises Ltd which offers engineering and business coaching, and Macushla Holistic Hub which offers complementary therapies and life coaching. They are a triple bottom line company in that they have been developing an accounting framework with not one but three parts: social, environmental and financial.
Macushla cares greatly about corporate social responsibility. Maggie does coaching voluntarily for addicts, alcoholics and those recovering from mental health issues. She also trains or retrains some of those individuals in complementary therapies and have employed them in her therapies business. She wanted to help, and find the quickest route to jump back into their lives.
In the future, she would like to do more including donating a portion of profits to the homeless. She is well known for her leadership and her commitment to continuous growth and contribution. Maggie holds her Master’s degree in Science from the University of Sheffield and is a member of the Safety & Reliability Society and ICF.
One of her visions for the future is to write a book about business coaching. She looks forward to networking and collaborating with likeminded professionals. When not engaged with work, Maggie enjoys reading and travel.

Jacqueline Chetcuti is a Sole Proprietor and is Self Employed. She has over 32 years of professional experience in her field. She works independently while consulting for large companies and businesses worldwide. She came into this career by way of natural progression.
Jacqueline’s expertise focusses mainly on consultancy for Research and Innovation projects within the IT sector and encompass the fields of Transport and Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Tourism, Blue Growth and Agriculture. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Malta in 1992. She has executed various research and development projects and conducted several public speaking seminars and coaching.
In the future Jacqueline hopes to grow independently with clients all over the world. The keys to her success have been never giving up and passion.
