Cristiane Pellicano has been working at Stryker Medical Devices for almost 4 years as the Human Resources Director for Latin America. This company has three separate areas of business which include healthcare solutions specializing in orthopedic, neurovascular and medical devices. To her role, Cristiane brings dynamic leadership skill as well as unmatched expertise in healthcare solutions and medical device services.

Cristiane started her career as an education specialist, transitioned into training and development, and evolved into human resources from there.  Johnson& Johnson, Abbott Laboratories, Marsh Co. and Avon Cosmetics were part of her career experience in Human Resources. Moving forward, she hopes to network with likeminded professionals as much as possible.

Dr. Debbie Badawi is the Boys’ Division Principal of Vision International School in the great State of Qatar. Her career of 20 + years spans the public, private, and international sectors in K-12 education. Dr. Debbie’s expertise includes school leadership and administration, curriculum and instruction, and behavioral management. Her experience is diverse and includes working with adjudicated youth at a maximum security treatment facility for juvenile offenders.

Currently she is responsible for overseeing teachers in their classrooms, establishing curriculums and educational development, and the overall leadership and management of the boys’ division at Vision International School. Dr. Debbie holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from University of Phoenix, 2008 and specializes in leading teams of teachers to achieve their personal and professional best in order to positively impact the lives of young people. She works with students, teachers, and parents to create a school environment grounded in care, compassion, and trust.

She holds internal presentations and conferences with her staff and parents and is engaged with students daily. In addition, Dr. Debbie published a book called “Dalinkwents.” On the horizon she is striving to become a Director/Head of School in international education, and credits her success to teamwork, hard work, patience, perseverance, and persistence.

Nafisa Idrees is the founder of NAFISA DESIGNS, a gemstone jewellery company based in Kuwait.  She has more than 15 years of professional experience in her career. Her business has been established since 2006. Nafisa has created over 10,000 unique jewellery pieces in gold, silver and gemstones over the past 13 years.

Nafisa’s main role and responsibilities consist of producing elegant jewellery in modern designs, authentic natural gemstones and high-quality silver.  She wants to expand the brand locally and globally. In the next few years Nafisa plans to add many more Collections that meet the jewellery needs of today’s women. She wishes to meet more professionals within her industry and grow the business through Franchises. She bases her success on hard work and passion, and is very ambitious towards her vision.

Denese Nichols is Managing Director and co-owner of DMA Value Vacations Travel and Tours Inc. a leading travel agency operating in Barbados for 25 years. With over 35 years in her field, she has expertise in travel management, corporate travel and leisure travel. The agency is the local partner for a leading corporate travel agency chain Carlson Wagon Lit Travel. With her many years invested in business she is at the point where she wants to help others. She is positive that there is more to life than the mundane hence her desire to become a member.

Mrs. Nichols oversees all aspects of the company with emphasis in marketing, accounting and HR. Denese holds a MBA from The University of the West Indies, 2008. She credits her success to realizing the value in people, seeing the team working with her and not for her, and more importantly her trust in God and honoring the customers.

In her spare time she enjoys travel, nature, learns Spanish and Dutch, she has a love for God, prayer and people.
