Liliana Simmonds has 30 years of experience in her industry. As Director of Campus Services at the University of Houston, she oversees the Campus Services department within the Facilities Services, including in-house and contracted custodial and grounds operations, contracted pest control services, fleet and auto shop management, QA inspection programs, Lock shop operations and access control services, Solid waste and Recycling operations (in house), Labor shop/Moves and Events set up Operations.
Having gotten her star in the hotel hospitality services sector, Liliana worked in hotels for some while before taking a chance and applying for the job at the university. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from a University in Europe. She is a member of the APPA and IFMA, certified FMP, and credits her success to consistency, staying true to herself, and leading her teams by example.

Noemi Baumann is Global Digital Communications Manager of SIGVARIS GROUP, where she has been for the past 6 years. Having begun with the company as a Product Manager for Well Being, she steadily worked her way up the ranks, including spending time in Brazil on a business exchange. She is based out of Winterthur, Switzerland, and speaks English, German, French and Portuguese. In her current role for SIGVARIS GROUP, she is responsible for the strategic development of the firm’s digital channels, communicating directly with clients and stakeholders on a global scale, and building strategies to accelerate and develop the digital communication of the company.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication from ESCE and the University of Applied Science in Lucerne, Noemi went on to complete a Master of Science in Marketing from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). She is certified by ZHAW in Digital Marketing, and is known for her leadership and expertise in communications. Prior to joining SIGVARIS GROUP, she was a Project Manager at a Digital and Communication Agency
Noemi is passionate about diversity in the workplace and loves to give back, often serving as a mentor to her colleagues. She credits her success to hard work and determination, and outside of her professional endeavors enjoys being out in nature, playing sports, and spending time with family and friends.

For the past 3 years, Alejandra Pardo Carrillo has been with KPMG, where she serves as Senior Consultant for the Global Strategy Group. She oversees communications, global strategy, manage projects, meetings and project analysis at the firm, as well as pricing. Having enjoyed a natural progression in her career, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Ibero Americana de Mexico, class of 2016.
Looking ahead, Alejandra plans to continue to grow and develop at KPMG and potential earn a master’s degree in the United States. She credits her success to grit, hard work, self-confidence, an open mind and having the support of family and friends. She enjoys reading, swimming, hairstyling, and cosmetology. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other likeminded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.

Michaela Bianco Prevot is the independent owner of MBP Consulting, where she has been for 15 years. Specializing in nutrition, marketing, and consulting, she comes from a background in project management. As a consultant, she connects with clients both nationally and internationally, working closely with brands to ensure that all nutrition marketing is up to date and producing real results.
Having earned her diploma at the Liceo Linguistico G. Leopardi, Michela launched her career in the exports field, learning management, project coordination and scientific marketing. She is proud to have built a thriving business from the ground up, and on the horizon looks forward to expanding her services outside of the region in which she works. She credits her success to persistence, hard work, and determination.

Jennifer Vincent has more than 16 years of professional experience in her career as a Recruiter and Resume Writer. Currently, Jennifer is working as the Owner and Principal of Umbrella Career Services, where she offers resume writing, career counseling, interview preparation, and recruitment consulting services. She works one-on-one and with groups, helping people to get their resumes up to date and receive career counseling to take themselves and their work to the next level.
Jennifer was prompted to get involved in this profession by way of natural progression and passion. She is highly skilled in relationship building, the identification of hidden details related to a clients career path, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Acadia University. In addition to the WNA, she is a member of Business Networking International (BNI) Nova Scotia. In the next few years, Jennifer plans to continue to grow and develop, as well as make a difference in her field. She bases her success on her work ethic, passion, and people skills.
