With over 16 years of professional experience, Anna Janik is the HR Director Poland and CEE at FRoSTA where she develops and executes HR strategies and policies together with her partner HR Director in Germany and she is responsible for Poland and Central Eastern Europe locations. Anna supports growth and change within the business and supports the managers and leaders of the company on the improvement of working conditions to maximize productivity and morale.

Anna holds her Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Casimir the Great (former Bydgoszcz Academy) as well as a post graduate degree in European Union Law and Institutions at Nicholas Copernicus University. Moving forward, she hopes to be discovering new SAP tools and sees herself in change management, implementing these solutions for the future. Anna hopes to network with likeminded professionals worldwide.

In her spare time, Anna enjoys traveling, reading and scuba-diving up to 20 meters.

Cindy Stanford is a Senior Real Estate Advisor Engel and Volkers Real Estate. Cindy began her career in real estate in 1984 after moving from Singapore to Corpus Christi, Texas. In addition to having over 50 listings every month with the top real estate company in Corpus Christi, Cindy also worked alongside banks and other financial institutions. Upon deciding to further her career she moved to Dallas, Texas and work with Republic Bank. The experience of negotiating contracts and hiring real estate agents for the foreclosure department was extremely valuable and enabled a sharpening of her skill sets to have a thorough understanding of what it takes to make a home SELL.
 
Naturally, Cindy then entered the high-end, luxury real estate market with noted brokerage Berkshire Hathaway (formerly, Allie Beth Allman and Associates). Several years running, Cindy earned her position as one of the top five agents in the organization, representing builders in the Park Cities area of Dallas. With a wealth of real estate advisor experience working alongside CEO´s, attorneys and doctors, it was clear that her next step was the second-home market.

Highly skilled in accounting and financial management, she is experienced in Manufacturing Operations for World Class Medical Devices companies and the electronics sector.   She has a solid experience in strategic financial planning and delivering cost down initiatives.

Mayra holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Catholic University in Puerto Rico, class of 2006. Looking ahead, she hopes to continue to progress in her career and is interested in relocating to the US mainland. She credits her success to her dedication and willingness to learn.
