Annette is completing her Master of Science in Management from the University of Liverpool in the spring of 2020 with her dissertation focusing on the impact of executive level diversity on change management process effectiveness. Passionate about diversity and change, Annette has also been a founding member of a female network society in Norway and hopes to continue to use her professional and academic background to help organisations improve in these areas.

Pnina Shain is a Personal Trainer for those with special needs. She has been a wellness and fitness coach for over 20 years. She teaches Zumba, and is a certified fitness instructor. Her average day consists of teaching classes, helping personal clients, and guiding them through nutrition needs.
She specializes in wellness and fitness, helping clients create a set schedule and a strict nutrition plan. She also does empowerment groups through fitness, helping women professionals balance work and fitness providing conferences and seminars. She has a masters degree from Iran in business administration. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.

Lamia Ghernati is the Managing Director and Founder of Fennec Education LLC, where she is instrumental in educating children on matters of health and lifestyle. She has great passion for her work and helping others, making her not only a perfect fit for her role but a great asset in the field of education. With the launch of her company, Fennec Education LLC, she took on the mission to end poor health coming from bad food choices!
Lamia holds her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from INSIM, which she obtained in 2006. Shifting from her previous work in the Telecom B2B sector, in the future she plans to continue growing in her new career. She intends to network with likeminded professionals worldwide to help build a healthy global community. She credits her success thus far to her determination and focus.

Virginia is driven by the desire to return humanity and authenticity to the managerial business world. Based in Colombia, Virginia has been a many time recipient of invitations to speak on radio and television programs. She has a genuine passion for encouraging the self-esteem, for this reason, she is also the Director of Self Esteem Women Foundation, helping them to realize their full potential. Moving forward, she is developing a project for virtual formation in neuroscience applications to coaching in Latin America. In her spare time, Virginia enjoys travel, reading, writing, painting.

Fiona Macleay has over 20 years of experience in her field. An experienced human resources manager, she has overseen the function for major companies in the mining sector. She has managed change programs, talent development, people services, camp management, recruitment, compensation, expats, restructures, and labor relations. She has also lead the development of labor plans for large scale mining projects in Chile. Having studied business, Fiona launched her career in HR and has enjoyed rising through the ranks since.
Noted for her expertise in human resource management, expat management, change management, organization design, compensation and strategic planning, Fiona holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the City University of London. Looking ahead, Fiona hopes to continue her career in mining or transition into a new industry to continue contributing and developing in human resources.
