From early childhood on, Janine has experienced the “road less traveled by”. This past year she was the Vice-president of The Women’s Club of Costa Rica and is a member of ISSSEEM (International Society for the Study of Subtle Energy and Energy Medicine) for over 10 years and ACEP (Association of Comprehensive Energy Psychology). She is presently working on her book; on various online courses and on some exclusive sailing weeks of “outer and inner journey” with a specialized cruise line while continuing learning, growing and making a difference.
 

With 20 years of professional experience in Research and Development, Alexia Garrigues Mazert is CEO of DERMALGAR, an international consulting agency where she brings unmatched expertise in innovation and strategic development of cosmetic and dermocosmetic products. Alexia spearheads all company operations including operational advice in the development and valorization of natural ingredients, in the safety and efficacy assessment, support for product launches, brand positioning, competitive intelligence and proposal of partnerships for acquiring new business.

Alexia holds her Doctoral degree in Biochemistry from the University of Paris XI, which she obtained in 2002. She mostly spent her career at L’Oréal Group where she held various international management positions. Following her participation in a specialized training program at the reputable ESSEC Business School in Paris, she created DERMALGAR agency in 2014. She is also a member of the competitiveness cluster Cosmetic Valley, the Cosmetic Executive Women association, the Women & Sciences association, the French Society of Cosmetology, the International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic Chemists and the L’Oreal Alumni Association.

Fabiola Casarini is the Scientific Director of Errepiù, the first Educational FAB LAB in Italy. Offering over 13 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, she leads Scuola delle Stelle and a number of affiliate Errepiù Schools, serving clients at private centers with social purpose. She is a researcher and supervises interventions based on behavioral issues.

Fabiola specializes in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Management of Services for Social Innovation. She attended Teachers College, Columbia University and worked at Keller School in NY and NJ. She holds a Doctoral Degree in Special Education and Psychology from The University of Parma that she received in 2011 and she is still mentored by Dr. R, D. Greer and supervised by Dr. Nirvana Pistoljevic. The biggest challenge during her career has come from staying true to herself to reach a position based on her skills, while working to bring evidence-based education to her Country’s public services in a politically driven and male dominated field.

On the horizon, Fabiola hopes to do more traveling and get a leading position with a budget. She wants to use her experience to affect a bigger number of children and families, with a special interest for the efficiency of behavioral interventions for people with developmental disability. The keys to her success have been persistence, passion along with knowing and having a clear mission.She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.

Milena Dimitrova  is enjoying a very successful international career in business development and marketing for over 20 years. For the past 7 years, she has worked at the French Business Council Dubai and Northern Emirates. Her position for the past 4 years is Business Consulting Director. She promotes and manages a team of consultants whose aim is to increase business development of French companies in the region and promote bilateral economic relations.

Milena holds a master’s degree in International Business & Marketing from ESCI Business School. Well known for her resilience and leadership, Milena’s vision for the future is to become a COO or MD of a medium-sized business, either in the private or government sector. She speaks fluent English, French & Spanish.

Jo-Anne Edwards has over 20 years of experience in international business, customer service and executive management. As a Personal Brand Consultant for Image by Jo Edwards, her expertise are in personal image and social interaction techniques for both corporate and the individual. She addresses body and style as well as international protocol and etiquette.

Jo- Anne has strengths in customer service, management, leadership, and change management. She is a Certified Image Etiquette Specialist, and a member of the Association of Image Consultants International. Jo-Anne holds a degree in Sociology and Management from the University of the West Indies. She also holds a Master’s degree from the University of Leicester, She recently launched her on-line body and style assessment called SilhouetteOVA® using web technology as client assessment interface.
