With over 22 years of experience in Fast Moving Consumer Good Marketing, Gaia Saccani, is the Marketing and Business Development Manager at Chr. Hansen. In this role, Gaia is known for her dynamic leadership skill and unmatched expertise in networking, marketing, food and beverage, and sales analysis. She helps internal clients to identify, quantify, evaluate, prioritize and implement strategies that profitably grow their businesses. These activities include strategic planning, business development, customer profiling & targeting and competitive analyses.Gaia holds a degree in Pharmaceutical chemistry and technologies from Parma University, which she obtained in 1996. Moving forward, she plans to further her career in marketing and business development. She credits her success to luck and to maintaining a strong support system.

In her spare time, Gaia enjoys travel, sports and doing yoga.

Jennifer Dunn, M.A. possesses over twenty years of combined educational technology expertise in eLearning, diversity and inclusion, training and development, and college and career readiness. Jennifer has held project management and business leadership roles for diverse agencies including nonprofits (i.e., College Board), private companies (i.e., Bunifu Learning), colleges and universities (i.e., Morgan State University), international (i.e.,  DoDEA – Kaiserstraße, Germany), and city government institutions (i.e., Baltimore City Public Schools). She delivers business leadership and continually directs improvement efforts for clients’ training outcomes, eLearning platforms, productivity, innovation, and training compliance. Jennifer has the proven ability to develop and implement innovative curricula, programs, workshops, courses, and materials, for instructor-led, virtual, online, and blended environment strategies in order to enhance business and educational practices.

She is a results-driven Educational Technology Leader with a career demonstrating expertise and distinguished performance in technology management of multi-site, national and international operations. Jennifer has an impressive history in defining and clarifying organizations’ learning solutions needs by designing, conducting and researching educational technology trends. Ms. Dunn is a strategic planner offering measurable records of strengthening educational technology landscapes for corporations through enhancing digital learning, multimedia, course offerings, and outcomes. She develops and implements organizational change management workshops for institutions focusing on people, processes, technology, and vision. She identifies training requirements for organizations and educational institutions through performing gap analyses between goals and existing procedures. Her ability to direct the implementation of a collaborative and integrated training platform has resulted in increased employee achievement and cost savings for corporations. As the current President of Bunifu Learning, an International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) accredited corporation and Certified Disadvantaged Businesses, Jennifer has successfully delivered eLearning opportunities to over 20,000 lifelong learners and helped them attain certifications and/or continuing education units.

For the last eleven years, Ms. Dunn has managed educational learning solutions for College Board and delivers unique and strategic educational technology consulting to faculty, staff and students. She identifies demand-generation opportunities in educational technology that drives programs for new and existing course offerings. She is an expert at integrating learning solutions design into the planning of strategic initiatives and is proficient in over five eLearning platforms. She assists the College Board with exceeding performance goals, including advising senior executives in the development of key strategic relationships to drive eLearning training outcomes for over 18,000 stakeholders domestically and internationally. Jennifer is responsible for the governance of technology and educational experiences in an effort to continuously foster pedagogical advancement through training, eLearning and assessment. She possesses a wide background in several areas of information technology including architecture, application design and lifecycle methodologies. Jennifer develops a consulting approach to conceptualize, define, drive, and execute engagement and culture transformation strategies.

Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Education from The Ohio State University and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Education Administration from The George Washington University. In addition, she’s a certified Train the Trainer from the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET).

She is proud of owning her business and its expansion. She credits her success to hard work and resilience, as well as family support. She started out as a teacher in the classroom and graduated her first class of students that she helped to start out in their education. Aurora Balogdi is working as Team Lead for Parts Europe GmbH in Germany, currently. She has been in this role for 7 years. She is responsible for leading a team that manages digital product data for web shop, internal and external usage. She is a specialist in project management, social media, new solutions for storage and data sharing, and service desk support.

Aurora conducts trainings, creates training materials, video tutorials, and manuals. She is also a coach, administration and content manager. She actually started her career in Hungary, her home country, as a reporter and team leader for the national television and Duna TV. Later on she moved to the business world and worked as a commercial lead, key client manager and project manager in transportation for Révészgroup, and then as project manager, PR and Marketing Manager for Martinsa-Fadesa, a Spanish real estate company. She has also vast knowledge of the customer service and support sector having worked for Unisys and Agoda in Budapest, Hungary.

She completed two master’s degrees, the first in Communication and English from Kodolányi János University and the second in Urban Engineering at Kossuth Lajos University. She speaks 5 different languages, including English, Hungarian, French, Spanish and German. Aurora has demonstrated a successful history of working in many different business sectors and in several different countries, and she is continuing to educate and improve personally and professionally.

Eleni Giakoumopoulos is the Program Director for the Global Women’s Leadership Network (GWLN) at the World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU). Giakoumopoulos is be responsible for directing the professional development programming, expanding GWLN Sister Societies, and growing membership in the U.S. and internationally. GWLN is the industry’s only international platform dedicated to addressing and facilitating greater gender balance among leadership positions and assisting women to make a measurable difference in their lives, their credit unions and their communities.

Giakoumopoulos has over 20 years of international experience working in 15 countries in western, central and eastern Europe. Her diverse background includes managing European Union cross-border cooperation programs through consultancy work, membership recruitment for a national trade association, content development for print and digital media and directing career services in an educational organization in Northern Greece. Prior to joining World Council, she was part of the administrative/board communications team at an international finance institution, working with ministries of finance and foreign affairs, supporting economic development and regional cooperation in the Black Sea region. Since 2017, she oversaw strategic management of corporate communications with the World Council as the corporate communications manager.

Giakoumopoulos is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators, holds a master’s degree in global marketing from the University of Liverpool and speaks Greek.

Her volunteer work includes serving as the Madison, Wisconsin chapter president of the Philoptochos Society, Inc., the philanthropic arm of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America.
