As the owner and proprietor of Lyn Jyns Fashion & Interior Design, Earlyn Williams offers a one-stop bespoke shopping experience for people who want clothes and furnishings that express their individuality and style. With nearly four decades of experience in the field, she offers clients a range of custom-tailored clothing options, from casual and everyday-wear, to bridal, costumes and dancewear, home furnishings and color.

Also an Internal Verifier with YTEPP, she gives classes in garment construction for people to want to learn how to create their own work and to produce the pieces they envision. She is an expert in drapery and installation, and a recognized authority when it comes to color consultation and production.

Earlyn will also consult with her clients and offer design input and advice, working closely with each customer, whether they have an exact image of the final product in their heads or are seeking a guidance and inspiration in their new look or interior. She also is able to help guide clients based on their budget and can work to suit any financial limits or specifications.

She attended the University of the West Indies and is based in Trinidad and Tobago. Looking ahead, she hopes to continue to grow and expand her brand. Earlyn credits her success to having passion and a consummate professionalism.

Michaella Conteh is the President of Health Impact International. Focused on working with the community, she is dedicated to educating and helping the community live through sicknesses. She works with local organizations to get in contact with women in need to provide support and health leadership.

Ms. Conteh started Health Impact International after her husband died of diabetes. She promised him she would use her gentle spirit and her knowledge to help others. She specializes in health and wellness, and is part of a women empowerment group of Sierra Leone. She is on several panels in regard to bringing awareness to women’s health.

She received her education at Roosevelt High School for Girls, Y.W.C.A Vocational Institute, ALFAG Computer Services for a Certificate in Computer Studies, then the National Democratic Institute earning a Certificate in Campaign Management. She attended E-Formation French School for French level 1, and University Ouvriere de Geneve  for French level 2. She went on to Stonebridge Associated Colleges earning a Certificate in Advertising & Promotion and a Certificate in Business Operations. In addition, she holds a Diploma in International Trade and a Diploma in Finance from Ebsi Export Academy. Ms. Conteh continues to further her education currently at International Business Management Berlin in Ongoing Project Management and Human Resources Management.

Her expertise are business management, communication, advertising and promotion, health and fitness, desk top publishing, and conflict management. She is an affiliate of CISMAT-Sierra Leone, Gambia , Guinea and Liberia, UNICEF Parent du monde, Check Your Health Sierra Leone, Nadrah College of Skills, Caritas Geneva Switzerland, Woman to Woman Geneva Switzerland, and Daughters of Zion Prayer Ministry Geneva Switzerland.

Her work has not gone  unrecognized, and her honors and awards include: World Federation for Peace and Inter Religious Societies Ambassador for Peace Nomination (2007), The Women’s Networking Association (2018), and National Democratic Institute 2000.

On the horizon, she would like to grow her organization throughout Geneva and getting more exposure. She credits her success to passion and empathy, and fulfilling her promise to her husband. She resides in Switzerland, and is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member. Jaafar Zeinab has been working as legal counsel at a law firm for the past 6 years and also works as the Chairman of the school Lfia. To these roles, Jaafar brings dynamic leadership skills and unmatched expertise in legal counsel, legal services and international law.

Jaafar holds her Master’s degree in Law, which she received in Lebanon and is a Certified Mediator. She is also a member of the Lebanon Bar Association. Moving forward, Jaafar plans to remain actives strive to improve in many areas of her professional career. She wants to work for non-governmental organizations as a mediator in the near future and to network as much as possible with likeminded professionals.

Michele Merritt is VP, Commercial Development for Quantgene, a start-up company focused in biotechnology, liquid biopsy and early cancer detection. She had many years of experience in sales and launching disruptive products with physicians, health systems and lab partnerships.

She holds a Bachelors degree in Speech Communications and a Minor in Spanish from the University of Illinois, 1992. She is working with Quantgene at launching the first early detection liquid biopsy test for the U.S; and is developing the company and early cancer detection test to become globally well-known. She is passionate about patients, catching cancer early and has a willingness to learn new things and grow more every day. She is determined to change healthcare for the better.

For the past decade, Diana Ajzen has been a certified executive and professional coach and consultant. As Associate at Human Capital for RSM México, she offers businesses services in executive leadership, talent management, organizational development and high performance teams. She is a Certified Master Coach through the International Coaching Federation, and draws much of her work from a deep understanding of how people relate to learning and change, human behavior and organizational structure.
 
With a focus on executive and C-level personnel, Diana is passionate about helping her clients to move past their obstacles and become open to incredible possibilities. She has a proven track record of success in team performance enhancement, through a carefully crafted design to facilitate innovative solutions. She comes from a broad background of corporate experience, as well extensive experience in educational and digital instruction sector, and is able to apply this broad skill set in tandem with a powerful intuition and ability to think outside the box.
 
Diana earned her degree in Special Education from Universidad de las Américas, A.C. before moving on to complete the Teachers Educational Program at the University of California San Diego. She also holds a master’s degree in the Development of Human and Organizational Potential from Universidad de Londres.
 
In addition to her regular coaching practice, Diana developed a groundbreaking program to train in coaching and leadership skills for blind people called “Coaching con Vision”, an ICF certified program that trains blind persons to serve as coaches and other leadership roles at middle management organizations.
 
A resident of Naucalpan de Juárez, Mexico, Diana speaks fluent English and Spanish. Outside of her professional endeavors she enjoys exercise, travel and reading.
