Dr. Purvisha Patel has over 12 years of experience in her current field. She is the Founder and CEO of Visha Skincare. She is also the founder and owner of Advanced Dermatology. As a full time dermatologist, she performs surgeries, manages 3 practices, and oversees Visha Skincare operations .

She has a doctorate in Medicine from The University of Virginia from 2009. Her specialty is in dermatology and skin cancer surgery/ Mohs Surgery. She is a member of the AAD, ASDS and ACMS. She has been published in Allure magazine, Elle, Oprah magazine, and publishes every 2 weeks on skin care and beauty. She is one of Seventeen Magazine’s 2019 Beauty Experts.

Lisa M. Thomas has over 15 years of experience in alliance and channel management and currently serves as Director of Partners and Alliances with Equifax Workforce Solutions. In her role she oversees the Canada business development efforts of Workforce Solutions in finding new technology partnerships, sales channels and strategic alliance partners for their suite of employer services. With this new market epansion, she offers marketing, strategic and operational planning support to the senior leadership team.

Lisa holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and an undergrad in Finance Management and credits her career success to having clearly set goals, determination and passion for partnership building. She is affiliated with Women in Technology, Women in Diversity, and Women in Leadership, and is an engaging public speaker who looks to branch out and do peer-to-peer mentoring in the future.

As Field Sales Leader of USHEALTH Advisors, Becky Brown is no stranger to driving business growth while managing a diverse team. She serves as product director for the firm, playing a hands-on role in strategy, communications and objectives, ensuring that her team meets or exceeds their targets and managing sales operations. She has been recipient of the Top Agent Award and hit the Million Dollar Producer mark, and she also manages hiring and training for the sales team.
 
With a background in education, Becky undertook university studies in Information Technology and Business Administration and Management. She is a member of BNI, and noted for having excellent communication and facilitation skills. Passionate about the work she does, she enjoys getting to help people with their health coverage needs.
 
Becky is based in Grand Prairie, Texas, where she has been the owner of Becky’s Bookkeeping and Tax Service since 1986. She is a licensed insurance agent through the American Independent Business Coalition and a CompTIA A+ Certified Professional. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys travel, spending time with her family, and volunteering for Habitat Home.

Kimberly Khoury is the Chief Commercial Officer at TruServe/Clintar Franchise, a firm that provides year-round outdoor property management services to corporations, property management companies and manages private estates. She has been at this company for about 4 years, and works closely with the CEO to ensure the integrated commercial success of the organization and franchisees.
 
Kimberly is also a founder of Women of Commercial Landscaping (WCL) – an affiliation to Clintar that supports women in the commercial snow and landscape space.
 
Women of Commercial Landscaping (WCL) was built with the intention of supporting and encouraging women to start and run their own businesses in the commercial landscaping and snow removal world. WCL aims to create a culture of equality by breaking down barriers for women in male-dominated industries. We’re here to educate, help women gain the experiences they need, and feel confident in their decisions to operate and grow within their chosen industries.
 
Kimberly holds a Master Degree in Education and is Certified in Corporate Social Responsibility, and excited to continue to grow professionally and expand within her organization. She says the key to her success throughout her career is hard work and never giving up: “I’m honoured to share my own journey and successes, but that alone isn’t enough. Throughout her career, Jackie has held leadership positions with Nextel Communications, Sprint, Time Warner Cable and Kastle Systems International LLC. Currently, as the President of Innovative Human Resources LLC, she enables team collaboration through workshops and training, executive advisement and coaching as well as HR transformation. Previously, as the Vice President of Human Resources, Business Services at Time Warner Cable, she helped drive revenue goals of 2.5B by supporting over 6,000 employees. Furthermore, she oversaw the development and execution of HR programs aligning people initiatives to strategic and operational goals. Additionally, she played an integral role in post-acquisition efforts for integration of two acquired companies. Notably, she has led the design and management of several mentoring programs supporting high potential development and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Jackie holds a BS in Merchandising and Marketing from Radford University. She is an active member of Women in Cable Telecommunications, is a SHRM member and skilled facilitator in Myers Briggs, Strengths and DiSC assessments.
